I have activet idea 3g plan 5/9/2015 1gb 28 days and use 300mb 700 mb balance.9/9/15 a best offer provide 99 1gb 28 days.I have call customer care n told can I recharge 99 plan 3g n it is carry forward my old internet data he is yes to say carry forward.I recharge but 1gb give no carry forward old data.

    I have received below messages. Your Model Villa has been activated. Amount charged is Rs 21.00 /- for 1Week. Renewal charge is Rs 45.[protected]@15Days as applicable. To deactivate sms STOP to 155223. Click on link to enjoy http://bit.ly/ModelVilla Your balance is Rs.23.43/- Hi, Your subscription to Model Villa will be renewed on[protected] and you will be charged Rs 45.00 /-. To unsubscribe, sms STOP to 155223. I haven't requested any of that. when I tried to stop this service by sending sms STOP to 155223, It replies me with below message. Dear Customer, below services are active on your idea mobile 1 : Model Villa Sms 1, 2, 3 etc to 155223 (tollfree) to deactivate the service. I usually do not check my balance frequently, Neither I have time to waste with your customer support. I do not know since when you people are detecting this thing from my balance. Currently I can see you have charged 21 + 45 from my number [protected]. It is very old number of me I really want to retain the number but this cheap tricks of detecting balance makes me upset. So kindly revert it as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    I have received the call from your customer care representative from mobile number [protected].
    He doesn't provide any solution but repetedly stating that balace can not be refeunded because you activated it.

    Irony part is when I aksed him atleast tell me what is this model villa service, he doesn't has a clue about model villa.
    How can you assign a person to solve the problem when he doesn't even has knowledge of the problem.

    In the original complain I have mention the message what I have recieved when I tried to stop the service.

    So kindly refund the amount and stop this service from my number or tell me here only not on my phone you cann't do this.

    Not satisfied your response but its ok, I can not afford to waste more time with you for 70+ rupee
    Same incident happen to me now they detected rs 75 from my balance [protected] and customer care executive told I requested from my side and there is no option to refund. Idea instead of doing this tactics go and beg on streets.

    Cheated by auto activation Rs 21 pack + 45 for renewable in the name of Model Villa by deducting main account balance of Idea number - Comment #2596409 - Image #0

      Dear Sir/ Madam, I have raised a query for refund my security deposite.. Hi My self Nitin Patel I have applied for Mobile number portability switch to idea postpaid. My mobile number is:[protected].i have paid 200 Rs as security deposit to the store at Address: Plot No.18, Suman Towers, Sector 11, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382011. the executive name is manshi and mobile number is :[protected]. they have closed my DoCoMo connection before switch to idea now and now she told me address varifaction is fail . so before address vitrifaction why my sim card closed. the are not giving my refund as well as not pick up the phone. I am trying for more than 50 call but not responding. there are many question : (1) why my existing connection closed before converting? (2) why they are not responding. (3) why they are delay for giving refund money. I am very disappointed from customer care service.I am suffering from more than 10 days. please suggest what to do?

        My mobile number is [protected] and I'm from Andhra Pradesh I have used this connection from past four to five years and now I have portted from idea to Vodafone since the in the June I had not used any intern but I was charged about 300 extra and I had opted for porting. Now the thing is I don't know if I give for port and I used my Internet, my call and all facilities given by cellular company and in between of the month the mobile connection has been ported and I have used about 600 mb of mobile data and in this 512 mob is free as per my plan but since the connection is ported in middle of the month they are telling that we will take 15 days tariffs and we will charge for remaining data as regular usage which will be 10paise/Kb . I thought I paid all the dues from idea and did not go the cellular bill payment showroom. After some days they are repeatedly calling me and asking to pay the bills but I told I cleared all the bill then I asked to send me a mail And I asked to reduce the Internet bill charge then I'll pay the bills then they told we can't do that then I told I'll not pay the bill till u deduct some amount from that and they told that we will tell this to current cellular network provider and we will disconnect the connection and now it has happened from Vodafone network too. People from idea/ Vodafone networks don't call if we will be charged heavily but if they have to get some amount from us they will call us repeatedly and harass us. Why does the networks do this if we are porting out the customer care or any department can call us and ask what is the problem why they are porting out and i[censored] port out u will be charged like this no one tells. They will send all useless messages that this offer is there or that offer They can send a message i[censored] are porting ull be charged/ or the details The resolution I need is they have to deduct or charge a per my regular plan then I'll pay the amount and tell my current network to activate my outgoing calls.

        I have paid the amount and waste of asking these waste networks if we call them we will be charged for one more 1000 rupees since they will keep us on hold for 45 min every time we call them for the reason These people never change They show some thing and give some thing to us. These all networks are one and same waste of calling them for any reason Waste networks Some networks say Idea - an idea change ur life Vodafone - network follows For bill due payments They will call hundred times but never call if we have raised a complaints regarding any matter

        Hi Team,

        I am very frustrated with your service and response because still i am waiting for your final revert and my out going service is closed from your side even this problem is pending from your side. When i called to 198 help line number they advised me that your waiver request is cancelled so you have to pay your full amount with late fee. But i want to know that if my request is cancelled from your side so i should be also getting mail for this from your side because i always try to communicate with you by mail but i did not receive your mail for final revert.

