Dear Sir, I have applied for 2 times porting request from Idea to Airtel(both local Hyderabad) the 2 request have been rejected as Donor code mismatch. even after paid my post paid bill with extra amount. I too am facing similar problem while trying to move from Idea Maharashtra to Airtel Karnataka.

I wonder how could UPC code could be wrong twice. I have been Idea customer since 2004 using various different numbers (3 years in Bhopal, 4 years in Hyderabad and another 4 years in Pune) and now I want to continue my Pune number at Bangalore and I am astounded on how they could disrespect my decision to now move out to some other provider by rejecting my MNP request twice for same reason of incorrect code. I have filled the form myself and I doubt if data entry operators would make this mistake.

    No response of Customer support Team even the request of disconnection been given 6-7 days on 29thAugust15 for Idea Broadband Account Number :[protected] and even mailed several times for the same and even today also it is still pending and no one is responding to the service for even disconnection purpose also as i have to increasing the shifting of my date to other place for this sick reason only . Idea service is really WORST and even there is no team for fast resolution also even appeal authority team don't paid any heed to the complain even though they are kept in mail also.

      I did an online recharge of ₹52 on the Number [protected], 17-Aug-2015 through net banking SBI Ref No. DSBI[protected]IG0ANRQWO9 . The amount was not recharged to the number, I called the customer care but they said I will have to file a complaint first.         Dear Madam/ Sir, I have purchased an idea simcard no( [protected] ) in May-2015, after that i waited for around 4-5 weeks still the sim was not activated by idea. Since it was not active so I disposed the simcard . Now in Sept-2015 they asking for the bill of the month JUNE-2015. Not a single call was made by that sim.

        One of your idea customer care reprentative has contacted me today regrading submition of bill and she had no idea about my complain.

        I also would like to know without activation of the sim by tele-verification how come you have charged the rental or whatever the charges ?
        As per my understanding if the tele-verification not done within 30 days from the date of activation or the number will get automatically disconnected.

        I will have to setup a press conference and compliant in TRI / all social media for all this looting from Idea.

          Dear Sir, I am using services of Idea Since April 2013. I opted for the great I- 999 plan as it is customer tailored but I received a shocking bill of Rs. 12795.73 for July 2015 even when I used less than planned 3GB 3G data.in July as well in August. I called Korba Idea People as well as customer care hundreds of times and even wrote numerous email to them . I DEMAND COMPLETE WAIVER OF THE EXTRA AMOUNT CHARGED TOWARDS MY ACCOUNT. Don’t understand why idea knowingly wants to make defaulters. I have already paid the normal bill amount that gets generated as routine bill. Pl close this issue urgently. My bill never crossed Rs 2000 then why so called service of idea was allowed till 17th August, it shows cheating way of IDEA people. I am deeply pained and frustrated because of insensitive and fraudulent behavior of IDEA. It will not be possible for me to pay such a huge amount because I am a serviceman and not using internet for idea. How am I responsible for a wrong bill amount and why should I pay for mistake in your side. And you are calling me to pay the bill. Is customer responsible for mistake on your side? Do you think customer should pay whatever amount you are telling. It is therefore requested to waive off my internet bill for which I am not responsible otherwise I will surrender my all connections.             Connection worked fine till March 2015, After that we always faced speed issue. In beginning they send there executive, still no proper solution, now from last two month we renewed our plan to 2MBPS speed, still facing same issue and no response from them. raised many tickets, there executive never showed.We have mailed even there aplate authority, still no response.

                Hello Sir, This is the 9th Day of Banned of Internet in Gujarat (26th Aug. 2015), Due to this I could not use my Data on time as I am prepaid user, Idea should carry forward remaining data. This is the situation where frequently Banned is happens on Mobile Internet and in many cases it is more than 9 days, so in this type of situation, company should either provide more validity for the how many days it was Banned. However it was the order by Gov. to Banned on Internet but yet, Mobile service Provider has rights to Extend the Validity OR Carry Forward data. My Mobile No. [protected]

