I recharged for Rs. 166/- for 1.25 GB data of 3G with validity period 28 days at 07.45 PM on 11.09.2015 after seeing it through self care *121# .
But after recharge, I got 3G data only 600 MB and validity also only 16 days.
Later, I called 198 and talked to customer representative Ms./Mrs. Rashmi and replied me that you would get within half an hour remaining data but I couldn't get. Again I called and talked Customer Representatives Rashmi, Anusha, Mohammed but no proper response and later, somebody blocked my number to 198.
After that, I made call by my other no. and got Complain No. [protected] registered.
Evening now while checking through *121#, I am getting message on recharge for Rs. 164/-, 1GB 3G data with validity 30 days.
But for Rs. 166/-, I got only 600 MB and valid only for 16 days.
Therefore, it is requested to look into this matter and do the needful. There is no uniformity in recharge. For each mobile no. has different plan and offer. Customer care Service is worst and not helpful.
Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
