My plan was No Bill Shock 249.
On idea website, the plan says the following -
Post free benefit customer can use 3G data upto a bill amount limit of Rs.500, thereafter speed will be throttled to 10kbps & charging will be Zero

So, what is understood from this statement is, that once the bill amount reaches 500Rs, I wont be charged anything extra on data usage, only my speed will drop down.
However, I have been charged two times around 960 Rs, in the bill cycle of May to June 2015, and June to July 2015.
Can you guys please explain how come you have charged me so much inspite of my plan being No Bill Shock 249, where my bill should not have gone above 500 Rs due to data usage.

I call your customer care officials as well, and they were not able to help me out and they asked me to send out an email.
Request you to train your customer care officials properly with adequate knowledge about your products.
Also, I visited your service center, and they were not able to explain properly.
They were rigid and not responding properly.
I want the proper refund any how.