        I have to face many problems due to my outgoing calls is closed from your end and i have to recharged my prepaid number with all the service for 300 INR because i have to 40 to 50 urgent calls in a day.

        Finally i thought will not pay single amount because i have to face many problem due to my number closed and now i am ready to change my number because i cant be use this type of service who make a fool customer.

He advised me that I received your complaint and we are giving you waiver for 300 just because of few mistake from our representative also and he said you should also cooperate us because we cant give you full waiver. I said its ok you just send me written mail or massage for waiver then I pay remaining amount for my both number without late fee and next day I again receive a call from idea representative. He advised me that you have to pay your full amount which you received the bill and we cant give any Waiver and we have already give you waiver in sep month even I don’t know about this sep month waiver because I pay full payment which I received on sep month.

        So kindly you guys advise me that what should I do..just because I received wrong information from your side one person is saying we are giving you waiver and one person is saying you have to pay INR924. Even I call in your 198 complaint help line number but he is not able to understand pay problem. He is using scripted line we have already give you waiver in sep month
        Even I don’t know about this waiver and which type of this waiver and pay full payment which I received.

        My name is Pramod Kumar and I am idea post-paid customer with [protected].I got the faulty bill Generated for the last month. I changed my plan from 399 to 499 and the customer care representative said that you will be charged according to prorate base for the period of first some days up to plan change. But it is not reflected in the bill generated and the amount is charged for entire use of internet and I got a bill of more then INR 900 even I am using the plan 499.Still I did not pay this bill and I am using another post paid number also which is [protected] and my last billing date is 04Nov15.

        kindly do needful because before selling the new upgrade plan your representative not giving the correct information about the bill after that customer has to face this problem. if we try to contact your customer service then always use scripted lines you have to pay this much amount because this correct bill from our side which you use. they don’t try to understand what we want to say. if we say we will close your this service they said as you wish you can close this service after full and final.

        if I will not get satisfied resolution then I will defiantly closed my both number and go to consumer court.

              I took a number [protected] postpaid for internet uses. But i was totally unsatisfied with that services as at the time of purchase they had committed something which they failed to delivered. I was ok with that also . I told idea people to stop my number as it was so much expensive and i also stop used that number. They told me to pay bill of 830 ( which i have not used ) and after that we will stop your number. I paid the same on counter of idea office and they inform me that Now your number has been stopped. After 3 months i have received a call from their lady representative and she told me still Rs 548 is pending( neither they communicated me earlier nor i used ). When i asked her for what it is pending and asked her why they people did not call me in last 3 months, she was unable to answer me properly and told me we will give 3 months time to customer so that they can know about pending bill and pay the same. The way she was talking was very rude and unprofessional. I have recording of that lady . After that call also i have not received any call from idea company regarding the same. i received only a notice from Nitin singh Bhati. In that notice a number was mentioned -for any query call [protected] - Ashwin Mehra ( Idea Cellular Representative ) . When i called on that number ( 9-9-15 )and asked about my concern - Mr ashwin Mehra start shouting and used abusing language with me and threatened me to pay same day otherwise he told me to pay 50000 Rs next day for the same. I have also all the communication in my call recorder also. The way and the language he was talking was ridiculous and very unprofessional. For the same i have also registered the complaint in idea customer care by giving him full details of my concern ( Complaint number- C1-[protected] ) . I just want to ask Idea higher authority that 1- Are they hiring such people to threatened their customer. Like Ashwin Mehra 2- Why they are not giving full information of bill and pending amount by call or messages as i did not receive any single msg or call regarding any pending biills. 3- Why their customer executive are not giving proper details. I really disappointed after talking to Ashwin Mehra and just want to know Idea people what action they will take for this as i am also customer of Airtel for personal use and for corporate use also and very much satisfied with their services.

                Hi this is Amit.user of idea number [protected].this is regarding bill dated 7 th September 2015 which is charged to a rate of 412 rupees which is inclusive of rental plus GPRS cost of rupess 125(rental) Rs. 99 + Rs 125 (GPRS).I had requested to opt for 99 unlimited GPRS plan last month and to stop the GPRS plan of rupees 125.but as per the bill both the services have been charged...kindly do look on to it the rectify the bill accordingly..

                  Once again same problam As per above metioned subject I m the Idea customer possessing two numbers [protected] & [protected]. My kind submissino of regarding Subject is as follows Date[protected] I have personally visited Idea Gallery, Ramesh More Chowk, Adnheri East and Requested to close my Data plan services of Mobile numbers. on the Contrary I have recived answer that Data Plan Service is deactivated on same Date with immediate effect. Date[protected] I have recived message metioning all charges including Data Service Plan. I immediately had word with idea customer care regarding unnecessary addition charges of Data Plan services which deactivated. your Id no.[protected] say this activation is done on Date[protected] by your Backup team- This all activity are really disturbing. i am not using any Data Plan Services, i personally requested to deactivete since[protected] n still but this month once again i receivng bill with Additional Data Plan Charges. Both mobile no [protected] & [protected] data plan activation is done by Backup Team of Idea services without my knowledge and Concern. this kind of treatment which I have recived from idea is completely unwelcome and disturbing. After receiving confirmation of deactivation I am not responsible and liable to pay only data plan vharges which I am not using. Kindly consider my humble submission. yours Faithfully. I called to this no and asked how much amount .as per communicated by idea company employee I pay 5000 as on 22 Dec 2014.bas on 22 Dec 214 idea company employer committed me your mobile no has been closed .but still today I got the call pls pay 1800 otherwise cases bill file against you.pls help without any use of no I pay 5000 .still money is pending.if any confussion we can hear the call record as on 22 Dec 2014

