(Date of Issue occur: 14th Sept 2015) I recharge Rs. 52/- of 2G data pack of 1 GB for 21 Days. Similarly on 14th Sept 2015 I did Top-up recharge of Rs. 100/- wherein I received Rs. 83.97/- in my main account and within 27 minutes my main account balance was turned to zero which is dully unreasonable. I registered the complaint on 21st Sept 2015 at 12.22 PM on the customer care ID ([protected]@idea.adityabirla.com) for the same requesting to reverse my main balance of Rs. 83.97 followed by Rs. 52 2G data pack of 1 GB for 21 days.
I received reply from Ms. Vrushali Chandere, Idea Cellular Team saying that they are unable to reverse the same. I replied back saying that it is unacceptable on my part that the amount of Rs. 83.97/- has been charged correctly at your end as I had done a GPRS recharge of Rs. 52/- for 21 Days validity with 1 GB Data pack on 6th Sep 2015.
After that I followed up almost twice for the same I didn’t receive any revert from them (SR Number: Q1-[protected])
On 26th Sept 2015 following up the same, I visited Idea Cellular Customer care office at Bhandarkar Road; Pune that customer care fellow said that the above ticket has been closed. I explained them the entire issue they said they would be calling me within 2hours of time but I didn’t receive any call. (SR No.1-[protected]).
Today, i.e. 29th Sept 2015 I received call from Number +91 [protected] at 9:51 AM.
This is the pathetic service call i have ever received so far.
With reference to the above complaint number (SR Number : 1-[protected]) I received a call from your customer care saying that they have reversed Rs. 52/- for 6 days 210 MB data pack. Just wanted to inform you neither that neither the main balance of Rs. 83.47 has been reversed nor Rs. 52/- for 6 days 210 MB data pack so far but before saying anything to that guy, Customer Care fellow have disconnected the call. And I also received SMS from IZ-IDEA stating that "Dear Customer, Your concern for recharge benefits could not be resolved. Kindly contact customer care. SR 1-[protected]. Thank You" at 9:55 AM today.
This is unfair service that you to provide the customers.
I request you to reverse the Main Balance of Rs.83.47 and Rs. 52/- for 21 days 1 GB data pack ASAP.
