I had done a recharge of RS 642 using the my idea app yesterday twice but the recharge was not done and also the money was deducted from my account. (UPI Ref No[protected], (UPI Ref No[protected]
Please refund my money ASAP.

        I had called 59059 to activate new sim but data services activated after 8 hours i tried to call, but asking to recharge at near by retailer, but it's already have 219 plan, please help

            I recharged with 599 and i can't even use 1 mb from my balance because of network problem i complained 3 times and customer care called me back and said network problem only solved within 3 months. Please help i need my money back, i am stucked inside the containment zone and i don't have enough money to recharge my other number for internet. My number [protected]. Please. I given my location and details more than 10 times. I need my money back.

              I am not able to call anyone or receive call from nyone. Same issue is with messaging. My internet is working fine. Please look into the issue.

                I'm facing lot of problem with idea. First of all, there is no range inside my house. Secondly, they suddenly stopped my family plan discount saying that now its not applicable for 2 numbers.
                Thirdly, they are not detaching my two numbers so i can't able to send port out msg to 1900. All the stores in pune are closed due to lock down and most important, i can not take risk on going out to their service center just for this.
                Why can't they do it online?

                I'm getting following error message while sending port out request.

                    22 July 2020 ko maine Rs. 399 ka recharge krwaaya tha (daily internet pack 1.5gb + 5 gb)
                    But 5gb + 5gb available net pack available huya daily internet pack 1.5gb available nhi ho raha hai

                        I am writing this complaint to inform you that the internet connection is down from the last few months. As you know i am a job holder currently doing work from home (Or job holder) and most of my work is done online and for that, i need a proper internet connection throughout the day. Also in my village, there are lots of students those having online lecture but because of internet issue no one can attend any lecture online.
                        Lots of people compaint about same to customer care but no only responded on same.
                        Kindly look this as my complaint. I request you to resolve this as soon as possible.

                          When i check my account history, i dont see money deducted or used to any service but my mobile account balance shows it is 0. I even saw i should have 40rs on 21 july 2020 and without any call they went to 0 by 22 july 2020. This happened multiple times in the recent past as well. Since last 8 months we are facing these issues where balance gets disappeared. I'm 100% sure that mobile internet is not switched on. Also we dont use any additional services like caller tune, etc.

                          Also on july 20, 2020 i recharged my mobile number using idea webstie for 149rs which promised unlimited talktime for 28 days and other benefits, money got deducted from my bank account but mobile phone was not recharged.
