Cell no [removed] was registered on my name [removed] (pospaid ), on 27th july 2015 during orientation for my son [removed] at manipal institute of technology at manipal karnataka idea people recommended us to do port and change it to prepaid and a nano sim card was given to us which didnt fitted my son's mobile so not activate

    Hi, I was using Idea Wifi Postpaid connection for almost one year, and it went smooth until I shifted to Ernakulam. I was not getting 3g connection in the new area. So I complained to CC and demanded them to deactivate my account since I am not able to use the servive and they suggested me to wait for 2 days and I will get a resolution. Again I called them and demanded for cancellation, but they told that they will deduct the amount, since I was not using and wait for the bill date. On the bill date, 20th Sep, 2015, I got the bill for whole month(Rs.1469.14). I called them again and demanded for the deduction as per they told. The representative transferred the call to higher level and senior guy is speaking in a rude way. He told that he cant't cancel the service and I have to pay one more month's bill, since I am already started the new cycle.

      My cell no is [protected] which I am using for the last so many years. It is a prepaid connection. For the last five days I am unable to use the cell as there is no connectivity. If I dial the no from some other phone I get the msg that the cell is switched off, whereas I have not switched off the phone.

        Dear Sir, I am Ujjal Kumar Dhara from Dhara Mobile Centre (MILKICHAWK, AMTA, HOWRAH, 711401, WEST BENGAL). I am a old & responsible retailer of IDEA for a long time, My Etop number is- [protected]. Today I pay Rs. 500/- to distributer for load topup in morning but I take no load still now. For this Issue I call back distributer but he says no money he take from me. I says to TM & ASM also but anybody don't help me.           Sir, The mobile number [protected] a wrong number is disturbing me a lot the person use to call me the whole day and irritating me from many days i had asked many times whom you want or whom you are calling but he talk nonsense and day and night only disturb me a lot. Please file a complaint against this number and take strict action against it.

            I tried to make a call today from my idea number [protected] and found out that services to this number have been temporarily withdrawn. I never received any call or sms informing about the same. I have been using this number for more than a year now and i was using this number until at least few days back. Im quite surprised as Im even unable to call customer care from my number. Please reactivate this number ASAP. Look forward to hear from you.

            Yes, calling [protected] from an Idea number no service

            But in some states it don't work. I've personally tried to call this number from my 2 different Idea sim of different region.

              I have ported out from Airtel to Idea inorder for better service. I have been facing lots of issues with Idea since the day i ported out. Whether it was related to temporary stoppage of mobile service for not clearing my previous airtel Bill when i was repeatedly following up with Idea with proof of my payment. Now the latest issue is with the high amount of bill i am being charged for the internet usage. Till 16 Sep i was getting notification that i have used only 6 MB excess of 3G service. So i decided to stop my internet service till the end of biiling cycle. On 18th Sep i got a msg from Idea saying i have exceeded 75% of credit limti and the total unbilled amount till 18Sep was Rs 5434/- .I decided to stop using Net and outgoing calls on my mobile. My outgoing calls and internet was stopped the very next days by Idea. I was following up with Idea customer care regarding my bill. You can check my complaint and call logs for reference. I was told that my bill will be generated 20th Sep midnight. When i checked my bill for Sep month today morning it was showing Rs1472/- for billed. Since my outgoing and internet was not working i gave a call to Idea customer care.Miss Pooja spoke to me, she told me that Rs 1472/- is bill generated for sep month but the unbilled amount was not updated. She told me check again after 12 pm today. Now my bill for sep month is appearing as Rs 6905/- and the unbilled is coming amount is coming as Rs1472/-. Please explain whats going on. Extremely disappointed with the Idea service provided. My outgoing and internet have been blocked by Idea since 16Sep then how come Bill of Rs6905/- be generated. Also i dont understand how unbilled amount if Rs1472/- is appearing on 21Sep15 when my Internet and outgoing has been blocked. Need your urgent attention to my issue. I dont trust Idea Bill anymore.                   I have an idea mobile number - [protected] from past 4-5 years. I went to Canada on 19th June and came back to India on September 9th, i.e., 83 days. When I landed in New Delhi, my sim card was not working. So a friend of mine went to Idea office in my city and they said that on submitting a copy of same id with which I purchased the sim, they will start the services on my number again. So after I reached my city - Jodhpur, Rajasthan, I went with the document with which I purchased the sim to the Idea store - 'Jodhpur zonal office, Plot no. A-749, Vth Upper Chopasani Road, Jodhpur - 342003 (Rajasthan)". Then, they said that the sim card will be put on re-provisioning and so I can even submit another Id proof. So I submitted my voter id's copy along with a photograph. The girl sitting there - Radha said that I can come in 3-4 days. I went to their office today and now they say that my number is already been allotted to another person and is in process. This is so UNFAIR as I have that number of mine linked to all my bank accounts, gas, aadhaar card and every other document of mine. I am in final year of Five year Law degree and aware of all the legal things. So I will go to consumer court and file a suit against idea if they don't start my number.

