        I recharged my sim on 2/08/2020 with 50 RS. Money got deducted but we didn't get any message on phone and phone balance is also not updated. Transaction ID number is : N2008021157498313433702. Please send the cash back asap.

              I have not requested for this service but still it's activated by idea & my 99rs balance got debited.

                Idea sim card is not working from today morning (24/03/19), it is showing as emergency calls only. Don't know what is the problem, not able to do outgoing calls nor receiving incoming calls.
                Tried inserting the sim in other phones but still it is showing emergency calls only. Please help to resolve this problem soon as i'm using only one sim.
                I 'm facing this issue for the first time.

                    I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number by using format port to port to airtel. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked.

                      On[protected], i had made recharge of rs.48 (Idea 48 plan) for [protected] (Prepaid), wherein3gb 4g/3g/2g data was offered for 28 days (Please see the attachment). However, from the date of recharge, i could not connect to the internet although i have kept mobile data on. I lodged a complaint with idea vide sr# mum-i[protected] dated 27th july 2020. However, till date, the issue has not been resolved. Out of 28 days of the validity period, i could not use the internet for more than 15 days.

                        Idea में मेरा नंबर 20 सालो से चल रहा है और मेरा प्लान लाइफ टाइम का है कंपनी ने मेरी मर्जी के बिना मेरा प्लान बदल दिया और चारजिस लगाना शुरू कर दिया और बिल के चारजिस बी लगाने शुरू कर दिए जबकि बिल पिछले 6 महीनों से मेरे ईमेल पर आता ही नही कस्टमर केअर वाले इतने हरामी है कि फ़ोन उठाते नही आउटलेट कंपनी के बंद हो गए है कंपनी का शेयर 5 रुपये पेर चल रहा है कंपनी बिखरी हो गई है अब कस्टमर के 200-400 रुपये मार कर सोचती है हम कंपनी चलाएंगे इस लिए आप से रिकवेस्ट है आप इससे दूर रहे ये मेरा 20 साल का तजुर्बा इस कंपनी के साथ है जब कंपनी को मेरे जैसे कस्टमर की परवाह नही तो आप को क्या पूछेगी

                          My phone has enough and more of talktime balance despite of which messages are sent that services would soon be stopped and balance deduction of Rs.24 would occur to extend SIM validity by 14 days. There has been no difference despite me having recharged further to an already decent amount. I need this problem to be sorted out once and forever since I cannot keep recharging simply every month when I have sufficient balance on my phone.

                                  I've installed my idea app and it displays wrong name in my account. I have submitted my id proofs at the time of purchasing the sim card.                                     Dear i have idea prepaid mobile connection and i have recharge but your network connection very poor quality its like 2g speed. I am very unhappy .connection and recharge my idea for net connection for net work from home. i called regarding this issues my complaint no DEL-l[protected].
                                    your executive resole this complaint automatic. I called again your executive didn't reply a manner they transfer my call to senior executive but they hold my call half hour. very bad customer service. I am paying money and you are not providing services.
