From last few days whenever someone is calling on my phone, they are being answered that “The number you’re calling is switched off”, although it is never been switched off. And when this was reported to the customer care, no action was taken and also I did not receive any reference number for my complaint. The matter is still unsolved. If it is not solved in a day or two, then I have to opt for another service provider. This is for...

Dear idea,
I m facing slow internet connection problem from last 1 month. It's so much time consuming to open or work on even a single site because of slow data speed.. Its so difficult to operate work from home or attending online classes using idea internet connection.

We are facing network coverage problem from last 2 year due to no nearest network tower ourside... Indoor and outdoor...

My sim is showing no service from yesterday and i can’t even make calls and can’t even call customer care i tried all the possible measures like restarting the phone and manual network selection etc still same is the result...

I made idea recharge rs 549 (Plan amount 599 cuppon 50 there for 599-50) with my idea app. App shows recharge successful and amount is deducted from my account but recharge not reflected.

From last 5 years we are facing huge network problem in our room and area.....

On march 25th 2020, rupees 21 had been deducted from my idea cellular prepaid account. Customer care was not able to reach due to lock down. But after 2 months i was able to connect to the customer care but they were unable to lodge a complaint due to system failure.

Now they are telling that the money deducted for the game download. But i didn't send any message or didn't opt any game options in their app.

In our area your 4g network not working. It goes up and down. Sometime goes 4g to 2 g and the 2g.
Please so ve our problem. The tower distance is very near but our village is lying down the tower. Before 2 years ago we have very good network but now its totally disturb.in covid 19 period we have faced big network problem issue. On line class distract regularly. I hope you will solve our problem as soon sa possible
