My number [protected].i am unable to turn off flash messages. And customer care people behaves rudely when we complained about the same.charged few times due to flash messages. If the situation remains the same, then I have to change to other network with no option left

What an absurd and magnificent service from idea. After complaining about the problem that I have been facing. Idea resolved the service for two days. Now again they have turned on flash messages. Now where should I go to solve the problem, if idea keeps on troubling there customers like this

    I am very old customer of idea since more than 19 years. i have international roaming activate, i have never defaulted on bill payments. I was travelling international, and when i am back, i realized, they barred my data and sms. without information. on inquiring, i was told, i have exceeded the credit limit for 19500. the billed amount is 25000. 1. i was not informed of the credit limit, 2. service discontinues -without information 3. demand payment, without sending me a bill. they say, information on unbilled amount is not disclosed, until next billing cycle. i would like to log a complaint, need explanation of my billed amount. regards manvita [protected]

      Postpaid to Prepaid migration for Mob.No. [protected] through Communication Id C1-[protected]. I am not happy from Idea service its very worst service and always giving more bills and active unwanted service. Till I am giving 2 times request before 10 days. I am not understand why you giving lot tension without any issue. I want my postpaid to prepaid immediately. Otherwise I am claiming to "Grahak Manch" and put the case. I am waiting for 3 days again now. Regards !

        From last week a flash message appears on my phone in every 20 or 30 minutes. My balance also got deducted 2 times. I gave complaint two times to stop this service and both the times they told that it will b stopped in the next 24 hours but it didn't. Please help me.

          Dear Team, I got a call on 27th September, 2015 from some unknown number, there was person who told that there was a lucky draw in which certain Idea numbers are selected and my number was one of them to get the lucky prizes. And those lucky prizes were 10000 Rupees recharge on my number and additional 1 lakh rupees in my account. In starting I didn't believed on him but later a message came on my mobile even that time I thought to trust him as that call was from Idea. He asked me to go to a recharge shop and ask him if Airtel money transfer is done or not. He asked me to recharge on certain numbers then only recharge will be done and money will be transferred in my account. Again a message came that 10000 recharge has been done and 65000 rupees has been transferred in my account. But it will only reflect if I do recharge. So, being a normal citizen and with a thought in my mind that call was from idea company a trusted network provider, I proceeded further and recharged their number by 2000 rupees. When everything was done I asked him if my recharge was done along with money transfer in my account then their response was I have completed your file from my end, now you have to contact manager for further process. At this point of time I was really scared that what will happen, but when I talked to manager he told me that again I have to do recharge of 1000 from my side at their number so that I can open a port and my file will flow further. I did the same as it was last step, but something was left. Again they asked me to proceed further. At that point of time I came to understand that it must be a fraud. So, I cut the call and directly wanted to talk to idea original person. So I mailed you these things. I have details of all the numbers on which I did recharge and from the number I got a call. Even you can check it in your database, there are fraud people everywhere around who are faking with the people on your name and people will surely believe as the call is from idea company. My idea number is: [protected] Name : RISHI Kumar Singh I request you to kindly look into the matter and please sort it out. Its not just me, but its the name of Idea. I can forward you all the details of that number, please check it out and reply as soon as possible as its a matter of concern.

                I bought a new SIM in Bangalore, In last week it was activated on 27 of sep. But still I am unable to make any calls to any one and even I am unable to get incoming calls as well.                   I will be re-submitting the postpaid to prepaid request to the idea cellular head office @ Pune on the weekend.
                  I hope there atleast they wont take so long time.
                  I have re-submitted the postpaid to prepaid 5th request to the idea cellular head office @ Pune on Saturday - 28th Nov
                  I hope it works this time .
                  Have paid the outstanding plus extra amount of total around 100 rs.
                  Hope idea does not dupe me this time.
                  I havent got any call from idea yet.
                  Got a call from idea yesterday.
                  Finally they have taken my answer as yes for converting from postpaid to prepaid.
                  The lady was trying to still offer me an offer for 99 rs monthly rental, when told her twice I am not interested, she finally got convince. i told her that this is my 5th attempt. She said : "mam ho jayega is baar.. "

                          I had bought a new idea sim with number-[protected] on 30th September 2015.and according to the seller the sim was supposed to be activated by 2nd Oct 2015.kindly look into the issue. Else I would have to opt for another network provider. I don't understand why you guys give the worst customer service.

