Hello All,

I receive 1GB 3G internet in just RS 448 /-, what a scheme.
I had recently joined Idea Cellular from Airtel may be on 13th September, 2015.
Since my card activated i got continuous notification from Idea that Subscribe for 3GB 3G for RS 448 /- and 10GB 3G for RS 999 /-. Still i receiving that notifications. please check attached snapshot.
That's why finally i had subscribed for RS 448 /- plan to get 3GB 3G internet.
I also get confirmation message as below
"Congratulations! RC448 3GB 3G 28D recharge successful! Apne Extra 1GB benefit aavti kal sudhi malshe. Khas Offer mate Dial *121#"
That mean my account should be credited with 2GB 3G internet and rest 1GB 3G will credited next day.
I was shocked when i checked my account, its showing me just 1GB in my account info.
I had contacted Idea Customer Care regarding that, it was worst feeling in my life.
Although i am in roaming, i had contacted [protected](Not TOLL FREE).
I had explained my problem to Customer Care Employee, she had put my call on hold several times to check details,
i am not able understand that they can not check details in once, then finally she had transferred my call to any supervisor, again explain him the problem from first to end. i felt so irritating. They registered my Complaint, as a result of that i got message from Idea regarding my Complaint number "SR 1-[protected]" i had wasted approx 45 minutes just to register a Complaint, no resolution in that 45 minutes.
Very next day i got a call regarding my complaint "SR 1-[protected]" from Idea Customer Care.
They are asking me that RS 448 /- Scheme is not available for you, that's why you received just 1GB 3G instead of 3GB 3G.
You are only eligible once you got message from Idea.
I had argued that, i have proof for that and also RS 448 /- recharge success message.
please find attached snapshots of my Mobile.
I had asked them few simple questions as below :
Question 1: What is max price to get 1GB 3G internet in IDEA?
Customer Care Employee : RS 279 /-
Question 2: If i am not eligible for RS 448 /-, then why my recharge is successful, why your system haven't declined my transaction, why i got recharge success message in that clearly mentioned "RC448 3GB 3G 28D recharge successful!"
Customer Care Employee : No Proper Answer. Just repeating, you are not eligible for that offer.
Question 3: Is it fair that to give just 1GB internet at the cost of RS 448 /-. if still this offer is not available for me then deduct max price(RS 279/-) to get 1GB 3G, rest of the amount refund to my main account balance.
Customer Care Employee : Again. No Proper Answer. Just repeating, you are not eligible for that offer.
They are not listening, finally they had disconnected my call.
Is it yours service?
How to cheat customers?
Treating Customer like DOG, repeating only one sentence, No customer satisfaction.
I request to Idea Customer that refund my amount or give me 2GB 3G in my account. I want resolution ASAP. I don't like thus kind of cheating.
I still have messages and notification proof from Idea, as attached.
