On[protected] Rs.15/ were duducted from my main balance on my idea number [protected].Although my net pack was activated and was not yet completed this happend. This is not for the first time I am facing this problem.Last month also the same has happend and I lost rs-40/- I filed a complaint here only but I didn't received it. Please check this problem and refund me. Refund me.

    I received a cal out of the blues today at 3PM from Ritu ([protected]) asking me that my postpaid bill is pending for the number I've not used for 3 months. I told her that I'll pay by Monday as I'm of station but she started that you're our servant and it's your responsibility to pay on time. Then she called everyone dialed in my circle and harassed them, saying that I'm a defaulter and have not paid my bills. I mean I told her that I'll pay by Monday so what's up with this. She called my Dad and 3 of my close friends.
    This is not acceptable from a brand like Idea, you guys have lost a customer for life today and I'll make sure. This was a pathetic approach, if I missed on to pay a bill, there were better ways to ask for it.
    When I called her back, that please don't call everyone in my circle, she replied; when you pay the bill, then call me with the receipt number and not before that.
    I mean this is not a way to treat your customers.
    #Shameful on your part. Rather than spending so much on your advertisements, please invest on your customer service etiquette. .

    [protected], dont know her name..the bill for my postpaid connection was pending because I was demanding for my detailed bill summary and that was not given. from the last 3 months different idea representative called me and everytime I ask for the same from them. Then finally the above told number called my wife's sister in law and abused her a lot and at last cut the phone. Then she called my wife and do the same. I provided my number for correspondence to idea. How dare she to investigate in my personal life and to abuse them. Because of this there started a huge problem in my family .my wife is a patient of depression and she left eating by thinking it as a huge problem. And idea is demanding higher education cess for such misbehaving people. You may be a recovery agent but you do not have any right to interfere or investigate or disturb my personal life. I will not bear this at all. Hell embarrassing. And I am going to file a police FIR against this. The number was [protected] whose bill is pending. And my number is [protected]

But now again after 15 days they have again activated flash messages on my mobile. Y is idea ruining its name by providing this type of services

        मैं वरुन कुमार,

        मुझे दिनांक 28 october 2015 को मेरे reliance के No. पर एक कॉल इस no से [protected] आया और उन्होंने बोला की उनका नाम सुरभि है और idea कंपनी से हैं, उन्होंने कहा 130 रूपये लगेंगे आप अपना नंबर idea में Port (MNP) करा लीजिये और इससे मेरा call rate लोकल आईडिया To आईडिया 10 पैसे, idea To other 25 पैसे, idea to idea STD 30 पैसे, idea to other STD 35 पैसे हो जाएंगे और वो भी lifetime validity के साथ.
        मैंने port के लिए हाँ कर दिया, फिर थोड़ी देर बाद ही एक आदमी मेरे घर पर आ जाते हैं और मुझसे मेरा पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटो, डॉक्यूमेंट (आधार कार्ड), 130 रूपये तथा porting code ले कर चले गए.
        उन्होंने मुझे एक idea का Sim Card दिया है, जिसका sim No. है[protected] तथा IMSI No. है [protected]. उन्होंने कहा है 5 दिन में मेरा नंबर idea में port हो जाएगा.

        इसके बाद मैंने idea के कस्टमर केयर [protected] पर बात करके इसके बारे में बताया तो उन्होंने कहा इस तरह का idea का कोई भी ऑफर नहीं है जो lifetime validity के साथ ऐसे कॉल रेट का ऑफर देता हो तथा यह भी कहा की idea से इस तरह का कॉल नहीं किया जाता है, idea में पोर्ट करने के लिए idea के शोरूम जा कर कराना होता है. उन्होंने कहा की जो मुझे कॉल आया था तथा जो मुझसे इसके लिए 130 रूपये ले कर गए है वो लोग Froud हो सकते है.

