Hi, my idea sim has been showing as no sim for the since 4 month, i tried manually selecting my network, flight mode on off, everything. Nothing worked. When i called the customer care, they asked me to visit the store, i visited the store and got a simple replacement and it is still showing as no service. Please help.

I had an idea prepaid connection for last 7 years, i have facing issues since feb 2020, postpaid sim hasn't...

When today i see i have no active plan i was recharging my phone for100rupees according to me the recharge was successful as i have got the message that recharge is successful but when I tried to talk anyone through call i was unable to call anyone and when i see there was no money refunded...
