Dear Sir I had received a message from Idea on 04th Oct that full talk time would be provided for recharge amount Rs 180.00. No where it was mentioned that this offer is applicable for 04th Oct only. I recharged my Mob No. [protected] by Rs 180.00 on 07 Oct but we got talk time only for Rs. 154.89. while we talked to customer care of Idea they said that the offer was applicable for only 04th Oct. But the same was not mentioned in in the SMS.

    I taken a idea post paid mobile No. [protected] in last month, i have not received any bill for payment at given my address . I have received daily a message from idea company for over due bill & my mobile also not in service. I want post paid bill at my given office & mail address.

      Hi, This is worst internet service provider I have ever seen. Neither speed is good nor service. Everyday I face a breakdown of 1-2 hour which is very irritating. On an average I raise 3-4 complain every week but they are hopeless. Last time I raised complain TCT[protected] but it is auto closed after few day without acknowledgement.         I am using idea SIM from past 5 years. While I am using idea postpaid my internet shows 3g & h+ but from migrate to idea postpaid the network shows edge (for 2g very slow) how come its switch like this. Because earlier it dsnt happened ever. I had paid for 3g service and m not able to use it. I am getting 2g & poor quality signal. Hate Idea !

          I have migrated my idea prepaid to postpaid 4 month backs.Offer from idea is 1.5 GB 3G data.In my place idea have 3 G Coverage.But they cheated me by providing GPRS instead of 3G.I have make several complaints of idea officials and not get any positive response.Idea postpaid reduced my net speed according to their cheating tacts. I Hate Idea !

            Name : Avinash Number : [protected] Many people are telling me that when they try calling me they are getting to hear "INVALID NUMBER" and the call is not connecting. I am in Bangalore (city) but still network is very bad in IIN. I have called customer care and complained still no solution. They are asking me to latch on AIRTEL if I want to use 3G network as they have tie-up. Getting stable Mobile network itself a big issue. I could not select AIRTEL network for this IDEA sim.

              I opted idea post paid connection having 399Rs plan which included 1GB 3G, 550 local/national call and 100 sms at 15th aug 2015, the connection got activated at 17 aug 2015, at that time one of the representative at idea center told me that my 3g Internet usage will be 1GB 3G, 550 local/national call and 100 sms . But on 4th sept 2015 i received a bill with amount of 912Rs instead of 399Rs My total Data usage was near about 900Mb But I got bill of 540.320Rs extra bill of Data usage . But as per my plan i was not using extra data. Representative not inform me pro-data base usage as well as in welcome call aslo not inform me pro-data base usage. You can check my welcome call . I hope you understand my problem. If you give me solution then i will paid .

                totaly time west aur paisa west koi result nahi milta. apni life ki sabse badi mistek k idea company use kiya abhi mrte dum tk kisi ko bhi yh glti nahi krne dunga k idea ki sim use kro. ek dum dhakkan service koi respoce nahi sivaye jhote bate kra lo kabhi 5 din mai ho kabhi 7 din mai ab seedha seedha bolo k 3- 6 mahine mai apki problem resolve hogi aur agar nahi hui to ek se do saal mai bhi time lg sakta hai km se km jhote to nahi banoge.

                  Respected sir, I am buyed an idea postpaid sim along with security deposit of 500/- After buying i had found that sim was registered on wrong name, also there was no network coverage to the sim. I had complained the same to the customer care team, they had acknowledged the same also...but there is no solution to the problem, even then the bill was being generated every month. Few days back several requests were made to the customer care for the cancellation of the sim and account, they had acknowledged the same also... they had intimated me saying that my account was permanently closed as per my request. And now they had sent me an legal notice to pay the unused bill... so i request you to see to the issue and show me the justice

                  I found no use of contacting the idea customer care...they were simply singing the same song to pay the bill...
                  They are just not concerned about the issue..they are only concerned about the bill...that's the reason i have approached consumer forum...
                  Even i had a security deposit of 500 with you...why dont you adjust that amount with the outstanding balance...

