The network in my area for idea is pathetic. I can't access internet. Also, i am not receiving message on my number, due to which, i can't complete my transactions as i am not receiving otp. I sent a port rquest to 1900 but, am not receiving upc message as well. Don't know what to do now. I don't event have an idea service center near my house. The customer support is not at all helpful.

        Address: sarswati colony, roteda road, kota, rajasthan

        I am using idea services for my internet usage, but there is always high ping while using internet. Where it should be near 0-20ms, i am getting around 200-400ms which is totally unacceptable. I live in kota, rajasthan and i have tested idea ping in jaipur also but the issue is not resolved either their. I know that a user's complaint is not important for a big company like idea, but still if you try to resolve my issue, i will get it know by better internet automatically.

            Am using idea network from past 5 years, from yesterday there is no network, am unable to contact even customer care numer 198, no signals,

                My bill plan was of 115, how come did you change this on your own to 125. My bill used to come 115 plus
                Tax. How come this month this is 125 plus taxes.

                Last time i made the
                Payment on time, and before as well. Then what the hell is this.

                I am not paying this bill, and switching to jio.

                  I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to airtel. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. Please help

                    I am from ahmedabad and i am using an idea sim which works perfectly but from 1 day it shows no service available and no tower available because having 1 sim i can't call customer care

                    I tried
                    1. Turning on and of airplane mode
                    2. Restart phone several time
                    3. Change sim to another slot even changed the idea sim another mobile

                    I am very dissapointment with idea i had done recharge for 84 days and still i have left 60 + days

                      Worst service people in idea.. Currently i am out of mumbai and suddenly from last 2 day network is not working. I followed with customer care by dropping email and even by calling but there is no solution. Even there behavior is not good with customer. Now i have decide to port my all family 4 sims. Idea is merged with vodafone, due to this idea is spoiling name of vodafone also. This number is linked with my all bank account and i am facing huge problem due to stop of my network service. Here idea gallery is also not ready to change sim as this sim belongs to mumbai circle.

                                I am facing high ping issue.in games like pubg the ping is above 300ms. Even though the download speed is pretty good yet the latency is very very high.

                                  I am facing high ping issue. The games like clash of clans don't load most of the time. The basic problem may be high internet fluctuations. While playing pubg the ping is above 300ms. Please solve this or i will have to shift over other network. I accept that the download speed is pretty good but the main problem is the ping.

                                      Since last few months very poor connectivity of internet and from last 2 weeks i have been calling on coustomer care no. they just give me a date to ressolve issue and when they pass call to higher level to talk with nobody is on call i keep on waitng to tell about m problem .nobody to listen extremely bad services.And since i have recharged m sim i didnt got any benifit of it its gone waste one month full recharge and also no positive response from idea coustomer care centre.
