Respected Sir, My contact number is [protected] I was retailer here in botad since 2006 till the dated 10/07/2015. I am here for request about ZBM of Idea company (Bhavnagar District) is very rude to me by third person. he is threat me and annoying me using by third person. which I have to bear the mental torture. And now I'm the victim of insomnia due to such threats. so please take appropriate action on ZBM of Idea company. ZBM is using distributor as a third person. ZBM of idea company is threaten to me because of margin of idea company. I have previously worked with the distributor his nature to be quiet, but the ZBM of idea company is taken to pressure them to do it, for intimidation me and pull back my application that I has been sent to appellate authority on 11/07/2015. The fact of about incident is below. On 10/07/2015 at 5:00 PM Idea FOS Mr. Imtiyaz is called me and notify me that According to the company’s new rules my all demo will Deactivate on 13/07/2015 who did not reach new target of company. then he was added that I have two days to maintain my demo balance 11/07/2015 and 12/07/2015 this time company is given to me for sell my balance and after that time my whole balance are gone. so company give me two days of time till 13/07/2015 for utilize my balance otherwise on dated 13/07/2015 my demo will be permanently canceled. According to the company new rules all retailer has to sell Rs. 5000 per month if retailer does not reach that target then company should cancel that retailer's demo. after this conversation I am agree with FOS and I told him I will use my all demo balance in this give period by company. But on Saturday July 11/07/2015 in the morning at 7:00 pm before 13/07/2015 my demo has been canceled by company. so I did not have a fair time to use my demo balance. The company is cheated me because they are canceled my demo before the given period. so that short of time I could not use my balance. And subsequently I had reported the matter to the Idea appellate authority on 11/07/2015 by the e-mail. On 13/07/2015 idea ASM and TSM is summoned me for meeting so I went to them at distributor office. First I made my point to them I need my demo back and also my balance. but they are did not agree with me they are offered to me just my balance back. after one-hour conversation I am agree with them. so they are told me that I have to first email them for active my demo. after the mail they are active my demo and I have to utilize my all balance then they are suspending it again. then one email send my me to Mr. Ashish at 13/07/2015 for activation my demo. on this mail I offered them for active my demo and second option my all balance pays to me as a check. I had mailed them that email address is given me by the distributor. so I mailed to Mr. Ashish Mishra for activation my demo. But I did not get any response from them. So then I send remind email on 14/07/2015 then 17/07/2015 then 18/07/2015 and last reminder was sent on 20/07/2015. after this five mail they are awake and and called me and offered me for active my 2 demo out of five demo. and I have to forget 3 demo. so I did not agree with them because I need my all balance back instead of half. But all these things to be overlooked on 21/07/2015 Mr. Gaurang is mailed me that he was personally meet me at 13/07/2015 in botad. and suggested me for notify them by mail for my demo activation but I did not give them any response till 21/07/2015. so he was unable to active my demo. I have to mail them for my demo activation. after the mail they are active my demo and I have to utilize my balance and they are suspending it again. so I answered them by email at 23/07/2015. I am not agreeing with them because they are liar and did not noticed my previous five email. that I had already send them. for active my demo and give them other option to for solution but they did not accept any one of them. instead of solve my problem they are creating many issue about that. After that mail Mr. Gaurang is phoned me and asked me for contact to Mr. Ashish for further Detail and what is possible to do. But isn’t ended here idea distributor's is threats me on the name of ZBM Mr. Prasoon chundu and warn me for withdraw the application that I had sent to appellate authority on 11/07/2015. and he used rude word with me. On 28/07/2015 Mr. Ashish is phoned me and asked me what is my decision. then I told them I don’t have to negotiate with that kind of attitude that his ZBM is made. so please don’t call me like this in future. and I cut off my phone and put them to block list. But after an hour Mr. Gaurang is mailed me that his ASM Mr. Ashish is tried to call me but he did not reach me so he is suggested me for sent them to activation demo mail then they are active my demo. so after this I replied them about the warning that sent by them and asked them what is his opinion about this behavior but till this date I did not get proper answer from them. After the long wait for resolution my complain now 68 days is passed. But I did not get any response from appellate authority, so I had called them today (17/09/2015) to appellate authority Gujarat they are replied me that sales department is not his concern, they are only attending customer’s problem only (So that means Retailer not a customer Retailer is only subject to the income only ? ). So I have to contact Mr. Gaurang or Mr. Prasoon chundu. But I was already doing that early but them response is not fair to me only they are creating many problems for me so please help me about this issue I need that company should punish the ZBM who is that annoying me. Today (01/10/2015) i contact to Appellate help desk they asked to me contact to Mr. yuvraj parashar so i was called him he told me that the complain about ZBM he was not attend because that is not his concern so please help me about this problem. after that i had reported this to Appellate help desk person told me that if that was not his concern he can not solve your problem so please help me about that.     Bought a Prepaid SimCard on 28th September.the dealer promised an initial balance of Rs.70, which I did not get.On complaining he refused to give balance.The dealer is at Goregaon west s v road Mobi world. Called idea they said we do not take complaints on the phone you need to go to myIdea shop.Feeling cheated by such a reputed company. Very irresponsible dealer.

