Dear Sir, My self VENKATA NARAYANA MURTHY KOTHALANKA. I am using idea cellular postpaid mobile connection bearing the number [protected]. Every month i receive bills in the range of Rupees 400 - 600 only. but this month my post paid bill generated amount of Rupees 4675.58 paise. i am not using internet on my phone but in between dates 24th sept 2015 to 28th sept 2015 they are charged 3575.64 for internet charges in my account. but i am not using the internet in my phone. at the same time i am tried to call customer care so many times for the internet charges affected in my account. but they not responded and they said every time.sir our servers are very busy and we unable to provide the details Sir please look into this matter and do the needful. i am from middle class family. i am not bearing this unauthorized charges.     I have to idea connection no: [protected] which I am porting from Reliance CDMA to IDEA and using Idea from last two year. The problem started once from last 2 month in my own house. Initially the network signal problem (calls getting dropped) was faced in the evening & night time only but later it started even during morning & day time also. I didn’t mind it initially as I thought may be b’c of some other reasons. But once this started happening more frequently and also my relatives started complaining that my both the numbers are not reachable, I realized that it is b’c of poor network signal. Then I took it up with the IDEA customer care and they confirmed the same and promised for some action but nothing o[censored]se. Since then I have been continuously making my complaints for poor network signal and same was checked and acknowledged by IDEA Network Team for which the solution proposed was to install the network tower in my area. The beauty here is every time IDEA closes my complaint w’o my confirmation and during the deadline they don’t even entertain any call/query related to it and ask wait until the deadline. Once enquired after deadline, they (customer care) informed that the complaint is already closed and after further probing they registered a fresh complaint. It happened three times in the last 2 months. For last 2 years, innumerable calls (outgoing & incoming) have been dropped for which also, I have been charged. Even after follow ups for more than a year now, no action has been taken. Because of call dropping issue, even I had to struggle when some of my close were trying to contact me in emergency situations. Having been troubled for so long, the worst situation created by Idea has made me to file complaint with consumer forum. Although, the time and those situations cannot be credited back, I am expecting that this problem be resolved on priority basis or else, I should be compensated for additional charges which I have incurred because of this fault.       An amount of nearly Rs 136 was deducted from my balance by Idea on my prepaid number [protected] . I had a conversation with Idea Customer Care representative and some other senior executive. They informed me that balance got deducted due to internet uses 16-oct-2015 and cannot be refunded. customer care told to me "It may be showing 36 mb data you are used, but actually i do not any data from my mobile. so balance got deducted and we cannot refund you money back".

      My issue is not resolved..and your customer care executive and senior CSE talking manner's is not good .we are they customer not you.From the customer's idea, not the idea of the customer.

          I had successfully recharged net pack and talk time on prepaid number [protected] by Rs.1255/- and Rs.786/- on 14/10/2015 respectively. Amount have also been deducted from my account. But Talk time balance was exhausted on 15/10/2015. I took up the matter with customer service executive then I came to know that Internet pack has not been recharged and talk time balance is finished due to Internet uses. Now nobody is responding from Idea.

            I am using idea sim from past 3 years, but from the last 2-3 months I am facing rapidly increasing network problems. Whenever I do call or receive any call, most of the time the call gets disconnected automatically, showing Call Drop (even if network signals are half or full). Due to this I am facing a lot of problems in conversation with others. Also, when my friends try to call me they get the message that my number is "Out of coverage area" or "switched off", but in actual it is not. I am living at the same place from 4 years, but the problem started a few months ago only, so you can't say that it is only some signals problem. So, I will just request the company to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

              14.10.15 [protected] I was offered whatsapp net package on 15.09.15 from IDEA office no. [protected] @ 40 per month and was assured that no other charges and will be charged on prorata basis. At the time of billing full rs. 40/- charged and on account of facebook usage extra charged of net usage which was never used.when only whatsapp package is offered, how come facebook can be used. Twice my call package is also changed at its own. FIrstly from Rs. 99 package to Rs. 124/- package and Secondly charging on SMS also. Which is harrassment to customer. Moreover required bill is also paid already.

                    Hi, My name is ThimmaReddy. I am post piad mobile customer since long time and I have requested to correct my name in the idea store (communicationid C1-[protected]) so that i will get correct name in the montly statement and I will this as a proof for my passport application as I don't have any other proff with present address. Request submited on 03-OCT-2015 and due date to complete the request was 08-Oct-2015. Idea store having my name as 'Thimma Reddy Vaddi' and correct name is 'Thimma Reddy Vaddi Reddy'. I have provided PAN card and current passport for the proff of my name. Today is 14-Oct-2015 and still this request has not processed. Called somanytimes to escalate but there is no progress. Manager in the call centre ( his name is Vishnu) not responding properly and he mentioned that I need to wait till bill statement generated date and I do not call to call-centre to know the status. Even he is not giving assurance that this request will be completed by 20th-OCT-2015. If this request not completed by 20th then I should wait for next month bill generation and will be huge delay for me to get passport and to go to abroad. Manager is careless to speak with customers and he suggested me to raise a complait if required. Please help me to take this forward to complete the request ASAP. Thanks Kind Regards, ThimmaReddy

