          I have buy a new sim card for my datacard with 250 RS 1 GB 3G Plan. But i have never get the 3G speed for that and when i ask to the Idea person for resolution thtey says that "We have provided the right setting but why it nit working don't know". Also when i am going to tell them to change my service plan then they says "We can't do it or It's not possible". Now I am fed up with all this and i want to close my connection but Idea Employees available in Idea gallery they are not ready to take my complaint. Kindly suggest what i have to do.

              My main balance has been deducted even though my data pack has been activated. This is the second time on my idea mobile no.[protected]. On[protected] my balance was deducted while using mobile data though mobile data pack was present. Rs36/- have been deducted without my notice. Deduction of my balance is happening regularly.                       I have a IDEA postpaid connection no. [protected] which I am using from more than one year. Last month I had started their 3G services. Post that my bill which normally comes around 150-200 came to 816 for September month. I was shocked on seeing this inflated bill. On calling them I came to know that apart from their calling and 3G charge, they had charged me additional 400 for using extra 92mb about which I was never intimated. After speaking to one of their supervisor, she told me that they will reduce my bill and send me the details. I keep getting SMS about new bill amount of 562.60 but have never got any bill or details. When asked the customer care team they say it will come in your next bill. So they expect me to pay them amount without knowing the precise details and then they will send me the bill. Also they have now send me another SMS for unbilled amount of 598.62 totalling to 1161.62. This is totally ridiculous and pathetic. They just keep calling and sending SMS to pay without understanding and resolving my query.

                          I have a Idea 3G Netsetter ([protected]) which I am using it for the past 5 years. It is a 6GB postpaid plan of 950 Rs monthly. I was shocked to see the bill for the last 2 months as it is more than my monthly rental. Last month I paid 1500 rs and it was stated that I have used more than 6GB of data. Last month itself I have called customer care and informed to disconnect my internet if it goes more that 6GB for that month also enable a notification to see the data usage on daily basis (This was shown earlier as part of the Netsetter UI itself earlier and stopped for the last 6 months. It was easier earlier to check the usage and use it accordingly). Also the credit limit has been keeps on increasing without my notice. This month the bill came for Rs 3750 for the same reason. Idea is charging the customer without informing the customer upfront on the usage. There are several follw-up for the bill payment but I am not in a position to pay this huge amount. I am ready to pay the rental and continue the connection if IDEA is willing to put some restriction on the plan and send out a proper notification on daily basis.