                    A sales person(sathish) came to my office & sold the postpaid card(in my life 1st postpaid connection) with offers of cug plans & monthly rental RS199 along with 1gb free for every month, Ibought on feb 2simcards ([protected] & [protected])with offer, but he hasn't delivered on promised date, he gave the sim cards 1week late, I told i donot need, but he forced & told it was already registered, & he activated from his mobile & he needed for count, i told i not going to use it, it is ok you wont get any trouble, .then i started to use the NO [protected] for only for data usage, BUT THE NEXT MONTH I GOT A SMS O[censored]SAGE OF RS 1400 HAS i have to PAY, I SHOCKED, BECAUSE I AM ALREADY USING PREPAID CARD WITH 3G PLAN ONLY WITH COST FOR DATA MAX MONTHLY 2GB OF RS 400, BUT THIS, SO REMOVED MY SIM HAVEN'T USED SINCE, BUT NEXT MONTH march I GOT MESSAGE THAT I HAVE TO PAY RS 2450 OF MY IDEA BILL & SOME PERSON CALLED, I EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY USAGE, I AGREED & TO PAYED RS 1500 FOR MY FIRST MONTH USED, SINCE NOW THE HAVEN'T MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT OTHER SIM ([protected]) ON 6/10/15A PERSON CALLED & SAID IF YOU NOT PAYING THE BILL IN 1/2 HOUR, WE FILE THE CASE IN 1/2 HOUR & REGISTERING IT & YOU HAVE TO PAY RS 28000 OF PENALTY, WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, & I CHECKED THAT THEY HAVE DELIVERED THE LEGAL NOTICE IN MY NAME WITHOUT MY RECEIVING SIGN, IS LEGALLY DOING OR WHAT ? I GETTING MIND TORTURE FROM THEM PLEASE DO SOME ACTION.

                      An amount of rs 99 was deducted from my balance on 6 Oct 15 at 14:33:20 transaction details GJ2402501c[protected]. amount is deducted for downloading a game which was not done. enquired with the customer care seeking for refund answer was negative. why was the amount deducted from balance of my mobile No ([protected]) for downloading without my consent. If at all I was interested in downloading I would have downloaded and paid the amount using other sources debit/credit/net-banking.

                        Hello sir, I am Ankit from Delhi and studying in class 12th.I facing a hell lot of problem with you services. I am writing this mail after your poor service compelled me to do so. Below is the description of the problems that I facing. I called in idea customer care to know about the internet unlimited 2G data plans for a month. The idea care executive told me that I have to recharge with Rs 195. In which I get 1.25 GB 2G data for 28 days with approx speed of 256 kbps and after that it will get reduced to 40 kbps. I like the plan and activated it on the next day (i.e on[protected]. I access the internet and completed my 1.25 GB data on[protected]. After use of my 1.25 GB data immediately I have received a message from idea company that your full speed quota is over and your speed has been reduced to 40 kbps(I have that message in my phone) . After that I felt that the speed is actually low but I do not have any problem with that because they mentioned it earlier only. But the actual issue aroused when I got a message from idea on[protected] that my speed has been further reduced to 20 kbps(I have that message too). And during that time my internet was actually very slow. I made a call to idea customer care dialing 198.I told the care executive about the problem but he had no answers and he told me that in plan of Rs 195 you get 1.25 GB 2G data with 2G speed (approx. 256 kbps) and after that the speed reduces to 10 kbps and the validity is for 28 days.I was totally shocked that my speed was not 40 kbps also not 20 kbps but 10 kbps. Then I understood that why my internet speed was very slow. I replied to the care executive that I have a proof of that messages in my inbox about 40kbps and Please, check the messages that you sent me on 25-sept-2015 and 30-sept-2015. But they said that we cannot do anything now. I requested them to transfer my call to your senior, they said "ok, sir we are connecting to our senior please be on line" but some second later they disconnected the call. I called again and again each time they left with no answers and disconnected the call whenever I requested them to transfer my call to their senior. I also want to tell that 198 is a complaint number on which one can talk to the customer care executive without any charges but on idea 198 number one can only call up to 4-5 times a day because after that the computer says "that our all executives are busy on others call Please try few minutes later" but on that day if anyone calls anytime, the response will be same. And when one call on idea 121 customer care number you charge us with 50 paise/3 minutes. I have board exams in march 2016. But if this kind of problems would come from your side how would I able to concentrate on my studies. As I do not have enough time, power, money to waste on such kind of activities.                           Sir I have a mobile number [protected]..I came to idea on mnp..before I have taken this number on airtel..They have give me a better service..but some problems on my sec pulse bill they have cancelled my 1paise/ sec pulse for life time..I came to idea...In airtel they have never tried to steal my number...but when I came to idea they have cancelled my registration. At that time I have fighter with idea dealer and got number back...but now they have giving me wrong direction to waste my time they have not accepting my activation request.before I have complained they have call me from idea cellular and told me give the request...till now I didn't got my activation they are telling your number is blocked ... Please contact me on [protected]...I call the number which I have received the call from idea ..no body is attending the number...Please give me the further guide lines... contact-[protected]

