    I got a call from Customer care personnel from Idea to give me information about a new offer about 3G services. During the call customer care personnel gave information about the offer and told me that If I pay 3 months rental in advance in first month for 3G, I would get 100 Rs off on the bill and I do not have to pay in next 2 months and the service would be disabled and earlier 3G-GPRS service would be activated again. I clarified about each month break ups and get more detailed information and asked him 3 times that I do not have to pay for the service in next 2 months and pay for 3 months in advance. Once he confirmed that I would not be charged, I asked him to activate the service and information about the communication and date and time is as below. Mobile Number: [protected] Communication ID: C1-[protected] Date and Time :18/06/2015 11:23:12 AM. I complained to IDEA customer care 2 times via call and 3 times through email that I have been charged again and as per information provided by customer care, I should not be charged in the bill. Now when I get a call many times from IDEA customer care from different numbers and person, my mobile do not store the information. But since communication ID is available, I believe the person and number could be traced. Now Idea customer care is not taking any further action and have provided wrong information.

      I am using idea for more than a year. Many times i have been uncomfortable with your service. If i put up a internet pack and if it expires i never get a alert message rather you start deducing from main balance. Another main issue. What the hell you cancel a active plan only because i have put up a another plan. I was using 2g plan mean while i was in need of a 3g plan and so i recharged a 3g pack, to the anger after my 3g pack i get my active 1 month plan back. Calling the customer care you gave a rude reply 'nothing can be done' and again a same issue now. Just 2 days ago i recharged with a 2g pack of 2gb . By fault i activated the internet loan pack of 50mb. Please think is there any need for me to do so. But the hell, you deduced the pack and said that cannot be retrived back fter the 2 days validity. A much foolish thing happening in idea network. Ashamed to be a customer of this cheating networking. I want a valuable solution for my issue. Very much disappointed in using such a network.         Dear All, My name is Parth and i am from Delhi, I have no other option left behind rather to share my grief and major issue on this portal. On 3rd September 2015 at 3.00pm i got a call from Mr. Vikram Chaudhary & Mr. Rahul Mehta that they are calling from ICL means Idea Cellular Limited and i did a financial fraud and they are Authorised Advocates of ICL and they have lodged FIR at Tis Hazari Police Station and ask me to meet at Tis Hazari Police Station immediately. When i ask them where is court summon they both used the sahm, shabby and abusive language and threaten me that the can take a catch hold of my self from any part of Delhi and teach them a lesson. Then they started calling on my family members numbers and on my in-laws and even they have not spare my old age father. When i contacted them they both pretended them self as Idea Cellular Authorised Advocates and Idea Cellular has authorised to talk with you in such manner. When i contacted Idea Cellular Authorities they said that they have registered the complaint against these both fraud agents. When i ask Mr. Vikarm & Mr. Rahul about there where abouts means where they sit and what is the chamber number they sad abruptly that they will not meet at Tis Hazari Chamber they will meet me at private Chamber apart i have logged complaints against both poachers and shamers in Consumer Court with Idea Cellular and with TRAI along with there mobile numbers.         same happened with me ... and i got a call from idea cc. they gave me offer and when i pay online i told them that i want to stop this no. i don't want my idea services any more but now i got the same call from advocate and they filed a case against me ... n charge a lot for this idea no. although m not using this no. since jan. but continuously they charging a bill n bothering me again and again...
        Now also they didn't stop my idea no. sorry to say but now they didn't left any option for me except filing a case against this idea company.

