I accidentally recharged another no. i. e. [protected] when I was recharging my no. i. e. [protected] via paytm. When I called up coustmercare they are not registering my complaint. I spoke to paytm they said idea can liquidate my problem, please I want my amount back or I will move further with my complaints.

Ref Comm Id# C1-[protected] ... complanerroneous charges in the Sep-Oct Bill of Rs 2743/-, On an average for over 2-3 years I have incurred charges of Rs 850-1200/- but this is too much. dialer tone / missed call alert services activated/ renewed without my consent, no one calls to confirm, but charges are levied, not willing to prove it. (show the voice recording if so, as proof), they have to reverse the charges at any cost, they cant take customers for ride, pl reverse in the current bill itself, Rs 249 & Missed call alert Rs 149/ I also doubt the charges applied in internet are irrelevant, according to my usage pattern It isn’t possible to spend so high, one of instance I, e 28th to 30th Sep I was in Goa and had connectivity issues, than how come get internet.

i m vikas jaiman and my idea connection Number is [protected].
i m using my number since[protected] and last 5 months i switched to post paid connection of idea.
when i checked my unbilled amount during last billing month it had showed that my unbilled amount was around 850(approx.)now this amount is 1043/- and that time also i registered the complaint on this forum itself . priviously idea customer care told me once my bill is out they can tell me what all this billing amount is .
Now, I have received my bill and total due amount is 2330/- and in bill itself it is written that they have charged on data pack on pro-ration basis, i dnt know what it means because on last day of my billing month i had left with 220MB(approx.)
then what this charges are all about.
I have make my mind and switching to other better mobile connection, thanks to mobile portability .still i need idea to clarify me about this bill charges or better they must reverse this charges.

Hai, (I got same problem) I just buy IDEA POST PAID SIM - [protected] on Dec 2015 (for only net usage) and used 3 months and stop using that network on may2015. last month bill pending 1991-Rs INR on may. . I had not hide any where, or not refused - just delay for some personal reason. BUT I got same problem CALL FROM DELHI COURT.-- Threatening to pay bill for IDEA NETWORK, calls received on : 19- oct-2015 from [protected]a Lady called me & used most bad words. & 19-oct-2015 from [protected] a female called me told CALL FROM DELHI COURT & HE Threatening to pay bill for IDEA NETWORK. i just inform that please send any one of your person to collect payment. He told me you have to PAY WITH IN ONE HOUR or else WE ARE FROM DELHI COURT we will file complaint. Threatening me DELHI COURT, DELHI COURT, DELHI COURT, DELHI COURT, DELHI COURT, DELHI COURT, DELHI COURT, DELHI COURT. They repeated the word (every sec - Threatening ) He shouted that - I will file the case now Disconnect the line. call end... I Requests any of the collection AGENT PLS or authorised person from IDEA, come and collect your cash, and before that you have answer my question and also about Threatening phone calls and bad words used on that day.

Last month I have ported 2 numbers into idea and wanted to use in same cug and that is the only reason to ported both numbers When I got bill the charges are applied on cug number, After online complaints I come to know that inter lock code is different, why should I pay for your executive's mistake I have opened many tickets, call care numbers and visited outlets but the issue is still open

Mera something rs 30 ka balance kata gya or recovery bhi nhi kar rhe h. Complaint karne pr complaint officer anjali, Ravi ne jankari m bataya ki iska, refand nhi ho sakta. Kyoki apne data limit se jyada net use kiya h. Par mera kahna h ki jab meri limit samapt ho rhi thi to muje information message kyo nhi bheja gya. Muje apna Balance refand chahiye. Please muje mera balance refand karva de.

