From saturday (25th july 2020) july my mobile started showing no network. I waited and tried everything; rebooting phone, shut down ans re-start, remove sim and re-installed but noting is happening. Selected network manually but still no network. Other family members idea numbers having network. Can you please help me to resolve this issue?

I paid inr 1328 for my bill against the number [protected]. I lost the sim and was still charged this amount even though i hadn't used this number since a long ago. I can't go to the idea center because of covid and would like to close this number. And i also pay anymore charges against this number from now onwards.

I recharge for 50rs to [protected] (Number)
On 25 july 2020. After deduction from my account, the recharge is not reflecting in my account.

I have a postpaid connection with a primary and a secondary number.
I checked the bills today and found out that on the secondary number - [protected], usage charges of 140 (Blue lima) has been added without any intimation. And this charge has been added continuously for all the subsequent bills since july 2019.
Please note i have not used any third party application where blue lima subscription got activated (Thoroughly checked). These are getting deducted automatically every week in a month.
Details below are the bill cycles and the usage charges -
14 jul - 13 aug 2019 = rs 140
14 aug - 13 sept 2019 = rs 175
14 sept - 13 oct 2019 = rs 140
14 oct - 13 nov 2019 = rs 140
14 nov - 13 dec = rs 140
14 dec 2019 - 13 jan 2020 = rs 175
14 jan - 13 feb 2020 = rs 140
14 feb - 13 mar 2020 = rs 140
14 mar - 13 apr 2020 = rs 175
14 apr - 13 may 2020 = rs 140
14 may - 13 june 2020 = rs 175
14 june - 13 july 2020 = rs 140

Kindly review this and generate me a new outstanding bill. Also, please refund the blue lima amounts that have been deducted as per above mentioned cycles or settle these amounts in current bill and generate one outstanding bill, and also cancel any such subscriptions on my account if they are reflected.

I recharged my idea prepaid sim for rs 699 offer from the idea recharge website. The money was deducted and a page showed that the money was deducted. But there was no sign of the recharge being successful. This was on 26th july 2020 around 2 30 pm. I request either the money be refunded or the recharge made successfully. Today i got an offer to the amount of 509/ rs. But after doing successful recharge my money has been deducted from my account and recharge has not done. It is not showing in my idea app also. Kindly look into it and do the needful at earliest and refund the amount on same bank account.

But it has no speed, even browsing takes too long.