I have Every bank account & insurance polices..Every thing I have connected to the same number.while I am out of country for three months the number has cancelled without any prior message. My sim is active in my phone till u have disconnected..at time I have go for your idea showroom on palakollu including prepaid & postpaid..but they hands up and said they can't do any thing for us..then I complained on this consumer complaints then they have said me give me an activation request and then they will activate..but they have not activate my number yesterday again I have requested given...I will attaching the files regarding the request given for activation...The last call came from the idea cellular customer center person is Mr mahendra 12345 & given me email id- customer [protected]@ideaadityabirla.com...I will sent the same copies from my personnel mail also...Please do the remaining part from u... my contact no is [protected]...                               I have been a loyal idea customer of Idea Cellular for over 8 years. Besides multiple mobile connections, I also have a prepaid netsetter connection ([protected]). On October 1st, 2015, I was trying to recharge my internet for a 3G 2GB recharge of Rs. 497/= for 28 days. However, I got a message from Idea website that said the transaction was not successful and no money was deducted. The message also said to wait for a few minutes and retry again, which I did. Again, for a second time, I got the same message that transaction had failed and no money was deducted and to try again in a few minutes. Both these messages also said that if any money was deducted, it would be refunded to my account within 8 days (please see attached screenprint below). When I tried a third time, the transaction went through smoothly and it was successfully recharged. However, a few minutes later, I got 3 sms's from my bank that Rs. 497/= was deducted 3 times from my account. As such, I logged a complaint with Idea that the 2 charges that were erroneously deducted from my account should be refunded back to me (their ref.: SR 1-[protected]). I received a call from their call center the next day from a very rude and unprofessional person, who told me that even though I received a transaction failed message, I should have checked my internet connection first before I tried to recharge again. I asked him why would I check my internet account when I clearly got a message informing me that the transaction had failed (no reference nbr, no amount, etc.). He told me that it was my fault for trying to recharge after a few minutes even if I got a failed transaction message. He told me that Idea was going to give me 6GB data and I should be happy with that and not to expect any refund. After arguing with me for a full 5 minutes, he abruptly hung up the phone. I therefore logged another complaint with Idea, under ref. SR 1-[protected]. Again, the next day, I received a call from a lady at their call center who also proceeded to tell me that it is Idea's policy to not refund the wrong charges as it was 3G service. If it was 2G, it would have been refunded, but Idea does not refund 3G charges even if it was Idea's website fault. She told me that Idea was going to give me 6GB data for 28 days, which I said I did not want as I do not use the internet very much and I would appreciate my money back instead. I tried to explain to her that it was not my fault as I got 2 failed transaction messages, so these charges were wrongfully deducted. I also told her that I had a screenprint of this message, where it also says that if charges were deducted, it would be refunded to me within 8 days, which I was trying to confirm with Idea. She also hung up the phone on me. I am a senior citizen and do not require more than 1.5-2GB data every month. Why should I get 6 GB data for 28 days that I will never use and which I did not request? What would a senior citizen who only checks emails do with 6GB data?? When their website clearly says that if the amount is deducted on a failed transaction, it will be refunded back to me within 8 days, then why is Idea refusing to refund my money? Why is Idea hiring rude, unprofessional and uncivilized people to handle customers? I have made it very clear to both their call center employees that if I do not receive the refund on the 2 wrong charges within a week, I will file complaints with the Nodal Offices / Appellate Authority, TRAI office and the Consumer Forum. This is nothing but robbing customers especially when it is not their fault. They should be ashamed of ripping off their customers particularly senior citizens and that too a customer who has remained loyal to Idea Cellular, especially when there is competition and great deals from other vendors like Airtel and Vodafone. Charging 1/- per sms from the balance. Do not know when we completed 100 sms on a day. If an ALERT system introduces, customers are not charged unnecessary - one way of cheating .                                   Dear Team, On 12:04:50 pm 23 Sep 2015, Pradnya Pothar called me and explain about 3G GPRS pack, that you get 300 Mb data for 30 days in 100 Rs. So I agree with her and request to add this on my number [protected]. But i checked my unbilled amount on 25 sep 2015, its showing approx 800 Rs, so i called to Customer care and have conversation regarding this but he was unable to satisfied me so i request to remove this pack from my number [protected] because i can’t wait for more exceed bill amount, and it successfully removed. Then i talk to your executive in Idea office, Mangal pandey Nagar, Meerut. And he told to me when your bill generate then contact with Idea team. Now i got bill for last month and i found, 330.12 Rs charged for GPRS usage, and 286.72 Rs charged on Data pack pro-ration. But only 6.67 Rs charged for GPRS Core services instead of 100 Rs for 2 days use as per your customer care answer. May i know that when your executive called to me for this pack why she had not informed me regarding this type of terms and condition? When i paid 100 RS for 300 Mb data and it validate to 30 days then how my bill amount jump to 800 Rs within 2 days? And i used only 167 Mb data, so why i paid to 616.64 Rs instead of 100 Rs. I need to deactivate this GPRS pack because my unbilled amount was exceeded. And i used 167 Mb data so you charged 330.12 Rs then why have you charged 286.72 Rs.

                                    I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated today Sept 25 2015 from web for my no. [protected]. for this it took 21rs.charges per month. After calling to customer care I am not satisfied with his response that call after 4hrs to know the status and if you use any service then it will be chargable. As I stated that I haven't used any service or download anything named juiceup services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used So please deactivate and refund my valuable money. waiting for your prompt reply ... I also sent STOP to 155223. This is not working as well.

                                      Dear Team, I am using idea pre paid card from 3 years, Rquested to you please look into this matter and do the need ful for below, I have pre-paid number of idea and i am facing very troubling from last 3 days. continously getting schem masseges from idea and 800 msg recieved in a single day.and when ask to call center for same they revrt and ask for wait 7 days for same.these was a rediculas services from idea.                                         Dear Sir I had received a message from Idea on 04th Oct that full talk time would be provided for recharge amount Rs 180.00. No where it was mentioned that this offer is applicable for 04th Oct only. I recharged my Mob No. [protected] by Rs 180.00 on 07 Oct but we got talk time only for Rs. 154.89. while we talked to customer care of Idea they said that the offer was applicable for only 04th Oct. But the same was not mentioned in in the SMS.
