Sir i pushpendra bansal, mob no [protected] want to complaint against idea of mental harassment case. i wanted to change my idea Himachal Pradesh no [protected] to idea delhi number. so i sent a message of port to 1900. after 2 to 4 days i received a call from idea prepaid unit to change your no into idea company. i gave my id and photograph along with 130 rupees. now 14 days left there is no response from any persons of idea. i called many times to idea dealer who brought my id and photograph but he is not picking up my call. idea dealer no ---- [protected], [protected]

    Dear Sir/Madam I have been using Idea Post-Paid mobile no. [protected] for more than last 6 months. I had paid bill of Rs.1100/- (Outstanding Rs.913.26+ Rs.186.74 Extra) on 03/09/2015 as I wanted to go for MNP. I had applied for Mobile Number Portability for my mobile phone [protected] from Idea to TATA DOCOMO vide request no. 17124131 on 04/09/2015. After 4 days on 08/09/2015 my request has been rejected and I have received following message from 1901 :- “Your Port In request for Mob. No. [protected] has been rejected by your service provider(IDEA) due to outstanding payments. Thank you.” Then after talk with customer care and getting surety not to happen this again in future I again applied for MNP from Idea to TATA DOCOMO vide request no. 17190904 on 10/09/2015. On 12/09/2015 my request has been again rejected by Idea due to outstanding payments. This is the 2nd time I've requested for MNP in last 10 days, but till date Idea is not allowing me to move to Tata Docomo despite of calling their customer care service several times. Sir I am feeling highly aggrieved as a citizen of this country wherein I have been harassed and denied my due right of MNP by giving a frivolous reason. I request you to have my complaint examined and take stern action against high handedness of the mobile company Idea by not following Govt. guidelines and denying due right of mine. I also request you to kindly instruct Idea to act on my port request without any further delays and hassles to me. Take Action against high handedness of the Idea Company. Imposition of appropriate penalty, so that it can serve as deterrent to them; Approval of PORT OUT request on immediate basis; Any other relief to me.           Hello i m Dr krushang my clinic located in bhatar road ...in surat ..in our complex so many people have a idea card specially in lower basement ...but here is hudge problem of network...so i[censored] can do something otherwise we all need to change the card into another company...

            Hi Team, I have placed request (SR# C1-[protected]) to convert my number from Postpaid to prepaid on last Thursday i.e 11 Sep 2015 at IDEA Showroom located at Sector 4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Services on my number are suspended since Sunday i.e. 13 Sep 2015 and are still suspended. This is third day now and my number is not activated so far. When confirmed at the showroom i didn't satisfactory answer also the attitude of the guys at showroom is not professional. Can you imagine the level of frustration I have now. 5 Calendar days and 4 working days are already been passed and i didn't get any solution as of now. Besides you are also loosing revenue (doesn't matter how less is it) Also I believe this is question on your reputation.               Hi, I have took 2 new cug sims in the month of june and 1 number got wrongly activated, so i requested the idea customer to deactiate 2 numbers as i took another 2 idea cug sim(even this plan wrongly activated but rectified later). IDEA team please help me in this issue. On 15-Sept-2015, i got a call from some lady([protected]) saying that she will be filling it in Delhi Court and also she mentioned that they sent multiple notice(I didn't received any such notice). I asked more details on case then she said she didn't know any information on that and gave one layer number([protected] - Praveen). When i call that number a lady(but above lady mentioned Praveen's number) picked the call and when i gace my case id(DL1741/15), she did some search and told that i need to pay idea post paid connection and she gave me only 1 hour time to go to Idea Relation ship center otherwise they will case in DELHI COURT. But for me there were no relationship center and to go to nearest relations ship ceter it will take more than 1 hour time. Now i kept multiple reminders but IDEA didnt deactivated my number and bill got generated and kept clear email to them. I feel that its a fake call as the both numbers are MTS Delhi numbers. Please help me in this regards

                Dear Sir, I am a customer of idea cellular Maharastra circle and shifted in Madhya Pradesh so i wish to port my number in idea mp through NMNP, i have submitted related document and porting fee Rs 100 in your outlet at Khandwa District seven(7)days ago.They replied it will take 10days and i have not received proper response . I have no message regarding porting, now a day your call rate is very high after roaming tarrif only incoming free but corresponding rate o/g rate is very high. So look in this matter and change my number as idea mp asap for that i use your service otherwise another option is available. I hope you think regarding this issue and solve positively.                 As previous complain my issue was not resolved and i submitted my documents again in your my idea point (Ashoka Communication khandwa Madhya Pradesh) on 15/09/2015 but till now we don't have any message when my number will port.
                This is how much shame for idea, idea MP circle is very lazy in work.
                Know one can tell me when my number port, ashoka communication representative says i have send the document for port but when ?
                first we submitted document on 8 sep 15 and resubmitted on 15 sep 15.
                Re submitted document shows how much negligence occurs in idea mp circle and my idea representative not serious in service and disturbing the image of idea cellular.
                So take urgent action in this issues because our UPC code will expired on 23 sep 15 and idea cellulr could not convert my no. in the duration of 15days.
                SO IDEA CARE TEAM PLS TAKE SERIOUS ACTION TO SOLVE ISSUE ON PRIORITY BASIS
                We have mail the detail to appellate of MP circle but he did not reply till now.
                This shows idea mp is very negligence in service.
                So solve it immediately.

