Dear Sir/Ma'am, I wish to inform you that i have made a request to M/s Idea Cellular Ltd. for MNP for My Mobile Number [protected] from Idea to Vodafone dated 06.04.2015, The Idea has approved this portability through mail dated 11/04/2015. the said number ported to Vodafone dated 12/04/2015 after submission of all dues to Idea amounting Rs1950/- (Bill Amount Rs. 1650 + Rs. 300 Security Deposit). As of today vodafone has generated the first bill as mobile operator for the period 06.04.2015 To 05.05.2015 for Amount Rs. 688/-. This was paid to them before due date. Since 13th of August 2015, myself getting regular calls from Idea customer care executives for undue submission of Rs 647/- which is illegal and beyond my usage & agreed rental term. I wish to share that i am getting calls from [protected] & [protected] threatening me for deposit the amount, even myself has visited idea showroom situated at P-26, connaught place, New Delhi to sort this matter but i could not get any satisfactory answer from them. All related enclosure are attached with this mail for your reference, request you to take appropriate action and safeguard my consumer rights

    I agree!! Even after complaining twice the problem has not got solved. I was asked to choose Airtel network manually from my settings which doesn't even show in the Carrier Service, highly disappointed with '!dea'. Hope they should get an idea on how they should resolve the problem. 3G works slower than 2G in this world where 4G is trending.

      Since 3 days internet is not working and when we cal the customer care than it says not reachable.There was banned of internet for 2 days but now when all other cities and other connections of Airtel, bsnl have started there internet.i am experiencing the worst internet facility by Idea.

        Sir, I am an idea customer with mobile number [protected]. My plan says I have 1.5 gb of 2G data for usage. After it got over, I subscribed for a booster back of Rs 250/- or 1GB-data which was yesterday. Today, I checked my unbilled amount and it was Rs 3620/-. I called the customer care and there was no help since they would not be telling details about unbilled amount. Next month, the bill may raise to[protected] and I would have to pay it regardless. Please help me. This has happened to me 2nd time in two months. I urge for an action.

          I am using Idea connect. Most of the time I when anyone call me they receive an error "Dialed no does not exists or Network congestion" I logged 2 complaints but call closed by IDEA backend team. Complaint no. 1-[protected] 1-[protected] Still facing same issue. Please Help.

            Hi sir my name is naman after 2-3 days ihave taking loan on idea loan suvidha service just at 20rupees and i recharged 70 rupees my phones 20 rupees duducted and after 1/2 houurs my 50 rupees automaticly deducted ihave call idea service he saying to me ihave started avalue added seva because ia have do not started any seva ihave very upset i request plzz refund my balnce 50rupees otherwise ihave port your idea no.

              I have submitted the request to change my number ([protected] ) from postpad to prepaid on 15-July-2015. After 3 days, i received message that the request could not complete. After that i submitted request again on 22-Aug. This i paid Rs-100/- extra so avoid any unpaid amount. I received message that the request will complete by 26-Aug. The service was not restored for my mobile no and I called customer care number (both prepaid and prepaid) on 27-Aug. The response from Post Paid customer executive was that the service is complete and i should call prepaid customer care. The response from Pre-Paid customer executive was that they did not receive any information and i should call post-paid customer care. I visited Idea Center again on 28-Aug. Person at idea center mentioned that prepaid connection will be restored by 29-Aug. Today, on 30-Aug, I called again to customer care for post paid the response was same that service is complete and i should call prepaid customer care. I called prepaid customer executive and received the same response that that they did not receive any information and i should call post-paid customer care. The new SIM no to me is[protected] 80713. I request you to look into this matter and expedite the closure. Regards Vivek medhekar

                              Sir as on 27/8/15 made a recharge through idea cellular of Rs. 75. through sbi netbanking on my bihar number [protected]. amout of Rs.75 has been debited from my sbi a/c as same time but still didnt get recharged. please rectify the problem why the recharge of Rs. 75 on my bihar region idea number not been recharge. please resolve my problem. you may also contact on my mtnl no [protected] or if possible please that amount to my idea no.                                     Initially, I was communicated to get the installation withing 2 days after payment receipt from Idea Sales guy (Vikas – [protected]). The sales guy came home on 20-Aug-2015 & took up all the documents, details & money (2736) for the broadband connection. It has been a week after the payment, but I didnt not receive any installation from Idea.Everyday, Customer care makes a false promise of installing the connection by end of the day. After such bad a experience, I have initiated request for refund for which they are saying 45 days will be needed.I dont even know weather I will get my money.Its really a horrible experience and service from brand like Idea. My Idea broadband Account Number:[protected].

                                    My Idea broadband Account Number:[protected].I have called customer care 10-20 times and they are yet to take my refund request.Everyday they told the same lie, request has been taken and I will be getting my money in 48 hours.
                                    After 48 hours, they say no refund request has been initiated.

                                        Respected Sir, I myself being a responsible citizen of Dangoaposi, west singhbhum jharkhand. I would like to draw your attention towards regular network problem in our area. The sim distributers, distrubutes numbers of sim cards but the regular network problems made our life difficult. please solve the above problem as soon as possible.