                      I had recharged my mobile number with Rs 945 ([protected]) for 3G internet pack that entailed me of 10GB of 3G internet for a validity of 28 days. At the time of recharge the company policy was that customers can carry forward their remaining 3G data by recharging with any 3G internet pack before the expiry of the validity of the running 3G internet pack. But the company all of sudden changed its policy that you can not carry forward your internet data (when 2 days were remaining for the expiry of my validity). Also when contacted to the customer care executives (Mr Swapnil) he told me that you can carry forward the remaining data subject to the condition that you don''t recharge with any internet pack that gives you more than 1GB of 3G data. But when I did the same I did not get any carry forward data. When again contacted to the customer care, their senior officer (Mr Abhishek) refused to note my complaint saying that he can neither take my complaint nor can he transfer my call to his superiors. Instead he has given me number to track the call centre that is ''Q1-[protected]''

                        I applied to port to IDEA 13 days ago. The salesman came to my home and collected the documents and fees. The phone number of the saleman was [protected]. I waited patiently. I called him on the 10th and he said he will callback. He never called back. Today on 14/10/2015, i called him then he said that there is NO IDEA NETWORK in my area and it is not possible. This is NOT TRUE, idea users are able to use the network here.
                        I am very dissapointed over the loss of my time and money. I would like to complain about the salesman who gave me WRONG INFO and wasted my time. Also, please return my documents and money or PORT my numbers.

                        Hi, I do not have an IDEA MOBILE NUMBER. I had applied for it and the salesman took the fees from me. I gave him two vodafone numbers to be ported [protected] and [protected]. Please assist us, as your salesman collected the fees from us and has not done anything about it.

                            I had been using idea post-paid connection no [protected] for around 7 to 8 months. I was facing lots of problems about network, ie every time my call was disconnecting within few second, my internet 3g service was not working. many times network was not available. I was paying 900 to 1500 Rs bill every time but was not satisfied with their service, I complained about the same for minimum 5 times, of which I gaot replied by Idea customer care executives that your problem will be solved in 3 days. After a span of around 1 month I decided to port in other service provider. Idea customer care executives called me and I was told that please don't port out we will sure solve your problem. so I didn't port out, but my problem was unsolved. I was paying a bill of Rs 900 to Rs 1500 but was not getting that satisfactory service. Again I decided to port and the same happened, this time I told executive that if problem remains unsolved I will not pay the bill, he agreed. problem was not solved I didn't paid the bill and closed my connection with Rs 1700 unpaid bill. next month also Rs 1500 bill was generated, of which I had not used the service. now the executives are calling me and telling to py the bill, I refused the same, one lady executive told me to pay the of first month and will settle the bill. I agreed and paid Rs1700 bill. now again the executives are calling and telling to pay the balance bill. if one assures me to settle bill then now why other executives are calling. that too from legal department I am not going to pay the bill as this is idea network promlem.

When I complained, they told me that I had played an online game of this cost. Actually I was driving a bike that time. How can I drive and play games in same time? I never played online games and never handed my phone over others.

                                I activated missed call alert service. but as company promised doesn't give any alert when my phone is switchoff and received called that time. i lodged complaint on customer care of the company but no result came out. mobile no. [protected].

I have not able to pay my bill for 2 month. your collection team call me & told me that your bill is outstanding, when will u pay. I have told them you u can collect outstanding payment at billing address. your company dont know how to behaved to your customers Anyone didnt come at my given address. They are calling at my called numbers and says that this company is chor & abused & Misbehaved. if the female pick his phone they abused & misbehaved. your collection team number is [protected] We are taking a legal action & reported to police Station against your company. This is for your Information & record.

[protected] I am a consumer of idea cellular services i have been charged with out any reason and that too 1685 rs i just spoke to costumer care executive he says that i have used excess services thats why i am charged i asked the executive to explain me the complete bill after that for just 500 mb of data i have charged 686 rs and when i did't even use the excess service as soon i came to know that my free service i have activated additional data pack as the bill shows i have used 2 gb but as the executive explains me i have used more than 2 gb and now my total bill is 1685 rs i am a common man earning only 20k i opted to use idea cellular services because it is cheap among all network operators but as the costumer their good & valuable person then they cheat we consumers by unwanted charges

                                      I have ported my idea no from pune location to mumbai, after 60 days i recd a message stating 200 rs are pending for which i have recd no records and they disconnected my no, i made the payment online and send them the receipt on their customer care email id on 9th oct still today 12 th oct my no is not active and when i m calling the customer care department they saying they have forward the request and no idea when the service will be ACTIVE AGAIN... HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DELAY RESPONSE AND SERVICES I HAVE RECD AS SOON AS MY 90 DAYS WILL BE OVER WILL PORT ASAP TO ANOTHER TELECOM surprisingly i have still not recd any revert from the customer card email id do they have any TAT ???

                                        I have recharged online with the GPRS pack of Rs. 58/- at 2.14 PM but still haven't got my GPRS balance yet. I am a Idea Kolkata customer. My no. is [protected]. I have talked with the customer care they said it's a technical fault and will be cleared soon but I haven't got my balance yet even after 6 hours of my recharge. I know that it's not a technical fault because I have also recharged on my another no. but it was successful then why they are not giving my GPRS balance. I have also including my transaction details. So please help me.

                                        Well at least thanks for giving me my money back instead of giving my gprs balance. They tried to call me but I was busy in those days, so they couldnt reach me but at least they realises their mistake and paid me back my money.