        इसके बाद अगले दिन दिनाकं 29 october 2015 को मैंने उस no. ([protected]) पर कॉल किया तो कोई फ़ोन रिसीव नहीं कर रहा था, बहुत बार कॉल करने पर कॉल receive किया, मैंने उससे पूछा की आपके शोरूम का नाम क्या है, कहा पर आपका शॉप या शोरूम जो भी है कहां पर है तो वो कुछ नही बता रही है, बस इतना बताया की 5 दिन में पोर्ट हो जाएगा और इसके बाद उसने कॉल डिस्कनेक्ट कर दिया.

        मैं इसी बात से आपको अवगत करने के लिए E-Mail कर रहा हूँ, आपसे निवेदन है कृपया इसकी जाँच करें. इसके वजह से मैं बहुत डिस्टर्ब हूँ, अगर यह froud है तो मैं आगे action लूंगा. मैंने कंस्यूमर फोरम में already शिकायत कर दिया है, कंस्यूमर फोरम ने 5 दिन का wait करने को कहा है, अगर 5 दिन में पोर्ट नहीं हुआ तो मैं समझ जाऊंगा की यह froud हुआ है. ये लोग पता नहीं कितनो के साथ ऐसे froud करते होंगे. आप कृपया sim no. के द्वारा पता लगाएं की इस Sim इसका डीलर कौन है.

          My name is Mr. Kiran Parikh, i am using Ideas post paid connection since long time. I am using dual sim cell phone(Microsoft phone), wherein i am using my personal Idea post paid number - [protected] and my company paid post paid number, inspite of having 3G plan in my both the numbers, this month on 8th Oct'15, I had received SMS from Idea (which is my personal number) stating that your internet usage value is 4000. I was socked when i have received this message, then I went to Idea store, Ground floor, Nirman complex, Opp Havmore restaurant, Behind Navrangpura bus stand, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, on 8th Oct'15 where I have met Ms. Richa, and I have requested to her that I have received message from your company, stating that my internet usage is Rs 4000, I also have informed her that I am using two numbers in my phone, wherein my both numbers has 3G plan, As my company is giving me unlimited 3G plan on my company number, so i don't want to continue internet plan on my idea number, she has said ok, it will be discontinued internet service, and given me one printed form to fill up, also asked to submit one photo id, which i had given to Ms. Richa, she has assured me that my internet service will be discontinued soon, after that i also seen that my internet service on Idea is still continue, and I am getting updating message from Idea about my usage. as I am working in the Travel industry and traveling a lot, I wasn't have time to visit again to idea office, then on my billing cycle date which is 25th of every month, I have received message from Idea company that my bill for this month is 7385, I was shocked after reading this message, today on 29th Oct'15 at 2.46 pm again I went to same idea store to meet Ms. Richa and give complain on this, When i met her she told me that this issue is not from Idea side, You should have disconnect from your mobile, when I have told to her that if this was the system then why you haven't informed me that time when i had came with this issue. She told me that you will have to pay this as you have used this service. I am feeling cheated by not providing proper details, i haven't even not received phone from their back office to know why i am discontinuing service and also to give proper information, I am feeling cheated as I was dealing with Ms. Richa, and for me as a customer she is representing the Idea cellular company. When I have asked to Mr. Richa to give reference number of my request form which i have filled up on 8th Oct'15 then she has given me 01-[protected] number. I am requesting you to please help me to give justice and stop them to generate money by not providing proper information to the consumers.

            I have using idea postpaid card. my plan is rs 125.and data serivce is 250rs. in last month i have changed plan 2501gb 3g to 450 2gb 3gonce then again activate booster pack of 100rs, 300mb+100rs 300mb.when my bill generated it was 2901 rs. Monthly Charges -125 Feature Charges-363 Usage & VAS Charges -1855 Other Credits & Charges -200 Service Tax - 356.17 i want to reduce my data usage charges so i activated next plan.customer executive tell me that due to plan change and you used 30 days plan in 10 days we applied charges when you change the plan on prorata basis but what is proarata is not communicated when i was activated.but idea not given any information when my plan change that how much i cost for it.only ur plan is successfully activated msg came.and it not shows in unbilled amount or when data usage warning appear. so only when bill is generated then i acknowledge this amount. i have not got the right information at the time of charges been applied.just one warning or msg need to received. in 100 customer only 5 knows that how to charges applied bcz they already victim of this case. i want to reduce my bill which is charges applied without information. i have been pay 700 to 1000 rs per month which i use properly.but in this case unknown charges applied which charges are correct i will pay it otherwise not interested to pay bill. or i will switch with other service provider.