        These Touts or Agents from Collection Agencies should get penalised for creating and causing irreparable damage to an individual's image as per Idea Cellular web portal no Collection Agent can use harsh language or call some one family member or pretend them self as false lawyer or Police officer. I am attaching the code of conduct of Idea Cellular Agents which company has published on web portal kindly go thru it and take strict actions :


        Code of Conduct
        Can't make visit in Groups.
        Can't use harsh/abusive/threatening language with customer.
        Can't enter the house of the customer without his permission.
        Can't take any entertainment from the customer.
        Visits should be in formal Attire.
        Has to give company receipt on payment from the customer.
        Has to take appointment as far as possible before visiting.
        Has to carry his photo identity card along with authorization letter from service provider to the outsourced agency. Photo Identity must contain the number of the supervisory officer / helpline number of the service provider.
        Has to bring disputes of the customer to the notice of the company.
        Has to leave message if customer is not available.
        Customer details not to be shared with others.
        Refer customer with his complete name along with salutation e.g. Mr./Miss ABC
        Has to call/visit customers between 9am to 8pm only.
        Has to call customers only from the numbers published on the website.
        When contacting customer convey complete details such as:
        Name of the person being contacted
        Name of the service provider
        Name of the outsourcing agency
        Contact numbers
        Still they are not following the same shame . Feel free in contacting parth.[protected]@gmail.com. I am going to consumer court to take legal action against Touts & Agents for causing irreparable damage to my image .
        They are also calling me and on my friends and relative number too which irresponsible behaviour and cheap language. I wonder how they get those number this implies that they are also tracing personal information and data which is illegal and dangerous.
        I am so shocked that IDEA or their agents are doing these cheap things and stuff.
        And after so many complaints they are still doing the same.
        Now, whom should we blame these people or our system.
        And, yes please add this LATEST number of fraud Lawyer Mr. Vikram Chaudhary +91 [protected].
        Both were called me and mr. vikram chaudhary told me that he is calling from delhi patiyala house and there is a suit about to claim against me for non payment of idea bill which has generated during my work period in Airwil business park. Idea is about to claim of fraud against me. then he advised me that i should call to mr. Rahul mehata who is taking care of this case. I called to mr. Rahul mehta and he told me the same story. i told him that this bill was generated when i was work with Airwil and it was for professional use and its companies's responsibility it should be paid by company but he told me that i am responsible for this and company is claiming against me. I did never face this situation before so i afraid and i had to take leave from office for making payment because at that time neither i had cash nor i had my debit card. Moreover i am pregnant and doctor Denied me for more walk but i had to do the same in this situation. Its my humble request to ICL kindly take action against them so that they don't have dare to do this again and advise to all of you kindly be aware of this type of call

          Today 18/09/2015 at 5.07 pm and 5.09 pm a female called me from two numbers. [protected] and [protected]. Both show that they came from Andhra Pradesh. In the first call, she asked me if I was interested in buying idea connection. I was in the middle of something important. I asked her why? She said, I should buy. I told her not to disturb and I'm not interested. She immediately called me a looser and a lofer. I was about to call her back when she called me from the second number and asked me if I was off my mind. I asked her why she is disturbing me and that I'll file a complaint and that her words are recorded in my mobile.She muttered something and cut the call. I called the IDEA customer care, but they told me that these numbers are not from IDEA. I requested to record what I said and that people bring a bad name to the company. This is the first time this has happened to me. And it is not a good feeling. That female had a very rude and rough voice. Please do the needful. Thanks.

          Thanks for your prompt response. It is easy to suggest to lodge a complaint. But who has the time to run around from pillar to post? Time is very precious. I did not ask for the details of the subscriber or the seller. I want you to find out who is behind this, if they are employed by your company and take action, to stop such people harassing people in the name of sales and spoiling the name of your company.             I am using Idea postpaid services since last 2 months. The following is connection detail. Number: [protected] Plan: 399+Tax monthly Issue: I get 1 GB with the plan but this month I needed extra data so I recharged 3 times to get extra data. ?250 for 1 GB ?75 for 200 MB ?50 for 100 MB so the total bill should be 399+250+75+50=774+Tax=800 approximately. but this months bill is 1500+, when I called the customer service they said that the recharge I did for 250(1 GB Data) from their website deactivated current plan and charged me for the previously data usage. They said that I should''ve recharged using booster packs. I am not sure how there could be two type of recharge with same amount. I have used many service providers before and never had this kind of ridiculous separation of recharges. As they said there are two kinds of recharges of 250, if it is so then there should be some notification/message on their website with (*) next to the recharge option. The current options are misleading. This almost seem like they have done this intentionally to loot money from the customers. This is a common sense that when I postpaid customer tries to recharge with ?250 for 1GB data means that customer requires extra data and not suspend the current plan. Any sane person would not do this. I am willing meet them half way by paying 1000 but I am not going to pay 1500+, this way they will only loot 200 extra from me. I hope I get justice.             They did not resolve anything. They called be a few times and I called a few times but everytime same answer "we can not do anything, sir. This is your fault and you have to pay the full amount". I had to giveup because they discontinued my services and this is my work contact number.