        I have a pre-paid Idea No.[protected] of Chandgarh and requested twice for MNP at Gandhinagar, Gujrat. Latest MNP request was forwarded on 23 Sep 15 Unique Porting Code is IP828617, which has also been turned down . Reason also not intimated both the time, which is easily can be forwarded through SMS. Such poor services is not expected from a reputed firm. Due to such unsatisfactory services I am compelled to look for another Mobile service provider.

          I am facing Call Drop issue since many months now, even registered complained in past, but seems like that not much improvement was happened. Before first problem gets resolved I got another issues of network congestion, from last few days I am facing the issue most of the time. Please get it solved asap before your customers moved to other networks.

              I paid my idea mobile phone bill 0091 [protected] by clearing full dues and requested to change my postpaid plan to retention 499 plan. The retention plan 499 is like keeping the mobile number idle for 1 year if not in use. But after few months, I noticed that I am getting bills monthly and now i have a due of around INR 566.13. I made the payment at Idea customer care Kunnamkulam branch, Thrissur - Kerala. I need either clear all my dues and keep my number in retention 499 plan or i need to make my number to change it in prepaid connection.

                I am using my sim since 2009.first I have taken from airtel postpaid and I have converted into prepaid...three years before I have changed to idea cellular. ..at starting they have try to steal my number...but I have fighted and get it back.. & again tried to steal my number.. but now I am in out of country...but my accounts.. insurance every thing have been linked with my number... please give me proper guidelines to get my number back...my contact [protected]...santoshkumar.medapati @gmail.com

                  I have an idea no. [protected], i recharged for 200 mb for whatsapp only in Rs. 37 on[protected]. Now while i am using whatsapp balance is deducting from my main balance. From 29th sept. to 30th Sept I have lost near about Rs. 20 from main balance. And whatsapp data of 200MB is showing as it is. I called to customer care, they told me if you sending or receiving media files like imags and audio files then you will be charged from your main balance. It is maintioned with the pack details customer care execitive said. I have checked again for this type of detail but I did not found anywhere. Neither on idea's site nor on other sites like paytm.com. Idea must mentioned all conditions clearly. If this pack is only for whatapp then it should be used for whatsapp's all features not only for text chat. Dear idea I need positive response from your side as soon as possible before taking my next step. Thanks

                    Hi My CAF Serial Number No. MH [protected] was called back on the Aug 14th and I am supposed to receive a refund of that amount i.e., Rs.2, 482/- I have not received any notification regarding the same. It is not expected out of a company like IDEA. Please update me on the status of the refund as you guys had committed a timeline of 45 days and it is almost up now.                         Hi, Name : Mallikarjuna M B No : [protected] Recently I have ported to Idea postpaid from docomo connection. It took them to port many days even after providing all the documents. The problem is executives from Idea had contacted saying there is an offer for postpaid connection, and I felt okay with the offer and all the formalities done but after porting they have given some other offer, If I ask the customer care people they are telling such plan is not there. Approached Plan : Offer name : 205 450 mins free, 1GB 3g data, post usage will be 2g data, once after 450 mins over any network 20 paisa Given offer : 450 mins, 1GB 2g data, after 450 mins idea to idea 25Paisa, idea to other 30 paisa. Lot of difference. Hooping for the correction asap.

