I bought Idea Internet plan on 31/08/2015, username[protected] in the name of Nilufer Ambat. Ever since then I have made at least 5 complains on their customer care no[protected] . Everytime I am given my own complain is repeated and an assurance given that a resolution of my complain will be provided . My Internet connectivity is still a problem.I wish to get back my refund. I have been calling up Idea Broadband customer care no: [protected] ever since I purchased their Internet plan on 31/08/2015, I must have called at least 5 times. I called up today at 1.34pm . They kept me holding the line for more than 20 minutes without giving me any serious answer. It almost felt as if they were making fun of the customers woes . My user no is[protected].

    I did idea recharge of 47 sms pack. They gave me 1000 free sms for 28 days but didn't inform me that only 100 sms per day are free. So when i sent more than 100 sms they deducted aprox 40rs for sms charge. And customer care people said that we cant do any thing.

            Hi, No action on my request of changing the bill plan even after 15 days of registering complain. Please find the complain in trailing email. For the month of November as well Idea is not ready to address my request and told me to wait till December. Is it logical that you are not providing me this offer of 35GB even after talking with your executive for more than 20 minutes? And at the end for the sake of transferring the call my phone was disconnected. I would like to come at point directly. In this era of competition and betterment of mobile/broadband networks/services why somebody use a conventional n elderly service like yours? Can you please provide me the details of closing this old age service as soon as possible because already for many months u have not provided me the benifit of Rs1 and I can't wait for another 15 day's to start this package.                 My no was ported on 29.10.2015 and deactivated at night before sendin my new nano card. Idea customer care not bothered about that. today completing 48 hours yet I have not received card instead of paying Rs. 100/- The service and commitment of Idea people is pathetic and mainly they are making fool to customers.

                My number is [protected] and alternate no [protected] I got card on 01.11.2015 at 3.30pm but that also not nano. I have to go in gallery and after checked my id proof I got nano card. Card is activated but there is no mobile data activated now here is the mess again. Now I have no option 90 days oi could not change service provider.

                I called your number 198 for my mobile data activation but after pressing 9 your customer care disconnected. I have question if you are not able to do porting then why ask for customers. Customers are suffered like me now for me I could not go back vodafone. Idea range is very bad as my 1 day experienced,

                  My cell no is [protected] from idea cellular. i received a msg on[protected] from [protected] stating that request processed and balance is Rs 148.27. again on[protected] i recd another message from the same number stating that request processed and the final balance is Rs 110.13. i did not make any request, but my balance is reduced. it is gross one sided loot. when i tried that number, recorded msg comes that the number is not in use. whom should i approach for restoration of the charge illegally made against my balance. any one to help me. y.jayantrao.                         I got a cal in the name of idea services.. wen i tracked it ws from delhi. And the women who was speakin was also talking about delhi. She was threatning me for me making phone calls to some one in delhi which im nt aware of.. [protected] is the number i got the call. Her language was rude and abusive. and even sed she wil look that she will stop all the services from this number. Idea company should take care about this complaint and track down the number n take action.

                          On 26th I recharged with 197rs for one month unlimited 2g data..after 2days I have 0 balance in my account. I requested for 20 minutes emergency talktime ..but I got 40mb internet pack, I called customer care they said to activate again with code they are provided, after that night I am unable to. accesses internet after completion of 40mb..I called customer care again they said the two packages collapsed so u don't able to access internet pack of 197/- I figured that many problems with services please help me to get back my 197/-package and notify the company to solve the ivrs problems

                              Hi,

                              Yesterday i got an sms from idea that they have activated 250 rupees 3g plan on my number - [protected], however i never requested them to apply it.

                              Immediately i called to idea customer care and told them about the status also emailed them with all the details, also the customer care executive told me that she is deactivating that service from my number.

                              Now they replied on my email that i have to pay the amount of inr250+service tax in my coming bill, i told them many times that i have not requested this also no request has gone from my number but they are not accepting it and replying with same message.

                              I have been frustrated from this i don't want to loose my number also not want to pay this money for which i am not responsible,

                              Request you to help me in this as those people are not listening and just applying unnecessary charges.

                                Team, This is to inform how i have been verbally abused by a women from your local DSA. I have not paid the post-paid bill on a confirmation from a person from Idea stating after i pay a amount of Rs.1000/- i would not be liable for any due's in future. I supposed to receive a call from this girl Shilpa using filthy language against me and my family. I am newly married and just got confirmed on my pregnancy, and closely had a panic attack. Anything medically odd to me or to my baby, IDEA will be held responsible for mental threatening.

                                Again some people started calling me and harassing me that they are calling from Bangalore court.
                                Dear Idea Team,

                                My number is [protected]. This is a vodafone post paid number and i have this number from 10 years now.