              This is very thing happening with idea cellular bill problem, I had a idea plan 599 on db. 28.10.15 afternoon in that I had 20 plan and I accepted 19 plan for my internet (135 MB) and 1 plan for calling because of my normal calling. When I was using my internet daily basis, I log in and log off, after some time message was showing "your last session MB used & balance MB is something. and your charges is 00 on that date 28.10.15 afternoon I unbilled usage amount Rs. 53 and that date 28.10.15 after noon I changed plan i.e. 799 after I checked my unbilled usage was showing Rs. 6300/- that is unbelievable thing and after next day my outgoing my net service is blocked due to this I was calling to customer care but they are stuck only one answer "once bill raised then we will do the work" what the is happening...we got lots of problem to transfer in Idea cellular. they have very slow internet when using then how they got to many bill to us, if they have credit limit 1600 so why our bill is 6300/- u have to stop after crossed your credit limit, This is company policy to raised high bill to their client.               as my above compaints said that, I changed plan on dt. 28.10.15 and suddenly my bill amount changed, now my bill generated and as I said correctly that happened. Now my GPRS data is nil and another prorated overage charges (31024_HH_3G IPLAN) i.e. amount 6265/- on dt. 28.10.15 time 16.32 (that time i changed plan), yet i dont know that which this are levied to customer, This is forcely amount charged to me. please sort it out my card is completely disconnected and i have lots of problem for this.                 Initially my plan was Rs-199/- and i received the call from Idea customer care for change of plan with tariff 1299/-

                It was discussed with the customer executive and was initiated that for the plan you will getting the bill as per the talktime used for Calls or Sms or VAS.

                The plan got activated in mid of september as per discussion from idea i haven't used the plan not even more than 2 weeks i was raised the bill of 1296.13 and i was told you will be getting the bill as per usage and talktime used in minutes only by customer care executive who activated the plan in september 2015.Even i went to Idea cellular shop for the query and they didnot give any proper feedback for my query and this month ihave not used the number for the calls as they have locked outgoing calls since i have not paid the bill for sept-october 2015 and again they have rasied the bill raised as below-

                  I have a Delhi area number [protected]. The company has been imposing 2g services at this age of 4G. My package is 249 no shock bill. But the company has been providing me shock after shock. I am unable to use the free 512 MB 3G pack while 2G pack has been imposed on me. Now they have disconnected the services. Customer care is unable to give any satisfactory reply. Pathetic services.

                    Sir, I am gunabushanam, my contact no is [protected].automatically deducted the amount 1.5rs for sms twice on today(28/0ct/2015). I phoned to idea care they said that sms is sent to 3092. But i did not sent any sms in that number. it seems that is haryana idea number. How it is happened in a network. It is happening 5th time. last month it was deducted the amount 1.5rs. Please resolve my issue for deduction amount.

                      I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated today 21st Oct 2015 from web for my no. [protected] for which it tooks 50Rs 50rs.charges per month. After so many calls to customer care it was deactivated from my no but I have not received my money back. I haven't used any service or download anything named juice up service. it was activated in my No without any information. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used So please request you to refund my Valuable money. Would wait for your prompt reply in this regard...

                        Hi, I had activated Booster Data pack on 20th october. I got mail saying "Thank you for selecting Idea 3G Services. As per your request, 3G service has been activated on your Idea Mobile number [protected]. Kindly note that the New Tariff charges will be applicable after 1 hour from now." This is misleading and customer who is in hurry might not read that it would be activated after 1 hour when they have mentioned on first line that it is activated". Even the remaining usage screen on my phone showed that it was activated ! Now I have been charged 400 rupees extra saying that I have used it before activation. This is not acceptable and is cheating with customer.

