I had done idea recharge on idea app and paid through mobikwik upi. Money got deducted in mobikwik app and also reflects on my sbi card Statement. But the recharge does not show in idea app and the recharge amount also not credit in my idea account. Please help. Thanks

I recharged my Idea number through Idea App for 399rs. I used my SBI net banking for payment. Amount was deducted immediately via normal process but no recharge was done. Money was sent to Vodafone Mobile Services. No history available for the recharge i can see. Please refund the amount or at least process the recharge.
I tried contacting IDea customer care via Twitter and there was no revert even after trying multiple times.

Please process A.S.A.P

I don't know why they deducted 3 ripped on 3 march and today they deducted 8 ruppees why did they do it if my issue is not going to resolved i will switch to other user and u willmake my family quit the idea service and shift to other

I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help

Sir my idea sim is not working since 4 months (In india) and i am working in dubai, for sim replacement i have authorized my brother to take necessary action as per idea procedure which was mailed to me. On my brothers visit to idea gallery the representative is telling him that he cannot help us out as their system is not working and telling me to visit vodafone gallery & on visiting vodafone gallery the vodafone representative is asking my brother to visit idea gallery as originally the sim is of idea. None of them are cooperating. Just delaying the matter. I am stuck to do any banking transaction or to contact anyone. Request you to kindly help me in this matter. I have sent many mails to the customer care but there is no reply.

My sim is from karnataka, now i am in Karnataka only and my sim card shows "no service".might be because I didn't use it for 15 days
I tried all these things
1. Manual select network
2. Two to three times restart the phone
3. Pull sim out and place it again

But same result is there.
Please help me to sort out this.
As i have only one sim with me so i couldnot call to anyone.

Once again idea cellular (Now vodafone idea) strikes with charging for bill which is already paid for. I am getting repeated calls to make payment for a number for which i have already made payment. The receipt date is 24th june, 2020 but the company has not bothered to update. Under the guise of merger of accounts etc. They are harassing and looting customers. This is the 2nd instance. For the other number of mine also they have charged me twice claiming i did not make payment. Even when their accounts department says they have received the payment, they are still charging me. This is first class fraud. I think government should look into vodafone operations in india and check how they are treating their customers. I think it is better not to pay in time and let them follow up with you. Big learning.

Since idea is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

Idea service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with vodafone.

Please help me to get out of idea network.
