From last 5 years we are facing huge network problem in our room and area.. Both indoor and outdoor network is totally disappeared we are using operator connection but not getting the service

Every month we are recharging the plan but not getting the call facilities and data facilities.. Many problem we are facing

Can't communicate with family members relatives... Even in emergency we can't call ambulance, doctor and hospital to do the treatment on time due to no network

If engineer required new tower for installation i m willing to give my land for network tower installation with all the necessary permission required network team

On march 25th 2020, rupees 21 had been deducted from my idea cellular prepaid account. Customer care was not able to reach due to lock down. But after 2 months i was able to connect to the customer care but they were unable to lodge a complaint due to system failure.

Now they are telling that the money deducted for the game download. But i didn't send any message or didn't opt any game options in their app.

At least you can think that nobody will download / subscribe your game options as everybody will be having 2 or 3gb data per day. Simple logic.

This is the first bad experience from idea cellular in my 10 year experience. This is really pathetic. If this is not resolved then i would plan to migrate to other good service providers.

Refund my money back asap.

In our area your 4g network not working. It goes up and down. Sometime goes 4g to 2 g and the 2g.
Please so ve our problem. The tower distance is very near but our village is lying down the tower. Before 2 years ago we have very good network but now its totally disturb.in covid 19 period we have faced big network problem issue. On line class distract regularly. I hope you will solve our problem as soon sa possible

Hello

I have the idea broadband connection (Ultra fibre) which has not been working since past 20 days. Had put the request on 26th july, but this has not been resolved till date. Have followed up on it for 7-8 times, but no action at all. There is no escalation point and every time its the same response from customer care that the complaint has been taken and will be resolved in 48 hours!

What the hell are idea doing with their towers i have full coverage but my speed is 70 kbps,, we are not paying for this # slow network..,, they are cheating,, i need my money back or i need 4g speed,,, i have online exams and courses. Please

My idea sim is not showing any network since the previous night. So after trying to get the network repeatedly, i went to idea service center in hubli, karnataka. They gave me a new sim card with the same no. But my no was initially taken during my stay in uttar pradesh. So now they are telling that this new sim can be registered only from up. It is simply not possible for me to go to up to register a sim. My bank account is linked to this no and all my important contacts have this no. So please help me get a solution.

I've got message from 51998 number. Messages charge 3, 8, 10 rupees on my number for several times (Screenshots attached). I am not at all interested in your service. So please deactivate the service in my number [protected]. It happened several times and contains cricket news, jokes etc.

I've sent sms to 155223 (Stop) but of no use. Called 198 but they keep telling that no vas is activated in my number. Even lodged complaint at idea customer care (Copy attached) but they did not provided any solution.

Do the needful immediately to stop it, otherwise will opt for other service provider and lodge a complaint to trai.