                            October 2, 2015, I purchased a so called "3G WI-FI DONGLE" from IDEA for a whopping Rs. 2, 500.00. Till date (15th Oct 2015, 13 days) I have spend Rs. 4, 103.00 on this useless picece of junk. It has multiple problems, it seems. Frequently it drops the wi-fi. Other times the SIM has no signal. To top it all, I have to keep resetting (puttng on and off) the dongle. Once my cell phone goes out of range, I cannot get internet connection when I get within range. It keeps trying to "getting IP address". Nothing happens till I unplug and replug the dongle. This problem did not exist when I was using the BSNL broadband. So the problem is definitely with the dongle. I do not get any help from their so called help line. The number is not toll free and the menu is endless. Finally you get to speak to some arrogant human who puts on hold and doesn't come back. The situation is simply appalling. Finally I wrote to them on line, through their website giving my contact number. I didn't hear from them. Then when I checked the status of the dongle connection on its log in page, I saw a SMS message saying that they tried to contact me and could not. Its interesting to note the message came on the dongle SIM and not on the contact number I gave. I have no miss calls on my cell, which is never switched off. How did they try to contact me? I have a feeling the baboons tried to call me on the dongle SIM. They have not called me on the contact number I gave. Its unbelievable folks. Take my tip: For me., associating with IDEA was a bad idea. I am going to write it off as a loss and a bitter experience. PS: There is nothing like unlimited internet. Wifi simply doesn't work in 2G.

                              I am user of number [protected]. For last 2 days when i travel to Mumbai there are no incoming or outgoing calls. A caller receives a automated reply stating being congestion in network the call cannot be completed. While when i call there is no response and the dialed call gets disconnected.

                                  I am regularly getting the IDEA Flash message, after calling to customer care they told me to follow the few step that are
                                  Goto to IDEA Power > Idea Flash > Activate > Deactivate then the flash message will be deactivated
                                  But in adea power there is no such option or menu "Idea Flash" i am able to find, after that again i called to customer care but they said "we have to respond to other customers and your mobile might not have such service and also few other things" and i didn't get proper replay from them...

                                  Please tell me how to stop the sevice...and even after seeing the IDEA Power menu in other mobiles they also not have such option called IDEA flash(varified with 2-3 other mobiles).

                                    We have corporate connections Named Under "International Biotech " but now we are frustrated from your company billing method. Any time your service provider start or close any services on our any number without our any confirmation mail.Even they dont mail us the complete bill due to which the close our number so we have to pay full payment soon to get the number into working in which we didnt use some services. they mail us last month bill 26-8-15 to 25-9-15 on date 17-10-15 which is after the due date. they also charge us the money for closed connections. We are now fed up with your system this is your last time warning otherwise we have to complaint at your higher level or may be we have to go consumer court.

                                    Please look into this matter seriously.We will be waiting for your valuable response.

                                      I am not getting my 3G internet in my phone from 24th October evening onward. I called the customer care the next day and they said its technical issue and it will be resolved in two hours. The same night I checked, nothing was resolved. I again contacted the customer care and they said the same two hours. Today in the morning I checked and I am not getting any internet. Again contacted the customer care and they said two hours. Other than these two hours, nothing has been happening actually. I need it to be solved ASAP.

                                        Idea Mobile No: [protected] of Ahsan Muzid, was recharged on 2nd Oct 2015 immediately deactivated the previous internet pack of remaining 399 mb after recharging Rs. 103/- within due date. This is a serious ‘Monkey Business’ done by Idea Mobile Commerce Services Ltd. (ICSL). Talked with customer care of Idea, Guwahati, supervisor Mr. Barman, had a long discussion about the said deactivation of previous internet pack on 4th Oct’ 15. He told me that after recharging within due date internet pack the remaining mb is atomically deactivate. No docket number allotted by the customer care.
