My name is Mr. Kiran Parikh, i am using Ideas post paid connection since long time. I am using dual sim cell phone(Microsoft phone), wherein i am using my personal Idea post paid number - [protected] and my company paid post paid number, inspite of having 3G plan in my both the numbers, this month on 8th Oct'15, I had received SMS from Idea (which is my personal number) stating that your internet usage value is 4000. I was socked when i have received this message, then I went to Idea store, Ground floor, Nirman complex, Opp Havmore restaurant, Behind Navrangpura bus stand, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, on 8th Oct'15 where I have met Ms. Richa, and I have requested to her that I have received message from your company, stating that my internet usage is Rs 4000, I also have informed her that I am using two numbers in my phone, wherein my both numbers has 3G plan, As my company is giving me unlimited 3G plan on my company number, so i don't want to continue internet plan on my idea number, she has said ok, it will be discontinued internet service, and given me one printed form to fill up, also asked to submit one photo id, which i had given to Ms. Richa, she has assured me that my internet service will be discontinued soon, after that i also seen that my internet service on Idea is still continue, and I am getting updating message from Idea about my usage. as I am working in the Travel industry and traveling a lot, I wasn't have time to visit again to idea office, then on my billing cycle date which is 25th of every month, I have received message from Idea company that my bill for this month is 7385, I was shocked after reading this message, today on 29th Oct'15 at 2.46 pm again I went to same idea store to meet Ms. Richa and give complain on this, When i met her she told me that this issue is not from Idea side, You should have disconnect from your mobile, when I have told to her that if this was the system then why you haven't informed me that time when i had came with this issue. She told me that you will have to pay this as you have used this service. I am feeling cheated by not providing proper details, i haven't even not received phone from their back office to know why i am discontinuing service and also to give proper information, I am feeling cheated as I was dealing with Ms. Richa, and for me as a customer she is representing the Idea cellular company. When I have asked to Mr. Richa to give reference number of my request form which i have filled up on 8th Oct'15 then she has given me 01-[protected] number. I am requesting you to please help me to give justice and stop them to generate money by not providing proper information to the consumers.
