On 22/09/2015 at 19:54, i did idea online recharge on mobile no. [protected] of Rs.40 by visa/debit card of obc bank via ideacellular.com, but recharge failed and Rs.40 is deducted from my account.Till then no amount refunded to my account or recharged to my mobile.