                        No, This problem has not been solved. I have informed the Idea executives to deactivate my umber as i was not happy with the offer(Dummy offer), but they have not taken any action. Now they are sending sms and calling me to pay the amount. If the problem was from my end i would be paying the amount but its from Idea side. How come the bill would be 1500 for one month? That too i have not used it for anything.

                        Now one person had called and shouting at me. No. [protected].

                        Please don't irritate me by sending sms and calling repeatedly. The problem is from your side don't contact anymore.

                          I have recharged my idea number [protected] on 18th september 2015 with amount of Rs 699, which gives me unlimited access to internet for 28 days at 3G speed. But after recharge i received 3G speed only for 3 days and after that it goes to 2G speed or more worser than that. i complained customer care but they told that i would receive speed only upto 40kbps (which is less than 2G speed) since i have utilized more than 3.5Gb of data and this is their limit. i was surprised by their conditions. During checking for best fit recharge no such issue was told by the company in detail also. i constantly mailed them and their customer team too assured me that they will look through the issue. But since i have waited for more than a week and my plan is about to expire in 15 more days, no positive result about 3g speed is being solved. hence i have raised the issue. Kindly give me 3g benefit for the remaining period which is left. The company didn't mentioned 3.5Gb data speed breaker condition at that time of recharge which is now corrected and is being shown nowadays. i am sending the screen shot of the recharge offers which i got on my phone. i want either 3g speed or half of my recharge money which ever is possible.

Today on 29/09/2015 my idea mb balence was -1.0 Rs.and data was 911 mb but suddenly aftre 4 pm I got a message of deduction of data and balence .now my balence is showing -100.1 Rs and only 410 mb. I cant understand why my balence deducted which was already negative and also cut my data .custmor care also not receiving my call.

                                I have recharge my number [protected] on 14/09/2015 with rs97 a 1gb data pack (validity 28 days) but on 27/09/2015 idea deducted approx 70rs for data charges but I have already data pack my number and 400mb data remains on 27/09/2015.its a wrong deduction pls refund my balance. Thank you

                                    This complaint is against one of the marketing executive of Idea company name Mr.Karan Kalra. He entertain us only at that time when he wants to sale his product after that he haven't gave any response to us and make his number off. We are facing so much problem because of no activation of numbers. Do take some action against him

                                      Dear Sir/madam I want to say that since 2009 i am using this no. [protected](idea) & on 24th september 2015 all services on my mobile were terminated. Due to termination of services I am anable to do any work & this is causing mental harrasment to me. I went to idea customer care office in punjabi bagh & called customer care no.12345 many times but i didn't get any satisfactory answer from anyone. Idea people told me that TRAI has terminated services on my no. when i went to TRAI office on 28/9/2015 they told me that Idea network has terminated services on my mobile no. Hereby I am attaching a copy of requesting to start my no. [protected] submitted in TRAI office. Noone is taking responsibility why they disconnected my no. all are saying that I have broken DND rules But I have told several times that this is my personal no. & i am not breaking any rules but noone listening. I have given this no.([protected]) everywhere in sales tax dept./VAT dept./ITR dept./ Policies/ Bank/EMIS because of termination of services i am feeling helpless what to do. My life seems to come to an end without this no. Because of this mental harrasment my health is also detriorating & mental pressure is very high on me I can do anything in this pressure. You both TRAI & IDEA CELLULAR company will be responsible if anything wrong happens with me.                                         Today I called in Idea (198) complaint care to register my complaint about data pack. I got very bad reply which I never expected. They are not ready to listen what I am saying. The language he used with me is like a stranger. My data pack is on and still it is showing 231.69 MB data is left but balance is also deducted at the same time. I wasted my near about 90 Rs due bad service of IDEA. "I need my originating balance of the day back." NOT satisfied with IDEA. Guys, Please choose good operator, otherwise you will have to also feel regret.