                                IDEA User Id:[protected] I raised disconnection request on 6th Sept, 7th Sept & 11th Sept. On 11th Sept i was asked to pay outstanding amount and i paid that. Still the connection is active. I have received bill for current month i.e. October. Now they are asking me to pay for this month also and then only then they will take the disconnection request.

                                    Hi,

                                    On 5th Oct 2015 at 5:03pm I have received a message from Idea that we have received a request from you to change the plan to DL_choice data 249via C1-[protected] where I have not raised any request for plan change.

                                    After getting this message on the same time I called up Idea customer care and I had a word with "Sandeep" and this guy confirmed me that it was a server bug that you have not received this message you plan is same 1299 +75 roaming pack.

                                    But at 5:45pm I again received a new message that your requested plan has been changed.

                                    I am out of station and not able to reach customer care and Idea care guys are also saying your number is Delhi/NCR so please be reach at Delhi/NCR Idea care.

                                    I have sent a mail on this mail-id [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com and my compliant number is E1-[protected].

                                    Please help me out to resolve this issue.

                                      Yesterday I did top up of Rs.150 and previous balance was Rs. 290 i.e. total sum was Rs. 440, then I recharge 2G UNLIMITED Plan of Rs. 248. Both the amount of Rs. 150 & 248 of top up and recharge get credited from my SBI Bank Account, I also received confirmation through message and bank account transaction details. but after 2 hrs. my Idea balance shown was 120 only. I talked to customer care executive, but they only said that the amount deducted due to over use of internet. How it is possible when I had UNLIMITED PLAN of Rs. 248? I am not satisfied with the customer care reply and service. I want my deducted money back. Thanking You in anticipation..

                                        Sir, I Rahul R Gupta bearing mobile no [protected] (account no[protected] has convert my plan from Rs 249 to Easy share2.0 for monthly rental Rs900 Plan on 24/12/2014 adding three no i.e [protected], [protected], [protected]. Again new number [protected] was added on 18/07/2015 through your idea care the details of which is as follows:- Sachin Enterprises U/A ¾, Shop No 3, Ajmera Colony, Pimpri, Pune:- 411018. Ph:-[protected], Email id :- [protected]@gmail.com For above all added number security deposit Rs 250/- per number was taken by Sachin Enterprises As above all number was already prepaid there was no as activation charges to change the plan to easy 900 for above prepaid number . But to my surprise the above deposit of Rs 250 x 4 = RS 1000/- is not been reflecting as security deposit to the company and also not refunded to us either by Sachin enterprises or is been adjusted in our Bill till today . So please adjust the security deposit of Rs 1000/- in our present bill as soon as possible. Do the needful at earliest . Note: 1) Attach the scan copy of security deposit issued by Sachin Enterprise 2) Please inform the resolution telephonically 3) Without any answering the complaint is been closed by idea concern department.
