One week ago received call from IDEA customer care and said that you can convert your prepaid sim to postpaid and i agreed but already one week has been spent and my prepaid and postpaid both sim has been deactivated and not received any conclusion from idea customer care and also i have submitted my proper document.

i called customer care but not given any right conclusion he said due to festival after 4 days your sim will be activate what is this? if you can not active my number then why you have deactivated my prepaid number [protected]?

      I had tried porting my number [protected] from IDEA Kerala to AIRTEL to avail AIRTEL's 4G services. As per the plan i took up i could use 5.4GB of data with which i had taken a booster pack of 2GB which means in total a data of 7.4GB. I had tried porting out of IDEA on 26th July but stating that i hadnt paid the bill IDEA had rejected the porting but i paid the bill within 5 mins of getting that message(which happened on 4th of August when my bill date is 10th of August). After rejecting AIRTEL on checking the porting status asked me to port again as the previous one got rejected. When that port out was requested, i was sent a message asking me to pay a payment of Rs. 428 which i paid without any hesitation. Hence i got ported to AIRTEL. But on August 26th i got a bill with a bill of Rs. 13000. The explanation IDEA gave me for the Bill was because i used about 3.2GB at Pro RATA. For 3.2GB of Pro RATA i was charged Rs.12000 more than what i am supposed to pay. What injustice is this. 1. First of all no where is it mentioned that Pro RATA charges will be taken on porting. 2. Second of all, how in earth for 3.2GB of data can i be charged Rs.13000. If the bill was around Rs.[protected], i would have paid it for sure. But Rs. 13000 is insane. Apart from getting calls asking to pay the bill i ahvent recieved a call from IDEA as yet.

        My name is Arun Kumar & My Moblie Number is [protected]. I am writing this mail to inform you that your customer care executive behaves very ruthless. I purchased this no. one year ago and gave a Security amount of 250 rupees which one is confirmed that after 6 months i would get refund in 7th & 8 thBill. This amount is not refunded and due to poor execution and rude less behaviour of your executive at Idea Store, I have switch to another operator.My security is not refunded. I have personally visited your store again than your Executive Swapnil Thakur told me after the portability of 90 days your security amount is refunded through cheque at your mailing account. After 105th day, I again visited idea store situated at Khandsa, Mrs. SWAPNIL THAKUR TOLD ME THAT I HAD NOT CONFIRMED YOU ANY THING AND YOUR SECURITY WILL NOT BE REFENDEED Because you have not our customer longer. I asked her this is Idea responsibility to redeem my security in my bills, but they did not do that. So your executives gave a FABULOUS REPLY THAT SIR THIS IS YOUR CONCERN. They talked like, they did not have any manner or any soft skills. Sir this is not a Issue of 250 Rupees, this is how you tackle your customers.             Today morning one person call me no looks like personal (no is : [protected]) and his name is Ravi from khanderav market vadodara, gujarat branch, he ask for my personal document and i told him that i cannot give my data to any person if you are from idea then call me from idea no or come at my home and so me his i-card, because i got many fake calls for this type of scams so he directly give me warning which was very very rudely that he will stop my idea prepaid card no, within two days, I have call recording of that whole conversation. I am very old customer around 8 year old customer of idea and my approx spending in idea is 1000+, but after that conversation i have decide to port my no from idea to another company, So It is my request to you Please take some strict action against Ravi who is working in your branch of khandeerav market, vadodara, gujarat. otherwise company will loose many genuine customer.

              This is Manisha Wadaskar, my concern is I have done recharge on idea number : [protected] which belongs to my mother. I have done online recharge twice on 17 sep 2015 but both the time I got failure message but money got deducted. Post to that I have recharged through other mode and it got successfully done. as per idea team, even after failure message recharge credited on 18th sep. As it was failed hence i already did recharge through another mode hence now that recharge is of no use to me hence money of those should eb refunded to be . i.e. 198 * 2 = 396 /-. its been almost a month but no proper responce from Udea team. such a shame to have such slow response . totally dissatisfied with IDEA.

                I am repeatedly getting flash messages from idea and many times huge amounts are continuously debited from my account. I have called Idea customer care for deactivation of idea power flash messages. But they are just saying that this can be done from my mobile only. I tried all possible methods... with deactivation broadcast messages, etc. but i still get same messages. And idea power menu is not showing any option to deactivate. And in last weeks number of messages have increased. I could not understand why this kind of messages are coming even after DND activation. I really need to deactivate these annoying and money sucking messages. Can the idea people truly care to help resolve my issue. My mobile no. +91-[protected]. Anil Kumar.