Hello sir my mobile no.[protected].i got 150 balance and mobile data about 500mb still my main balance 150 detected i call called idea customer they r telling i opened some multiapps but i dint touch or check my mobile during that time when money detected

Network problem, not able to hear the voice when on call. Also When i call someone, no ring is heard and even after the call is picked, no voice is heard on both the sides (neither me nor the reciever ). However, no internet connection error is encountered. This problm is persisting since last three-four days. Kindly look into the matter since it is causing huge problem and inconvenience to me. Dear sir, I inspector Praveen Kumar would like to inform u that i hv an idea postpaid connection for about last one year, as par our duty scheduled we hv to go out of mumbai circle so the plans they are providing is not suitable for me in this concern i contacted to customer care executive so many times, also they charges 425 instead of 399 without any information, but when i made call to customer care and pressurise them to disconect the connection they again convert 425 to 399.sir each and every month i hv to call them for some new problem they create, sir they attract the people for taking postpaid connection but when person request them to convert it into prepaid their rules are very rigid, hence i requested u to kindly some control must be imposed on such peoples who harass the people just to achieve their targets in market, now my bill generating date is 22 nd of each month and i m made them call to disconnect my connection wef 23 oct 2015 or convert it into prepaid connection, CONTACT ON MOB NO-[protected]

When i took the plan of idea postpaid at that time I activated 299 monthly plan. But without my knowledge without any conformation they converted my plan to 350 monthly. I did complaint about that but I am not getting any resolution and I told them so many times who are the executives of collection. Everyday they are giving totally different information, because of that I am not satisfied from theirs service and I am not getting any resolution, that's why I am complaining here. I am writing regarding complain. Yesterday I recharged my number [protected] from Rs.52/- from Freecharge app. It was successful recharge even I get message on my number or mail on my registered email I'd, but I did not get 200MB Data on my number. And in evening I was using data and they deducted main balance. Being a student I just request you to please return my amount or give compensation, so that I would be regular customer of your company. Waiting for your reply

She called me to take a post paid connection, i asked her to called me back next day and i spoke to her, I was not satisfied with her services so i said her i dont want.. she started using vulgar words for not taking connection. im really gonna file complaint on idea service.. from idea customer i got call from this number [protected]. ill not leave her

I am idea user and using this since last one year, i have chnegd my plan to 199 in march, 2015.Without my infro ithey have changed the plan to 499.And they forcefully asking for submission of bill and when i ask gve me the recorded call of chnging plan then they donot have ny call. your idea bpo emplyees talk in very rubbish language and they are disturbing again and again and not admitting their fault. especially no:-[protected] (Prem idea) and [protected](Abhinav Kakkaar). I hope you will resolve the matter and donot force me to go to consumer court.

Hi I am idea postpaid customer. I was satisfied with the service and my mobile no is [protected]. But now I am very disappointed to see my bill I am charged unnecessary for the SMS- MT charges Rs 423 for the bill 20-Sep[protected]Oct-2015 and Rs. 210.00 for bill 20-Aug[protected]Sep-2015. I never checked by bill earlier I paid bill what I get on sms. But this month I checked my bill and see they have been charged for the SMS- MT unnecessary. I never used these kind services. So, I want please send correct bill for this month and adjust amount on this bill which I already paid previous month. Quick reply or action is expected. Hoping for your best support. I have moved to USA in the month of may and by the end of the month i called to idea customer care in Delhi and requested them to disconnect my number after full settlement of the bill.Me and my husband called them for n number of times for disconnection of my number. Every time we spoke to them they says we have generated the request and they have send me the disconnection reference number as well.But the problem is i am still getting bill from idea every month and my friends and parents are getting calls from idea customer care.They were literally harassing my friends and parents by calling them.Every time i call i have to explain the situation to new person, which result into nothing.

It has been noticed that my call details & messages for the mobile number [protected] are being looked into and shared externally. I do not have proof with regards to that but I do understand and strongly beleive that the details are being shared to an external person.

Sir, I have idea prepaid number [protected] in Western UP / Uttrakhand. I am regularly getting flash messages from your side which is chargeable also. I had requested through customer care to stop these messages but to no avail as I have been charged multiple times. Please stop these messages or I shall have to discontinue using idea prepaid.

I was having mobile number [protected] which was got disconnected and full and final payment after necessary waiver was made on 30/08/2014 against receipt number MO 504747 dated 30/08/2014 issued by your representative at M/S Aryaman Enterprises Booth No.90 Phase 10 Mohali, a copy of which is enclosed (both sides).
Despite above, your representative Sh Harpal Singh (as advised from phone number [protected]) and others are making threatening calls to me on my alternate mobile number [protected] and are raising further illegal amounts. This is totally harassing to me. Kindly advise your representative to refrain from doing above, otherwise, I shall be constrained to take appropriate remedy besides going to press at your entire risk, cost and consequences thereof.
