    I have rechacharged my number [protected] (IDEA) with amount of Rs.54 for 10500 loc + nat sec. alidity of 28 days on 21st of october so, today on 04th of november my main balance deducted. please return my deducted amount and tell me reason why my amount was deducted from idea account.

      This is Ravindra Mehta using [protected](Idea) number along with 4 other CUG Idea numbers. When they came here to sell their postpaid connection they promised that I will get additional pack o[censored]S/Canada calling with cheap rates with my plan EasyShare 2.0. Now they are refusing to give me that service activated. Their executives are cutting my calls if I do for complaints. Their executive does a blank call to me and just mark the complaint as closed without even talking to me. It seems they are cheating on the customers with false marketing. Help.

      They called me on the same day - 5th Nov and told me that they will get back to me with the ETA of the resolution. But after that there is no communication and no updates on this issue. Its been a struggle to get a solution for this from Idea.

      They were supposed to get back to me with the time estimation of when the pack will be activated on my number. Generally it takes 4 hours.

      But still they never got with any ETA yet even after more then 24 hours of time.

      Its been 5 more days and no updates still. They are blaming me that I have disconnected their call which is a completely wrong statement. I never received / disconnected any calls from last 20 days.

      Please help! They are not even taking care of a small request from so long and just wasting time of both. I sent several emails to their appellate more then a month ago but they are not even responding for this. Also their Appellate numbers do not work either.

      I got below email from them on 8th December :

      The new plan offers more flexibility to you while adding new numbers to the account. It also gives you an option to choose from wide variety of Booster packs to top up your Internet. You may also opt for any other SMS/ISD pack from our available array of products.

      Please note that your plan rental and all the current benefits/tariffs of your existing bill plan will continue as it is, however, the plan rental and free benefits will be non-prorated.


      However when I called them to activate the pack they are saying I am still not eligible for the same pack. Now they are sending fake emails to just convince customers that they have provided services whether they are not even taking care of providing any updates on this.

      Please help if possible.

        I use Idea Mob.No.[protected] . Today company sent me a bill amounting to rs.429/- I call customer care no.12345, regarding this bill but they not satisfy me and he say the amount of 260 is Internet Usage,
        Sir i already use Internet connection of Tata Docomo no.[protected] and i never use Idea Internet .
        Please wave off my amount Rs.260. instead of 429/-

              My mobile no is [protected].idea is continuously deducting balance from my account.today they deducted 95 rs from my account.on 27th october they deduct 30 rs from my account.i m totally fed up from their service.they are deducting my hard earned money without any reason. please help me.

                Hi, My mobile number is [protected]. And I have Idea postpaid connection. I called Idea customer care on September 26 to activate 3G internet on my mobile. I asked various plans available. Then I told to activate 100 rupees package on my mobile. But they activated 849 package on my mobile. I got 1170/- bill in October. I got shocked with the bill. But I just paid the bill without raising any complaint. The reason is I was in other state, when I called customer care executive to activate internet on my mobile. I thought, due to roaming charges, I got huge amount in bill. But in the month of November also, I got 1140/- bill. Again I got shocked, I called customer care and asked the reason. Then I came to know, they have activated 849 package instead of 100 rupees package. Please correct my bill for both the months.And refund the money I paid in the month of October. Otherwise I have to switch to other mobile carrier.

                  The fraud practice of Idea is unlimited. I made request to port out two numbers [protected] & [protected]. After port out I had balance Rs 29 and Rs 164 respectively. As per TRAI guideline within 60 days the refund has to be made. My number disconnected on 18 Aug 2015 and still after several, communication to appellate authority and customer care, no hope to get.                       I bought new prepaid sim card(mobile No.[protected]). on 19th October and after activation of sim card. I recharged the number with Rs.649 -3G pack.After that Idea distributor charged the Sim card with Rs 77 FRC 2G as promotion pack.After that I am unable to use 3G pack.I called the customer care and I was informed that 3G pack have been cancelled by network automatically because 2G pack was charged on top of 3G. In that case I asked for refund of money but I am not getting refund of money or 3G data. Its clear case of cheating by Idea.Please take necessary action by either giving me refund or providing Rs.649 3G data.This is the problem with idea system and not conveyed to customer in advance and lot of customer are facing this problem but idea is unable to provide any satisfactory solution for this problem.I sent the mail to idea customer care as well for complaint but I did not get any reply.                         Hi Sir, Good Morning !!!. My Self Vishal. i am using Idea connectivity in Punjab Area. My Contact number is [protected]. last time i shocked when i received approximate 3000/- mobile bill than i will call to help line of Idea than the waver me 70% and my plan has been changed but now i have pay approximate 1000/- for 3g plan but my connectivity is very poor many time i was lodged the complaint but they could not respond to solve it. My 175 balance overwritten by 253. If facility to withdraw 253 recharge is with service provider will my 175 balance be restored

                                Hi, I recently shifted from Airtel to Idea using MNP for better network but unfortunately, the network doesn't work at all in my area. I have submitted a complaint many times and everytime they tell me that we have resolved it. But till now, I am unable to access even GPRS or 2g on my device in my area. It works average in other areas but even calls don't connect in my residential area. This was the complaint which they closed - C1-[protected] saying it is resolved. I'm trying to switch back to Airtel but have to wait for 90 days as per MNP rules. People around me are saying they can't even connect to my phone number.

                                  On my idea number [protected] rs 13/- have been deducted on[protected] from my main balance. This is repeatedly happening with my number. On[protected] rs 15/- have been deducted. I am loosing a lot of amount like this. Though my data pack is activated this deduction is happening. Please check this problem and refund me.                                       I was having 100 rs balance a net pack of 300 mb but while using my internet it was reduced to 5 mb so i closed my internet but when i checked my balance my 100 rs was deducted and when i called the coustomer care they told the balance was deducted because of internet usage but when i told them the net balance is now also showing 5 mb they give such a stupid answer that when your net balance in 20 mb then you cannot use two application on one time like you cant use face book and whats app on same time if you use the same then the amount from your main balance will be deducted. This i have listen first time and listening such a stupid answer I have decided to port my number into Voda or Airtel but I will not stay in Idea Earlier also my balance was deducted and this company not even send msg or any call regarding the deduction.

                                        I have idea mobile number. on 29/10/2015 I have received an message due to ducument not manya all services stoped and tell submit valid document. I have contact Local idea office to submit my document but they said your no disconnected due to telemarting call from your no and it will not reconnect I have tolled them I have not made any call and massage related telemarketing they can check but they refuge. I also mail to idea on 31/10/2015 but I have not respond them.
