On[protected], i had made recharge of rs.48 (Idea 48 plan) for [protected] (Prepaid), wherein3gb 4g/3g/2g data was offered for 28 days (Please see the attachment). However, from the date of recharge, i could not connect to the internet although i have kept mobile data on. I lodged a complaint with idea vide sr# mum-i[protected] dated 27th july 2020. However, till date, the issue has not been resolved. Out of 28 days of the validity period, i could not use the internet for more than 15 days.
Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
