I don't know why they deducted 3 ripped on 3 march and today they deducted 8 ruppees why did they do it if my issue is not going to resolved i will switch to other user and u willmake my family quit the idea service and shift to other...

I am getting very slow internet from idea internet provider...

Dear sir,
I am in uae right now my idea no is also in uae. But all out going service has been closed....

I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help...

My sim is from karnataka, now i am in Karnataka only and my sim card shows "no service".might be because I didn't use it for 15 days

1. Manual select network
2. Two to three times restart the phone
3. Pull sim out and place it again

But same result is there.

Once again idea cellular (Now vodafone idea) strikes with charging for bill which is already paid for. I am getting repeated calls to make payment for a number for which i have already made payment. The receipt date is 24th june, 2020 but the company has not bothered to update. Under the guise of merger of accounts etc. They are harassing and looting customers. This is the 2nd instance.