                  I am using idea mobile service from last 3 years, i have unlimited internet plan on my mobile. Since last two months they started to add some extra amount in bill as WAP service when I contacted to their customer care, they took request . After 2 days I got call from their side and the person trying to justify the charges, when I told him that my plan is unlimited internet pan then he told me sir you visited paid website, when I asked to which website he did not tell me . Last moth bill I paid . This month again they added extra bill amount as WAP charges. Please help me and suggest how can I take action against idea.

                  Idea also charged "ISD charges" on the same number without informing me that they enabled ISD call.

                  Now Idea services become really pathetic . I will take strong action against them, Please help on that.

                    My phone service was stopped on 10th october till date 19th october. they send me a mail but i couldnt check mail as my phone was out of service. when i contacted Idea customer care they suggested to show documents at any idea center which i did but of no use, i also pay bill and unbilled amount still i am not getting my service. i paid total 7000/- for bill & unbill figure. i am suffering from no business communication and no contact when outside. very pathetic service...i wish to file the FIR for my suffering against Idea

                    my mobile number is [protected]...i have also visited Idea store at parijat Nagar, Nashik and as per their committment phone network will resume in half an hour ...and they keep their word ...network is resumed now...but i suffered a lot in last 10 days...and Idea store said that barring was done wrongly even if the creadit limit of my plan was high...hope in future this will not happen

I received a call from your company by this number ([protected]) on October, 18 2015 at 10:27am. This call was regarding VAS named idea manat. I received the call but didn’t press any button to activate this service even then my prepaid number was debited with 10 rupees. After two hours of the money deduction I call to 198 executive on October, 18 2015 at 12:15pm. I talked to RUBI KUMARI. (Q1-[protected] is the conversation no. between her and me) she told that money had been debited for the VAS that you had activated where as I had not activated the service. Rubi told that money would not be refunded because you had active the service. So, I request you to check my number and return my balance, for this I will be much obliged to you.                             What is this nonsense 'mydala deal pack'. I dont know, they deducted my money frequently from last three days and makes my life uncomfortable. till now they deducted 90+60+3+45+45 rupees for same pack number of times. After visiting your idea gallery at kalyani nagar Pune they said that they could not do anything in this matter as the services of Mydala Deals have been renewed again. Now I am surprised that without any prior intimation as to how have I been charged. My No: [protected].
                            What is this nonsense 'mydala deal pack'. I dont know, they deducted my money frequently from last three days and makes my life uncomfortable

                            Their replied that you have were charged for downloading a paid content.I don't know what is Mydala pack for, and I will be downloading it?

                            I don't know what mydala is and I have not clicked any link or subscribed. The why the money is deducted without any reason. This is cheating!

                            The message arrived at 1:18 PM Today and till 1:25 PM there was no internet connection in my phone. Even I have not touched my phone since morning.

                            This is unacceptable. Idea, you have one of the worst services and customer support. I want my money back!

                            I am also facing the same problem. The mydala nonsense has deducted 29 Rs of me. In addition to that I heard nonsense customer care executives, who even don't have information for the same.
                            I am willing to take this to consumers court.

                            Same thing happened to me. 29 deducted out of nowhere. Mydala power deal activated. I called idea customer care, they said that it is a purchase made through internet and couldnt do anything about it.

                              My mobile number is [protected] I was a vodafone subscriber earlier recently i had shifted from Delhi to Haryana so i had ported my number from vodafone to Idea (Haryana) But there is very poor network coverage in my area . My village(Rampur Theri) is fall 5 km from nearest town Rania ( 125055). This town Rania is located in SIRSA (125055)district in Haryana State. There is very weak network coverage in village, i had complaint few times in IDEA office but they are helpless for any solution.please kindly look into the problem .currently 4G is rolled out in country and village even not able to get a 2G/3G network .it is very disappointing that cellular companies only look for metro cities for their revenue..this is how Digital india is moving forward.

                                    Dear Team, I am a idea cellular user from last 7~8 months and I am using fixed post-paid plan of 999 rupees (For voice ) and 250 rupees (for) data. My billing cycle is 21st of every month. This time also my billing cycle was on 21st September. As usual i received my data (1 GB) for 250 rupees plan. I have used it till 15th October and i raised a request to add additional data (they call it as a booster pack) of 300MB for 100 rupees. So Instead of providing extra data of 300 MB for 100 rupees, they have changed my monthly plan and made it as 300 MB for 100 rupees monthly. And they are charging me 1075 rupees because i have used 1 GB of data of my earlier plan. This is total unexpected and when i called them their behavior was totally different. They were not at all ready to listen my query. I request you to do the needful and i am ensure that i can get justice under this system.                                         A person name Subhash from idea came. On 6th october and I gave him rs 2052 for new connection. Till now there is no update regarding my connection status. I want my money back as I am really frustrated and want to cancel the connection. Daily I am calling him and he promise to call back but never he has called me back.
