I recharged with 599 and i can't even use 1 mb from my balance because of network problem i complained 3 times and customer care called me back and said network problem only solved within 3 months. Please help i need my money back, i am stucked inside the containment zone and i don't have enough money to recharge my other number for internet. My number [protected]. Please. I given my location and details more than 10 times. I need my money...

I am not able to call anyone or receive call from nyone. Same issue is with messaging. My internet is working fine. Please look into the issue.

I'm facing lot of problem with idea. First of all, there is no range inside my house. Secondly, they suddenly stopped my family plan discount saying that now its not applicable for 2 numbers.
Thirdly, they are not detaching my two numbers so i can't able to send port out msg to 1900. All the stores in pune are closed due to lock down and most important, i can not take risk on going out to their service center just for this.
Why...

I want to port my idea [protected] to jio. The validity has expired i have recharged for separate sms pack, validity pack and data pack.. Even though port sms is not received to 1900..

Worst network, worst service..

22 July 2020 ko maine Rs. 399 ka recharge krwaaya tha (daily internet pack 1.5gb + 5 gb)
But 5gb + 5gb available net pack available huya daily internet pack 1.5gb available nhi ho raha hai...

I got a fake call regarding tower insulation and asking to pay money for court fee 5000 rupees

I am writing this complaint to inform you that the internet connection is down from the last few months. As you know i am a job holder currently doing work from home (Or job holder) and most of my work is done online and for that, i need a proper internet connection throughout the day. Also in my village, there are lots of students those having online lecture but because of internet issue no one can attend...

When i check my account history, i dont see money deducted or used to any service but my mobile account balance shows it is 0. I even saw i should have 40rs on 21 july 2020 and without any call they went to 0 by 22 july 2020. This happened multiple times in the recent past as well. The issue of 4g internet connectivity has become worst from last 4 days.

The network in my area for idea is pathetic. I can't access internet. Also, i am not receiving message on my number, due to which, i can't complete my transactions as i am not receiving otp. I sent a port rquest to 1900 but, am not receiving upc message as well. Don't know what to do now. I don't event have an idea service center near my house. The customer support is not at all helpful....

I am using idea services for my internet usage, but there is always high ping while using internet. Where it should be near 0-20ms, i am getting around 200-400ms which is totally unacceptable. I live in kota, rajasthan and i have tested idea ping in jaipur also but the issue is not resolved either their. I know that a user's complaint is not important for a big company like idea, but still if you try to resolve my issue, i will get it know...