                            Dear sir/mam Myself mohd mohsin arif is a good customer of idea.i trust idea that's why I have switched my network to idea from Airtel. Now days I am suffering some difficulties as my money is deducting unnecessarily and your customer care representative neither solving my problem nor talking properly. Tonight my money has been deducted by 47.52 rs and your customer care representatives are accepting there fault but unable to credit mh money. Some days ago I have been deducted around 250 rs on roaming in mumbai, even I took the roaming pack and have selected idea network. In spite of several phn calls and email I haven't received even a single acknowledgement through the email. Now I am really disappointed by idea and wish to switch my network in airtel urgently. I am quiting with idea because of absolutely bad service and because of yours customer cares unruly behaviour. Please arrange a call so that I can pass my feedback at least. Mohsin arif [protected]

                              I am using an andhra pradesh sim here in bangalore. I made a recharge of the idea roaming pack of Rs. 71 for free incoming calls. But it never gets activated. This is the 3rd time it happened like this. Money paid but no benifit. Even the customer care is not reachable.

                                I'm fed up of this sim company is sending me messages for their profit that please use your balance otherwise 20rs will be deducted from your balance. I activated dnd then also these messages are coming and the most important executive is saying none of the messages from the company has sent. Worst experience o[censored]sing idea sim I'll never prefer idea to anyone.

                                  I Dhananjay Kumar fm Jamshedpur Jharkhand on saterday recharge with 152 ₹ for 1GB 3G connection but I could not able get network to download even 2, 3 MB file at any where at my city, my 152 ₹ has been spoil and idea is starting to get money by cheating misleading and fakes commitment.

                                    I had tried porting my number [protected] from IDEA Kerala to AIRTEL to avail AIRTEL's 4G services. As per the plan i took up i could use 5.4GB of data with which i had taken a booster pack of 2GB which means in total a data of 7.4GB. I had tried porting out of IDEA on 26th July but stating that i hadnt paid the bill IDEA had rejected the porting but i paid the bill within 5 mins of getting that message(which happened on 4th of August when my bill date is 10th of August). After rejecting AIRTEL on checking the porting status asked me to port again as the previous one got rejected. When that port out was requested, i was sent a message asking me to pay a payment of Rs. 428 which i paid without any hesitation. Hence i got ported to AIRTEL. But on August 26th i got a bill with a bill of Rs. 13000. The explanation IDEA gave me for the Bill was because i used about 3.2GB at Pro RATA. For 3.2GB of Pro RATA i was charged Rs.12000 more than what i am supposed to pay. What injustice is this. 1. First of all no where is it mentioned that Pro RATA charges will be taken on porting. 2. Second of all, how in earth for 3.2GB of data can i be charged Rs.13000. If the bill was around Rs.[protected], i would have paid it for sure. But Rs. 13000 is insane.

                                    It is now almost 13 days after i responded but i havent recieved any call from Idea regarding the same apart from paying the bill.
                                    I was also a airtel user. On 12 of july, 2017 i have ported out my number from idea postpaid to Airtel prepaid as I want to use airtel 4G. On 15th of July, 2017 my number has ported. I agree that my previous operator i.e., idea, will generate my bill as per pro rata basis of 15days bill. But unfortunately idea has generated it for whole month and said that they never make prorata upon monthly rentals. This is really seems like theft of my money. As i have used their service for 15days and they going to charge me for a whole month. Kindly help, and will not going to call you on any of your instant help line numbers you provided.