                  In television ads Idea shows they have Internet from others. They brand it as IIN however in ground level Idea have really pathetic service of Internet. They gave me a offer of 1 GB 2g speed in RS58 but most of the time Net doesn't connect. I have to be online for business purposes. Now I am thinking of portability of this number.                           I recharged for Rs. 166/- for 1.25 GB data of 3G with validity period 28 days at 07.45 PM on 11.09.2015 after seeing it through self care *121# . But after recharge, I got 3G data only 600 MB and validity also only 16 days. Later, I called 198 and talked to customer representative Ms./Mrs. Rashmi and replied me that you would get within half an hour remaining data but I couldn't get. Again I called and talked Customer Representatives Rashmi, Anusha, Mohammed but no proper response and later, somebody blocked my number to 198. After that, I made call by my other no. and got Complain No. [protected] registered. Evening now while checking through *121#, I am getting message on recharge for Rs. 164/-, 1GB 3G data with validity 30 days. But for Rs. 166/-, I got only 600 MB and valid only for 16 days. Therefore, it is requested to look into this matter and do the needful. There is no uniformity in recharge. For each mobile no. has different plan and offer. Customer care Service is worst and not helpful.

                          Idea Cellular have stated that on recharge for Rs. 164/- you could have got 1GB 3G data.

                          But I recharged for Rs. 166/- and received only 600MB. I paid more but received less. I recharged after checking it through *121# in afternoon. If Rs.166/- offer was not available and not for my number, why the database of Idea accepted my recharge for Rs.166/-. The database of Idea should have rejected my recharge request. But instead of rejecting, it was accepted and recharged and provided less data even after more payment. Who wants less data/offer on payment of more.Customers are being cheated. If the issue is not taken seriously and callously dealt by Idea company, I will take the matter further.

                            Talking to your customer care executive is a frustrating experience. I don't understand when I am not using gprs or any another Internet service than how the SMS charges of Rs. 50/sms levied on me.

                            I have never made any such SMS and why should do it when gprs service are not exist on my this number.

                            This is third instant when forcefully asking me to pay unethical charges. Its not acceptable under any condition regardless how small or big amount is, hence please revert back.

                              Hi, My mobile # [protected] and I am using the Idea Post paid connection for the past 4 years. This month, I got my post paid bill as 2565.15 which is very huge while considering my usage. On checking the bill, I found 1653.24 as "Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration #". What type of charges are these. On speaking to customer care on 12345, I didn't get any appropriate response regarding that. They simply answering like "you might have done that", "you might have completed the last package" and so on. No clear explanation on that. If they had provided an option to change the Pack as and when needed, then why are these additional charges. While changing the pack also, they haven't notified me about the additional charges I need to pay. The additional unbilled (as per the alerts) data usage that I had done on my pack was Rs 204. Then how come they charge Rs 1653 on changing the pack.

                                  I received a call from idea call center. And they said one Dialer tone for lifetime free without any charge.no activation no Service charges or monthly charge After subscribe the service. Immediately 36 rps deducted from my account. I called up customer care center three tym reguler but they said abt technical server down and u may call after 4 hours and 1 hour respectively. Yesterday my tone was deactivated bt still my balance is not refunded nd they said 24 hour ho chuke hain or apka balance refund nhi hoga ab And cut off the phone.. I was spoken their superior and all But they refuse to refund. Plz take action Why this fake call came from idea center again and again Smtym they said technically faults and after tym completion they said 24 hour ke baad nhi hoga Plz take stick action against them Other this matter will take up in consumer court This is cheating anf not expected by idea cellular

                                      Dear Idea, My Idea no. is [protected]. On 11th Sep 2015 evening, I did Data recharge of Rs 253 (DICD[protected]). On 12th Sep 2015 morning, there was no data left even though my phone was switched off in the night. Same was the case with Voice recharge. On 11th Sep 2015 evening, I did Voice recharge of Rs 200 (DICD[protected]). On 12th Sep 2015 morning, there was no balance left even though my phone was switched off in the night and I made a couple of phone call in morning for a few minutes. This is the 2nd time it has happened to me. Please look into the matter at the earliest and let me know why I've been robbed off my money again and again. Thanks.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, ​​​ ​I ​rec​​recently got a postpaid sim card [protected] from an authorized idea customer care in Karamana region of ​​Trivandrum district. I got the sim because the person working there told about its possible benefits. Unfortunately​​ I lost the sim while I was traveling which happened after two days. Since I was already having an idea prepaid connection I did not do much about getting the other sim. ​​ Now after 2 weeks I get a bill of Rs 578 /- at my home address. I came to know about this by my parents as I was away on a work. ​​ When my parents enquired about the same with the customer care of Karamana region on 11/09/2015, the employees there replied very rudely and unprofessionally. They said since I signed the application, my signature was needed. They also said that I had wasted their time during the purchase of the sim. When I meet them on 12/09/2015 they started blaming me and told me to come again after 21 days for paying the bill of Rs 578/-. In Spite of me asking again and again as to how the postpaid sim got activated since I never got a chance to put it in my phone and how come I have to pay Rs 578/- amount without even using it, all they said was they were following orders from higher department and that I will have to pay the bill that too exactly after 21 days no matter what. I enquired regarding the same with the Idea Care at ​ ​​Vallya​m​balam. Their response which I'll honestly say I was glad to hear and that’s the kind of reply every customer expects from a renowned telecom service provider​​ like idea not at like the customer care of Karamana region.​ I am saying all this as I ​have been an Idea customer for the last 4 years and have invested a lot on its services despite all that this is how I am harassed at the end of it all? ​​ Finally all I have to say is the brand image of idea has gone a bit shallow in my eyes thanks to the customer care employees of Karamana region. But unlike most I am a loyal customer and would continue using the service. If there is ​​ something that can be done regarding this then please do it as I don't know how many more customers will have to face the so called customer care employees at Karamana region (especially the two males) as Idea is not the only good telecom provider. ​​ ​Arjun Rajeev Warrior​