                                I have been receiving harassing calls from +[protected] saying someone has given my number as alternate number while taking a idea connection and has not paid some 500-600 Rs. and hence I am liable to pay the same. She also started giving me threats of various kinds.

                                She also said that a legal case is being filed against me & that Idea will put my family behind bars.

                                I dont understand, who the hell Idea thinks you are, first of all you dont verify weather a alternate number given by someone is genuine or no, then you hire goons to harass innocent people like me who have never liked or taken Idea connection in our whole life.

                                Please take this as a humble request as well as a warning, If I receive any further harassing calls from Idea for payment of someone else due, I will file a complaint in consumer court and will make you pay for this harassment.
                                i had a worst experience with Idea Cellular. I had some paymnt due with the Idea but instead of giving me notice, they started first calling my family friends and then called me and theretend me to pay the amount. They harassed me in such a bad way, i cant even express. After paying the amount also they called me and harassed me very badly. Its a request to all not to take any service from the Idea Cellular, they are worst than ever..How such a big company can do such cheap things, seriously learnt a lesson. Worst experience ever.

I had raised this immediately with your customer care, but there was no reply. Since then I have been receiving a lot of calls from people claiming to call from idea demanding that I pay the outstanding amount. Despite my repeated attempts to tell them about the discrepancy in the bill, they were not ready to listen. I had followed with your customer care regarding this, visited your idea gallery, but to no avail. Of late, the calls have started to become harassing and threatening. As the connection is used by my wife, they have started to harass her, and have now started calling her family and colleagues trying to humiliate her in front of them. They have spoken to me also, and have threatened me, shouted at me and called me names.

                                Every time I ask them to send me an email, they refuse, and start threatening and shouting.

                                All this is happening despite no response from idea to our repeated requests.

                                Till now, I was calmly trying to speak to these people, and explain them the situation. But now they have deteriorated to the level of harassing my wife, and humiliating her in front of her family and colleagues. This is totally unacceptable behavior. I do not know if they are from idea or from a third party, but because they have my wife's calling details using which they are contacting her colleagues, clearly shows that idea has shared the information using which they are harassing my wife.

                                I expect that you would look into this matter urgently, because if not, I would be left with no other choice but to take legal recourse in order to protect my wife's dignity.

                                  I had taken 2Gb internet pack on my prepaid number [protected] which was due to expire on 29/10/15. On 29/10/15 morning the balance shown was 106.66 and which is still reflecting on my mobile at 8Pm when I am writing this complaint to you.As usal today I used internet and Rs.326 was deducted from my balance. On speaking to customer care he very rudely spoke and says these charges are for usage of internet and nothing was available in free bie. This is really shocking that customer are misguided by company by sending wrong messages about balance and then heavily charged. I request you to direct the company to reimburse the charges. Thanks

                                    My family has been using below two IDEA numbers for past few months
                                    # ******5433 - Rs.30 has been deducted twice (on 18-Oct-2015, 25-Oct-2015)
                                    # ******5453 - Rs.21 has been deducted thrice (on 13-Oct-2015, 20-Oct-2015, 27-Oct-2015)

                                    Complaint Number : Q1-[protected] - Not sure where to track the current status of this complaint.

                                    Our accounts are charged for the some marketing schemes which we do not selected/agreed & does not even know about it basically.

                                    We have called up your customer care number to deactivate the same, they confirmed that they will stop/deactivate for us.
                                    Even after that above said amount is deducted from both mobile numbers stating as scheme is renewed again.

                                    We again called customer care on Oct 27 2015, they replied that for some reason & system fault it was not deactivated properly. Customer care executive says..We cant help you for this to refund the money deducted.
                                    Do we have to pay for the mistake/issues done by IDEA service?

                                    They also told us that we selected OK in some flash messages or clicked some buttons. However, that doesn't mean that the user has given a consent to opt for the scheme.
                                    They requested to disable the same from mobile phone, but SIM's are kept in old NOKIA model & GFIVE mobile phone which does not have such options to disable the same. Moreover my parents does not understand the ENGLISH messages & the steps.

                                    With such kind of activation messages which we do not opted, losing money frequently from the main balance. how does uneducated people knows this kind of messages and act accordingly?
                                    Really disappointing to use the network.

                                        There are some Idea Sales Executives who comes to door to door and explained some new offers in Idea SIM. Recently they came to me home and offered a SIM and collected Rs.100 as advance Recharge and 50 for processing saying that it will be recharged once the new SIM is activated. He also provided his name and contact no Suresh : [protected]

                                        It took 7 days for my activation. When i tried contacted him he never took the phone. After activation, as i am unable to dial any outgoing calls. When i contacted again he is not picking the call and one fine day he picked the call and not responded properly.

                                        The Lesson is DONT be cheated with this Sales Executives as they simply collect the amount assuring you that they will recharge.

                                        Note down the above number and don't pay any amount to these people.