            It has been 2.5 months, I am moving to a different provider as soon as 90 days over.

            Hi, I am Jayesh Lalakiya, mobile [protected], Even I had similar experiance with IDEA Post Paid for Sept 15 billing, when I had just changed one data pack in my Idea I PLAN299 (which offers 8 packs, I had cut one pack of SMS and added one data pack). In my surprise IDEA charged me 751.92 Rupees under " charges on data pro-ration" even though my data usage never exceeded the limit during month end.

            I will approach consumar forum against such fraud billing by IDEA.
            Even I had received similar fraud billing by IDEA this month when I had changed my data packs in I-Plan 299 last month. My mobile no [protected]. I will go to consumer forum against such non sense billing.

              Hello All, My mobile number is [protected]. I receive 1GB 3G internet in just RS 448 /-, what a scheme. I had recently joined Idea Cellular from Airtel may be on 13th September, 2015. Since my card activated i got continuous notification from Idea that Subscribe for 3GB 3G for RS 448 /- and 10GB 3G for RS 999 /-. Still i receiving that notifications. please check attached snapshot. That's why finally i had subscribed for RS 448 /- plan to get 3GB 3G internet. I also get confirmation message as below "Congratulations! RC448 3GB 3G 28D recharge successful! Apne Extra 1GB benefit aavti kal sudhi malshe. Khas Offer mate Dial *121#" That mean my account should be credited with 2GB 3G internet and rest 1GB 3G will credited next day. I was shocked when i checked my account, its showing me just 1GB in my account info. I had contacted Idea Customer Care regarding that, it was worst feeling in my life. Although i am in roaming, i had contacted [protected](Not TOLL FREE). I had explained my problem to Customer Care Employee, she had put my call on hold several times to check details, i am not able understand that they can not check details in once, then finally she had transferred my call to any supervisor, again explain him the problem from first to end. i felt so irritating. They registered my Complaint, as a result of that i got message from Idea regarding my Complaint number "SR 1-[protected]" i had wasted approx 45 minutes just to register a Complaint, no resolution in that 45 minutes. Very next day i got a call regarding my complaint "SR 1-[protected]" from Idea Customer Care. They are asking me that RS 448 /- Scheme is not available for you, that's why you received just 1GB 3G instead of 3GB 3G. You are only eligible once you got message from Idea. I had argued that, i have proof for that and also RS 448 /- recharge success message. please find attached snapshots of my Mobile. I had asked them few simple questions as below : Question 1: What is max price to get 1GB 3G internet in IDEA? Customer Care Employee : RS 279 /- Question 2: If i am not eligible for RS 448 /-, then why my recharge is successful, why your system haven't declined my transaction, why i got recharge success message in that clearly mentioned "RC448 3GB 3G 28D recharge successful!" Customer Care Employee : No Proper Answer. Just repeating, you are not eligible for that offer. Question 3: Is it fair that to give just 1GB internet at the cost of RS 448 /-. if still this offer is not available for me then deduct max price(RS 279/-) to get 1GB 3G, rest of the amount refund to my main account balance. Customer Care Employee : Again. No Proper Answer. Just repeating, you are not eligible for that offer. They are not listening, finally they had disconnected my call. Is it yours service? How to cheat customers? Treating Customer like DOG, repeating only one sentence, No customer satisfaction. I request to Idea Customer that refund my amount or give me 2GB 3G in my account. I want resolution ASAP. I don't like thus kind of cheating. I still have messages and notification proof from Idea, as attached.

