Am using idea network from past 5 years, from yesterday there is no network, am unable to contact even customer care numer 198, no signals,

I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to airtel. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. Please help...

I am from ahmedabad and i am using an idea sim which works perfectly but from 1 day it shows no service available and no tower available because having 1 sim i can't call customer care

I tried
1. Turning on and of airplane mode
2. Restart phone several time
3. Change sim to another slot even changed the idea sim another mobile

I am facing high ping issue.in games like pubg the ping is above 300ms. Even though the download speed is pretty good yet the latency is very very high....

I am facing high ping issue. The games like clash of clans don't load most of the time. The basic problem may be high internet fluctuations. While playing pubg the ping is above 300ms. Your internet was very bad not works on 4g...

Since last few months very poor connectivity of internet and from last 2 weeks i have been calling on coustomer care no. they just give me a date to ressolve issue and when they pass call to higher level to talk with nobody is on call i keep on waitng to tell about m problem .nobody to listen extremely bad services.And since i have recharged m sim i didnt got any benifit of it its gone waste one month full recharge and also no positive response...

Money was deducted from my bank account but the recharge of Rs.219 was unsuccessful.Please refund the money....

I had done idea recharge on idea app and paid through mobikwik upi. Money got deducted in mobikwik app and also reflects on my sbi card Statement. But the recharge does not show in idea app and the recharge amount also not credit in my idea account. Please help. Thanks...

I recharged my Idea number through Idea App for 399rs. I used my SBI net banking for payment. Amount was deducted immediately via normal process but no recharge was done. Money was sent to Vodafone Mobile Services. No history available for the recharge i can see. Please refund the amount or at least process the recharge.