                                        Respected Sir, My contact number is [protected] I was retailer here in botad since 2006 till the dated 10/07/2015. I am here for request about ZBM of Idea company (Bhavnagar District) is very rude to me by third person. he is threat me and annoying me using by third person. which I have to bear the mental torture. And now I'm the victim of insomnia due to such threats. so please take appropriate action on ZBM of Idea company. ZBM is using distributor as a third person. ZBM of idea company is threaten to me because of margin of idea company. I have previously worked with the distributor his nature to be quiet, but the ZBM of idea company is taken to pressure them to do it, for intimidation me and pull back my application that I has been sent to appellate authority on 11/07/2015. The fact of about incident is below. On 10/07/2015 at 5:00 PM Idea FOS Mr. Imtiyaz is called me and notify me that According to the company’s new rules my all demo will Deactivate on 13/07/2015 who did not reach new target of company. then he was added that I have two days to maintain my demo balance 11/07/2015 and 12/07/2015 this time company is given to me for sell my balance and after that time my whole balance are gone. so company give me two days of time till 13/07/2015 for utilize my balance otherwise on dated 13/07/2015 my demo will be permanently canceled. According to the company new rules all retailer has to sell Rs. 5000 per month if retailer does not reach that target then company should cancel that retailer's demo. after this conversation I am agree with FOS and I told him I will use my all demo balance in this give period by company. But on Saturday July 11/07/2015 in the morning at 7:00 pm before 13/07/2015 my demo has been canceled by company. so I did not have a fair time to use my demo balance. The company is cheated me because they are canceled my demo before the given period. so that short of time I could not use my balance. And subsequently I had reported the matter to the Idea appellate authority on 11/07/2015 by the e-mail. On 13/07/2015 idea ASM and TSM is summoned me for meeting so I went to them at distributor office. First I made my point to them I need my demo back and also my balance. but they are did not agree with me they are offered to me just my balance back. after one-hour conversation I am agree with them. so they are told me that I have to first email them for active my demo. after the mail they are active my demo and I have to utilize my all balance then they are suspending it again. then one email send my me to Mr. Ashish at 13/07/2015 for activation my demo. on this mail I offered them for active my demo and second option my all balance pays to me as a check. I had mailed them that email address is given me by the distributor. so I mailed to Mr. Ashish Mishra for activation my demo. But I did not get any response from them. So then I send remind email on 14/07/2015 then 17/07/2015 then 18/07/2015 and last reminder was sent on 20/07/2015. after this five mail they are awake and and called me and offered me for active my 2 demo out of five demo. and I have to forget 3 demo. so I did not agree with them because I need my all balance back instead of half. But all these things to be overlooked on 21/07/2015 Mr. Gaurang is mailed me that he was personally meet me at 13/07/2015 in botad. and suggested me for notify them by mail for my demo activation but I did not give them any response till 21/07/2015. so he was unable to active my demo. I have to mail them for my demo activation. after the mail they are active my demo and I have to utilize my balance and they are suspending it again. so I answered them by email at 23/07/2015. I am not agreeing with them because they are liar and did not noticed my previous five email. that I had already send them. for active my demo and give them other option to for solution but they did not accept any one of them. instead of solve my problem they are creating many issue about that. After that mail Mr. Gaurang is phoned me and asked me for contact to Mr. Ashish for further Detail and what is possible to do. But isn’t ended here idea distributor's is threats me on the name of ZBM Mr. Prasoon chundu and warn me for withdraw the application that I had sent to appellate authority on 11/07/2015. and he used rude word with me. On 28/07/2015 Mr. Ashish is phoned me and asked me what is my decision. then I told them I don’t have to negotiate with that kind of attitude that his ZBM is made. so please don’t call me like this in future. and I cut off my phone and put them to block list. But after an hour Mr. Gaurang is mailed me that his ASM Mr. Ashish is tried to call me but he did not reach me so he is suggested me for sent them to activation demo mail then they are active my demo. so after this I replied them about the warning that sent by them and asked them what is his opinion about this behavior but till this date I did not get proper answer from them. After the long wait for resolution my complain now 68 days is passed. But I did not get any response from appellate authority, so I had called them today (17/09/2015) to appellate authority Gujarat they are replied me that sales department is not his concern, they are only attending customer’s problem only (So that means Retailer not a customer Retailer is only subject to the income only ? ). So I have to contact Mr. Gaurang or Mr. Prasoon chundu. But I was already doing that early but them response is not fair to me only they are creating many problems for me so please help me about this issue I need that company should punish the ZBM who is that annoying me. Today (01/10/2015) i contact to Appellate help desk they asked to me contact to Mr. yuvraj parashar so i was called him he told me that the complain about ZBM he was not attend because that is not his concern so please help me about this problem. after that i had reported this to Appellate help desk person told me that if that was not his concern he can not solve your problem so please help me about that.