There is regular deduction of small amounts from my balance since 17-Sept-2015 2. Due to this problem i am unable to recharge my account and facing un-necessary problems 3. The message shown on my mobile is : .04 paise deducted from the main balance for the last session 4. i have not activated any 2G or 3G services from your esteemed organization 5.                       I have taken 3G internat pack on 17th September 2015 by paying 299 Rupees and the same is valid for 28 days I have balance near about 800 MB in my account on 20.09.2019. Some one by mistak has made new pack of Rs, 52 and validity of the same is 6 days ( who recharge this I dont know ). I want my earlier recharge account should be continue. I do not want new pack which is not my reacharge.

                          Sir I have been using no [protected] which i recenntly ported in idea. I recharged my no with 655 unlimited data recharge four days back then again i recharged my no with 97 topup after getting a message from idea for 1 gb. But once after using 1 gb data my balance of rupees 165 also deducted from my account and the previous recharge also lapsed due to the rs 97 recharge since i was not informed for this i need my previous data of 3gb and balance of rs 165 as well .i switched my no to idea expecting better services from your company

                            Dear idea, As previous complain my issue was not resolved and i submitted my documents again in your my idea point (Ashoka Communication khandwa Madhya Pradesh) on 15/09/2015 but till now we don't have any message when my number will port. This is how much shame for idea, idea MP circle is very lazy in work. Know one can tell me when my number port, ashoka communication representative says i have send the document for port but when ? first we submitted document on 8 sep 15 and resubmitted on 15 sep 15. Re submitted document shows how much negligence occurs in idea mp circle and my idea representative not serious in service and disturbing the image of idea cellular. So take urgent action in this issues because our UPC code will expired on 23 sep 15 and idea cellulr could not convert my no. in the duration of 15days. SO IDEA CARE TEAM PLS TAKE SERIOUS ACTION TO SOLVE ISSUE ON PRIORITY BASIS We have mail the detail to appellate of MP circle but he did not reply till now. This shows idea mp is very negligence in service. So solve it immediately.

                                When any thing happen about sensational thing government banned the internet, I am not only this but we here to say that what about the data that gone in such day .I.e, , recently government of Gujarat banned internet for a week and their our internet data also gone and we unable to get that data back whats the solution to get that data back, government said to banned and you banned the internet, , , the thing is that we spend lots of money on internet and if this type of any nusence occure we lost the data that is our money worthless and their is no meaning of recharge the data pack ...if you IDEA didn't make a path then what should we do we all are not in a condition to recharge again n again,

                                    Respected Sir/Madam, I am Nilesh Patidar using Idea cellular network number [protected] since last few years. my village is Appx. 2 KM away from Idea tower but Since last 1 years Idea tower network connectivity is not working properly and we are(my villagers) continuously facing network connectivity issues. There are Appx 500+ Idea cellular Network users. Everyday all the Idea cellular customer in my village are suffering due to poor range and connectivity. Sometime full day we are not getting network. All users are very upset with Idea network and facing daily big problem in connectivity. Recently our village faced flood problem. In flood we did not receive idea network for two days and on that day we are not able to connect with police and government body for any help. This is a serious issue and if any incident happen then Network provider should be responsible. we have complain many times regarding this problem in Idea offices But still no response came from their side.Now this problem is on worst case and we are planning for strong complain against Idea cellular network. and unfortunately some people are moving on another network.                                     You were not able to connect due to worst network connectivity issue.
                                    you also faced "out of network issue" because there is not Idea network for mobile users.
                                    I hope you will co-ordinate with our area's Idea network office to solve this issue as soon as possible.
                                    I would also suggest you to visit our area and check network signal strength. It is on worst level.

                                        I am using idea service in Haryana circle for around 1 year. I use the phone on average basis like any other customer. I got a bill of around 3200 last month. I called up idea customer care, and they suggested they will reverse the excess amount. After 7-8 days, i got the message that it will not be reversed. Then I requested for porting my number to another network. I got a call from idea helpline again that they will reduce my bill by 2000 rupees. I agreed but I again got a call after around week that they will not reduce the amount. In the meanwhile again this time my bill has shot up to another 1800 approximately. Recently changed my package to vaue package and the site mentioned that I would have to pay 599 per month. No one from the phone company told me that they will charge 4 rs per MB. The helpline is not very supportive, obviously each time I call them up I have to explain the problem and then finally the complain does not yield any result. Kindly suggest what should I do, and help me.