                  Dear Sir/Madam, I had just transfer in to Idea Cellular on 17th September 2015, My plan is of 1299 + Tax per month and they are provide credit limit of Rs. 1000/- Per month. I think this are chetting with customer if he want higher plan and they just settle credit limit of 1000, second thing they not informed me before disconnect my services. when i called to customer care they told me your credit limit is 1000 so net is closed now, and i have to visit idea customer care in my city, so if i had added plan of 1299+ then how they provide lower credit limit then that. third thing they are not providing nodel officer number, they told me that they dont have. without nodel officer how can they run services. why they are not providing number of his office. and cellular company why they not allow to his customer to call to nodel officer they revert that they have only mail id. this is clear clear customers harassment, i just switch from another company because of good tarriff plan. i never face a credit limt issues before and they have to update me on this. atlest they have to set credit limit on above my basic plan. if they want they can demand deposit amount but without information they can not disconnect phone service. even they are not transfer phone to a senior officer. Now this no I have transfered to postpaid to prepaid before 1 month and all payment clear due to idear customer care officer says that when you will paid all payment you can use this no prepaid and I am using this no.(Prepaid). Now a days customer care call me that some amount pending, I ask customer care regarding the payment pending but not given any answer. my relation and other friend very distrup due to he is doing the call by idea customer care . so please please help me .                           Date- 2.9.15 ( Wednesday), Timing: 11: 10 AM Client N0- [protected].I received call from IDEA call centre about internet offers on my mobile number. Service provider given information about the package. I trust on her and tell her to activate from next bill cycle. After it, I told her to renew/ activate the going on Booster pack on my mobile.She told ..ok Ma'am, I have activated it and you can use it after 4 hours. I assured about the activation. Till 5-6 hours, No activation done. I again call to customer care and asked about the said package. I got information that no pack is activated on your number. Along with it, The said pack has been in changed nature(validity period and other concerns). I used internet due to fake information of Service provide and have to pay HUGE Charges. Kindly note down my complaint for Fake information, astray and possibilities to Ditch to customer.                             My Number is [protected] Recharged IDEA 1GB 3G Recharge Offer on 01/09/2015 evening and used 3G on 02/09/2015 . The Call meter software which automatically resets at the end of the month and calculates 3G usage correctly . This shows 160MB usage starting fro first of september 2015 and I did the recharge on 01 September evening. Now my 1 GB data is already over and I am already using 949 unlimited recharge when software reports a total usage of just 160 MB which includes the usage prior to 149 offer recharge and the later 949 recharge. Problem : 1GB data vanished, my Rs 100 talk time eaten up without my knowledge after that. and the usage recorded by reliable software is just below 160MB Now I am accessing 3G using a 949 Rs recharge and after recharge I came to know that there is no way at all to see my utilization and it can slow up at any time. I was using the 3G meter software for past 2 years and my bills and the reported usage used to exactly the same for other service provider. This is totally unfair from IDEA to take the data out from the customer.

                              Another victim of this cheating by idea…. I recharged for WhatsApp 200MB pack for Rs. 39. The idea site mentions it is “200MB WhatsApp Usage”. But on the contrary they started deducting WhatsApp data usage from my main balance. Upon calling their customer care, they said I have used Facebook and hence the balance was deducted. I insisted that I haven’t used Facebook or any other data app then the call was escaped to higher level. The next reply was that you have downloaded images/videos from Whats App! Why there are different replies from the customer care executives? Why would you even charge for WhatsApp data usage when your website mentions its “200MB WhatsApp Usage”? Why you have not clearly mentioned data usage charges for this plan on your site? Idea, do you think you can easily fool people? i will go to consumer court for this or refund my amount of Rs. 83/- [protected]

                                My plan was No Bill Shock 249. On idea website, the plan says the following - Post free benefit customer can use 3G data upto a bill amount limit of Rs.500, thereafter speed will be throttled to 10kbps & charging will be Zero Reference Link - http://www.ideacellular.com/customer/postpaid/combo-plans/maharashtra-goa/no-bil... So, what is understood from this statement is, that once the bill amount reaches 500Rs, I wont be charged anything extra on data usage, only my speed will drop down. However, I have been charged two times around 960 Rs, in the bill cycle of May to June 2015, and June to July 2015. Can you guys please explain how come you have charged me so much inspite of my plan being No Bill Shock 249, where my bill should not have gone above 500 Rs due to data usage. My number with idea was - [protected]. I call your customer care officials as well, and they were not able to help me out and they asked me to send out an email. Request you to train your customer care officials properly with adequate knowledge about your products. Also, I visited your service center, and they were not able to explain properly. They were rigid and not responding properly. I want the proper refund any how.

                                When I didn't picked up your first call, you should understand that I might be busy in some work, and hence should call after some time.
                                But you guys called continuously same time.

                                Call me on Weekends, or if you want to call me on Weekdays, then call me between 9 to 11 AM in morning.
                                Or 6 to 8 PM in afternoon.

                                      Hello Team, I want to disconnect my Idea Postpaid cellular plan as I have moved out of India since a month and won’t be returning back now. I have paid the last bill. I have sent an email to ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com and [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but my email delivery failed. Request you share the CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESSS of the idea customer care where I can raise the request for closure of connection with my account details as I won’t be able to call from out of India.                                         My idea mobile no. is [protected] . I received message about 1:00 pm on 18/08/2015, in my inbox from idea. Recharge with 75 to get 300 minute with 28 days validation AND I had recharged with 75, at 8:40 pm on same day. But I got only 14 days validity so I had complain to customer care on 29/08/15 for expanding my minute balance validity. But on 01/09/15 at 12:00 (am) my remaining minute balance deducted considering out of validity. So now I have right to complain against idea for validating my account by providing my balance with appropriate validity.