                      Idea cellular has a offer that the first recharge of 25 rupees gives you 500 MB 2G internet for 5 days. For this offer I call Customer executive to know that this offer is available for me... The customer executive says that yes this offer is available for me. Then I recharge of rupees 25 from my main account balance but they give only 150 MB. Then I call again customer executive then says that this offer is not available for me. Here has also many problem like. 1. 3G not activated anytime . 2.Deduct balance from main account for nothing And many & many.. [protected] is my number.

                        I have registered a request for Port via O1-[protected] for mobile Number [protected]. I am informed SIM will be activated by 08/09/2015 11:58PM. but still my SIM is not activated while my previous operator has disconnected their service by above mentioned time. Currently I don't have no way to contact outer world and am not able to talk/contact anyone because of this. Also Its around one month I have provided my application details to idea outlet(Skylimit Enterprise, Karapakkam, Chennai) and I have to wait that many days to get the confirmation of my registration where it should be within 7 day as per Govt Rule and also they are not even cooperating if a call or meet for processing the application or my queries.

                        Also just now I came to know from Customer Care executive that the SIM number is provided to me and the SIM number registered in your system is not matching, , , , so now please tell me what I can do?? I am blocked in both side, my old SIM disconnected and my new SIM is not connecting... I am not understanding how such mistake can be happened and I donno who is the responsible for this, but I am the one who is affected by the service provided by your system...

                              Hello Reader, Inspire of 3G DataData volume balance & validity remaining in my prepaid account, IDEA deducted INR 590 from my account today and completely uninformed. When I called the call center, they were clueless and could not find a good justification, so put the deduction on account o[censored]sing 3G services. I have written to appellate @ idea but to no response. I have been a regular IDEA user with 04 prepaid connections in family but it seems it is going to be end of the story.

                                I have a idea postpaid connection ([protected]) in my iphone 5.Earlier I was using micromax ph which was a dual sim with idea and vodafone.but I started facing problems with the internet when i let go of my vodafone sim after switching to iphone 5 as it never used to work on my connection but still I was paying for the same for the time i got this idea connection.earlier i didnt face the problwm because of the vodafone internet services were there and I didnt notice that internet on idea is not working at all until I started using only idea.Atlast I called again last month to idea customer care to inquire about the same that why it is not working and to add to my horror I was told that there is a problem in my iphone.Atlast after making several calls to idea I made up my mind to change my idea services and the moment I told them that i will switch my connection to a different service provider suddenly my internet started to work.Now it is the same phone which was said to be faulty by idea.However realising that it was the fault at there end and I was paying for d services which I never used for the past so many months I asked them to credit the same into my account as they can also see there records that i didnt used any internet on my connection.I was told by a customer care manager that I will be getting the approriate waiver in my account.however now the situation is that leave alone that compensation but my outgoing services has been barred.Horrific experience i guess my fault was that i still kept paying all my bills on time although i was not getting d services from idea...pathetic

                                Why i am being harassed by your idea people as i am recieving calls daily for payments, wherein my issue has not been resolved till now.I have not got the waiver which i was promised but on top of it you guyz have charged me with late payment fees.Now I have given enough time to you guyz and I have maintained the log of all the people I have spoken to in idea with dates and Now I will file a case in consumer court.I have been a faithful and patient customer of idea as I was paying all my bills on time and that too without getting data services from you people.Stop harassing me by calling and threatening me for bill payments as now I will talk legal only.

I am using this no during 18 months over.As a customer I am facing lots of problem, can't contact anybody.I have visited at birati customer care shop(opposite of Sidweswari Mandir) 2 times. but the executive of that shop was not co operating and entertaining.                                       Today I have recharged Data Pack 3 G of Rs. 97/- for 28 days but I have received SMS that validity is upto 17.09.2015 i.e is only for 10 days. This is cheating ... This is not only first time earlier in many occasion when I recharged Data Pack & use only Whatsapp facility the amount also deducted from talk time... This is not genuine... but no response from customer care... no money back. Please do the needful to stop this type of cheating.

                                        I have added another data plan as my existing( 2g 1GB) was about exhaust ( about 850MB used). I added 3g 1GB plan. after my bill come it was surprise, since I added the plan in between so they have changed the validity of 2g plan for 15 days and charged for ( 850 -500 MB data) separately which came around 1000 Rs. It was never mentioned that this calculation will be done, I have added new plan over the existing to have a bigger data plan but actually they have made it cut short and charged me heavy money.