                Using Rude Word

                Respected Sir, I was retailer here in botad since 2006 till the dated 10/07/2015. I am here for request about ZBM of Idea company (Bhavnagar District) is very rude to me by third person. he is threat me and annoying me using by third person. which I have to bear the mental torture. And now I'm the victim of insomnia due to such threats. so please take appropriate action on ZBM of Idea company. ZBM is using distributor as a third person....

                I am an idea prepaid user ([protected]) since more than 4 year but last few months its services getting worse. everyday most of the time when someone make a call he gets answer : "the mobile No. you are trying to reach is either swith off or out of service area" whether you mobile has full signal strength & the frustrating thing is that you get daily msg "App ne ___ call miss kiya ___ PM kisne call kiya ? Dial kare 55715 charges Rs. 1 only. They are not providing services & then we paid extra for their fault is this make any sense ? I have call customer care then changed my SIM recently but vain porting No. isn't a solution. What should I do ?

                same issue kya karna hai
                Iam an idea customer in last 5 years.Now iam really strugling with the very poor network connectivity.Internet is too slow.I couldnt make a video call.video kept pausing etc. When we make a call the network will not be.or othres make a call we will be in an out of coverage area.Idea networking get worser today

                        Hi, I have recently become the Idea Post Paid customer of idea 3G wifi internet . i bought the device worth Rs 2200, thinking idea services to be good in MP. I was happy about this service till i received 1st/2nd monthly bill. But now i am really very disapointed because of the discrepancies in the postpaid bill for the period[protected] to[protected]. I am charged unnecessary for the SMS- MT charges. This month i got charge of Rs141.I have an unlimited plan of Rs 850 per month. Even your executives dont have any idea regarding those charges one informed me that it is for internet facility used and other says for some paid download. I have been using Airtel and Tata Docomo in Delhi & Bombay, never had such problem. I bought idea in MP becoz of its 3G network in MP. If Idea is serious about its business then I am expecting the necessary amount or waver has to be given or adjusted in my next bill as this bill is already paid by me . My idea number is [protected].. Customer service was not able to help me out on this problem. Hence this complaint. Please look after this issue. Quick reply or action is expected.                         Sorry! Your customer care executive did called up but failed to explain what is SMSMT? Also, pl note my complaint is pertaining to my idea number which i use in 3G wifi dongle not in mobile phone. I use it in wifi mode for surfing internet, so neither i see messages or irrelevant VAS services which gets activated on its own without my consent by Idea cellular nor i use it for sending sms / making calls.

                        Pl read my complaint once again and kindly explain what is SMSMT ? and what needs to be done from my end so that i am not charged for this irrelevant thing.

                        Forget the refund, please ensure i am not charged for it in future and also that no vas services are activated on my number. If i need it I will ask for it.

                        I hope above helps you to understand my concern. Shall be thankful for answer to above queries on this forum itself and doing the needful as requested.

                          I had a net plan of Rs103 which was ending on 16 th of sept 2015 and i also had wifi connection. i came home at 21:00 and made a call and got the balance deduction and final amount in my account was Rs 59.i slept off and did not use any internet and in the morning i called idea and asked about the deduction, they told that i browsed internet from 00:41 to 5:03 am in the morning continuously but that was not true.i asked them to mail me the usage they denied and was not giving any resolution.

