On 5th Oct 2015 at 5:03pm I have received a message from Idea that we have received a request from you to change the plan to DL_choice data 249via C1-[protected] where I have not raised any request for plan change.

After getting this message on the same time I called up Idea customer care and I had a word with "Sandeep" and this guy confirmed me that it was a server bug that you have not received...
