    My Mobile Number is +91-[protected].

    (Date of Issue occur: 14th Sept 2015) I recharge Rs. 52/- of 2G data pack of 1 GB for 21 Days. Similarly on 14th Sept 2015 I did Top-up recharge of Rs. 100/- wherein I received Rs. 83.97/- in my main account and within 27 minutes my main account balance was turned to zero which is dully unreasonable. I registered the complaint on 21st Sept 2015 at 12.22 PM on the customer care ID ([protected]@idea.adityabirla.com) for the same requesting to reverse my main balance of Rs. 83.97 followed by Rs. 52 2G data pack of 1 GB for 21 days.

    I received reply from Ms. Vrushali Chandere, Idea Cellular Team saying that they are unable to reverse the same. I replied back saying that it is unacceptable on my part that the amount of Rs. 83.97/- has been charged correctly at your end as I had done a GPRS recharge of Rs. 52/- for 21 Days validity with 1 GB Data pack on 6th Sep 2015.

    After that I followed up almost twice for the same I didn’t receive any revert from them (SR Number: Q1-[protected])

    On 26th Sept 2015 following up the same, I visited Idea Cellular Customer care office at Bhandarkar Road; Pune that customer care fellow said that the above ticket has been closed. I explained them the entire issue they said they would be calling me within 2hours of time but I didn’t receive any call. (SR No.1-[protected]).

    Today, i.e. 29th Sept 2015 I received call from Number +91 [protected] at 9:51 AM.

    This is the pathetic service call i have ever received so far.

    With reference to the above complaint number (SR Number : 1-[protected]) I received a call from your customer care saying that they have reversed Rs. 52/- for 6 days 210 MB data pack. Just wanted to inform you neither that neither the main balance of Rs. 83.47 has been reversed nor Rs. 52/- for 6 days 210 MB data pack so far but before saying anything to that guy, Customer Care fellow have disconnected the call. And I also received SMS from IZ-IDEA stating that "Dear Customer, Your concern for recharge benefits could not be resolved. Kindly contact customer care. SR 1-[protected]. Thank You" at 9:55 AM today.

    This is unfair service that you to provide the customers.

    I request you to reverse the Main Balance of Rs.83.47 and Rs. 52/- for 21 days 1 GB data pack ASAP.

      Hello Sir/ Mam, My name is Brijesh Pant, my mobile number is [protected]. I would like to inform you that They have added some unwanted services charge in my previous month Mobile bill and this month Mobile bill. The previous month they have added 40 rupees. When I call your customer care the executive she sad to me it's an predefined no data usage plan charge which is for data usage and if you will not use any data then it will be refunded to you, Also it will be added for two months and you need to call us again next month to refund this amount. So after this conversation idea refunded me 40 rupees. Now, this month again 35 rupees is added to my bill and I called your customer care to explain everything in detail and their executive sad you can only pay 250 rupees and we will automatically adjust 35 rupees. So I paid only 251 rupees instead of full bill that is 285 rupees, but after some time I got cancellation message of adjustment of 35 rupees then I called customer care again in 22.9.15 and they considered 2nd time my request for adjustment of 35 rupees but again today 24.9.15 I got cancellation message for adjustment of 35 rupees. I would request you to please adjust 35 rupees because I haven't use any data services of idea. Otherwise you will lose a honest customer from the idea by end of this month. This is my humble request please do needful. Request number on 15.9.15:-c1-[protected] Request number 22.9.15 :-C[protected] I am also communicating with idea customer care executives Via Email and already informed everything in detailed on 26/9/2015 and they sad we have submitted the request again but yesterday again i have got cancellation message from IDEA. My name is Ravi Shankar Chaudhary and My Mobile no. is [protected].On[protected] at 12:51 pm. my balance was 30 Rs. & something paise.When I talked by calling at 12:52pm. my balance became 27Rs. & something paise.Then I didn't call on any number.At the same day In the evening I checked my balance that was showing -127Rs. & something paise. Then I talked by calling on[protected] at 8:07am. to customer care to this reference.He gave me 6 hours to fix this problem but yet the problem has not been resolved. Due to this reason I am not able to call anywhere. Then I many times tried to talk to customer care but It is busy telling. I am Idea customer almost 4 years but yet there is no such problem came. How long will this problem fix?

              I have idea 300MB plan activiated on my mobile [protected] however I hardly use mobile data as I have wifi enabled both at office and home. Last week I received sms mentioning that I have crossed credit limit of Rs 1200, however I did not made any data usage or calls. My average monthly bill is around Rs.400. After this I checked with Customer care team and they said I can only get bill details after bill is generated. Then my outgoing calls are barred. This is really annoying. Firstly they do not have any explanation about unbilled usage and now they have barred my services. Customer care guys are just useless, they don't provide any significant information..they just have standard answer - We can not do anthing! Damn!

[protected] is close. story: i am purchase new mobile. in this mobile the port of sim is small but my sim is old then i go to distributer ask to change the sim they demand id+photo+100 rs +old sim is submit for the new sim. i give to them and take the new sim. After 5 or 10 days my number is close! i take to customer care says : id is not submit. then i took to distributor they told submit new id+photo again. then after one day i submit again(id+photo). but my number is not working... please check and solve the problem..                         Idea Team, I am pleased to tell you that your customer care service are actually pathetic. Whenever I have given call to your customer care for any bill related information, your personnel are always helpless and without solution. They only knows to hold the customer call for minutes but at the end customer have to hang up the call without any resolution of his/ her problem. Just an advice, do close your online services because it is only wasting the time and money of the customers. - An Unfortunate Idea Postpaid User

                          I have mobile connection of Idea having No.[protected], from 22/09/2015 a massage (Information Massage) repeatedly appeared on my mobile screen which disturbed me even in the midnight when i called customer care of Idea they first informed me that due to technical fault in system they could not do anything and contact after 4 hrs. I again called next day and i received reply that in next 48 Hrs. such massage would not be appeared but after 48 Hrs. same massage appeared very frequently, I again called customer care and received reply that it will take 7 days but when informed that i have been informed that it will take 48 Hrs. the call had been cut. I again called and been informed that DND has been registered and same will take another 48 Hrs.I request you to take necessary action so no customer may be harresed i n such away.

I checked my phone at 4 pm. the deduction was 1024 MB of data and my whole account balance i.e. 67 rs I don't understand how this can happen !!! this is really unacceptable that they cut 1024 MB of data within 2 hrs. though i used only Watsupp and hike. When i talked with the customer care person of Idea Mr. Sakti Roy and Moumita Dutta they only said " Not Possible" to return my money back and data pack.The complaint no is- (1-[protected])

                              I called on 198 for help but your customer care person only said is " not possible ". I mentioned the names to whom I talked and if you its fair enough to cut 1024 MB data and 67rs. From main account balance for using only watsupp and Hike messanger, then i think nobody can do anything regarding this.
                              And if you are able to think that its unfair then one can resolve the issue.

                                  When I dial *121# for Getting balance, it Shows some offers in which number 5 is RV8: Get Std calls @ 35/min 14 Days. So since it is showing in my Phone, so thinking that this plan is valid for my phone i did recharge of RV8 on 26.09.2015 in my number but instead of this some other plan has been activated in my phone which is totally Unethical and misleading.                                       Respected Sir /Madam, I had a Idea SIM, i have not used this SIM since 02 months. I had contacted idea customer center to activate the above number but they said that my number was allotted to other person because the SIM is not in use. Is they have right to do like this or not. If they have such right, people can suffer know for example if a person intentionally stop the SIM number due to some illegal problems then the other person will suffer the problem who taken his SIM /Mobile Number.