                            Hi, I am the Idea Post Paid customer . I was happy about this service. But now i am really very disappointed. because of the discrepancies in the postpaid bill for the period 15-aug-2015 to 14-sep-2015. I am charged unnecessary for the SMS- MT charges. This month i got charge of Rs.90. I have no intension to send such messages which would costing me Rs.90 I called the customer care regarding the same. Even your executives dont have any idea regarding those charges one informed me that it is for internet facility used and other says for some activation(you may kindly cross check with the voice calls recorded). I havent sent any sms from my side and I Havent done any activations from my side. Hence i am expecting the necessary amount or waver has to be given or adjusted in my next bill. My mobile number is [protected] I called up customer care so many times with no joy. Customer service was not at all co-operative.                                 Dear Sir/Madam, I am Idea customer of Mumbai Region from 2010. My number is +91-[protected]. Currently i came to my hometown Jharkhand. I have recharged my number with 100 Rs. on 14/09/2015 and 3G data pack of 245 at same time. Next day on 15/09/2015 at night i checked my balance and found balance is 0.30 and net pack is not working.                                   Hi I'm a customer of idea using the number [protected] on a postpaid plan, the issue I have been facing is that an idea plan of 650 3G plan was activated on my number in month of July '15 without my knowledge. I had given a call to idea customer care previously on 24th July to deactivate my 3G plan of 299 which was processed on the same day via communication Id C1-[protected] after which I have not attended any calls from idea nor did I make any (Idea claims to have made a call and confirms I have attended the same to activate the 3G [protected]@650). On 28th Aug when I received my bill I was shocked to see my bill and a 650 plan activated on my number I immediately deactivated the same on the same day and it was done so via C1-[protected]. From 28th Aug I have been repeatedly calling up the customer care telling them that I had not activated the 3G [protected]@650 Plan and neither did I receive any confirmation from idea confirming the same. I had also requested them to play back the recording where I have confirmed saying to activate the service because I'm very much sure that I have not received a call from them. With regards to my problem I have given them numerous calls and sent them emails but no one is addressing my problem with seriousness. Some of the customer care Reps are even rude while talking and also the TL/Supervisors assure a call back but never do so. I request to adjust the amount with my next bill as I have made the payments towards my bill or if idea has a proof about the confirmation than kindly playback the recording to me. Also I would like to add that after experiencing mental harassment for the past 3 weeks I will not think twice to discontinue my postpaid service with idea and also port my number to some other service provider. Hoping to get this matter resolved as earlier as possible.

                                  I received call from idea office from Pune and now Im being told that I had made a call to idea and activated the service myself, this is a total contradiction to what I have been hearing for the past 3 weeks. Initially I was told that I had received a company call on my idea number made to me to activate the service. In both the ways the blame is put on me, If I made a call it should reflect on my bill but it is not shown on my bill of any calls made to idea in July. Now Im fully sure that Im being charged wrongly here. i asked her to send me the details shown in here system or a call recording but all that female kept telling was I cant do anything about it and its my fault. This is really disgusting and the way my problem is handled is really pathetic.

                                    Sir My mobile no is [protected] I am from up east and i am regular customer of idea. Every month i recharge yours 249 net pack plan for 2g which offers high speed till 3gb. This past 28 aug i did same bt after 8-9. Days when only my 1.25 gb was exhausted my speed was reduced to 40 kbps. I made a complain bt ur customee care said then will not listen to me and spoke to me harshly and was nt at all interested in listening to my grievances. Such disrespctful behaviour never expcted from idea. I want justice and as i m facing a lot trouble due to speed plz refund my amount or increase my speed. Perform any action as soon as possible. Otherwise i will be sorry but i will have to go consumer forum regarding this issue Waiting for ur response.

                                      Recently I received an SMS saying that if I recharge with Rs. 49, my local calls will be charged at 45p/min. Since I was on roaming, I was being charged 80p/min and no charges on incoming calls. As I made the payment, one service was activated which was, Incoming calls @ 25p/min and Outgoing calls @80p/min. When I inquired regarding this to Idea's customer care, they clearly denied saying that we do not have any offer for Rs.49 and above mentioned tariffs. I requested that operator to transfer my query to his/her supervisor. When the supervisor answered the phone, the first thing he said was "I am not able to hear you, please speak up." (by the time he said this, I had not spoken a single word). So I tried speaking up and waited for him to respond. But he responded with the same sentence that he is not able to hear me (but it was clear that, he was responding after I had finished my speech which is usually not the case when you do not hear what the other person is speaking). It was evident that he was trying to hang up on me. It was clearly intentional and eventually he did hang up on me. Later, when I tried calling them again, firstly I was put on hold for more than the usual time and when I asked to directly connect me to the supervisor, he literally put the call on hold and let me hang up out of frustration. This was really a shameful customer service and a very disrespectful way to deal with any customer.
