I am tanuj garg using your company or paid mobile number [protected].

I am highly annoyed with the type of service you are giving to the customer.

Yesterday i. E 07.07.2020, suddenly 19 inr deducted from my balance, and do don't even know the reason why then i called you executive they said it was wrongly deducted and will be revert back in next 30 minutes that time was around 11am, then i check my balance and found no refund and i called again the again said it will be refunded in next 30 minutes.

But till evening i didn't received my amount back so i called i an the evening also and talk to one of senior executive she also assured me that it will be refunded in next 30 minute.

But till today morning i didn't received my balance amount back. So i called again she again said we are sorry it will be refunded in next 30 minutes.

But nothing changed and i did not get my amount back...

What is this type of stupidity???

I am writing this email to you with a very bad mood,

Today evening i called you again

And one new thing that guy said that

Dear sir you have taken a loan from us, that was the height for me

Then i requested him to transfer my call you senior

He kept me on hold for about 5 minutes and then hang up on me

This is the worst experience i ever had.

And you people were not stopped here.

When i try to call the executive again you guys blocked my customer care number..

Look i am not so free that i keep calling you guys for that again and again...

Muze ye no chalu karna he ye no mere fhamily member ke aadhar se juda he he please muze is chalu karna he please muze is no ke liya help karo

We have kept 10 numbers of ideas, we have kept our numbers closed for the last 3 days.

We are facing network coverage problem from last 2 year due to no nearest network tower ourside... Indoor and outdoor network coverage problem in our area

Total population of our village is above 90000 but we are getting network in different area not in our area... Totally frusted of network coverage

Plz registered network complaint as per trai regulation and forward my concern to rf network engineer of network team to resolve the issue of network coverage

Plz help us and resolve the issue of network coverage

Please refund my balance deducted for unwanted bad jokes from idea cellular network: [protected]

My number [protected] is repeatedly charged rs. 3 balance deduction for unwanted bad jokes. The latest of such deduction has been made today (July 11, 2020) at 12:30 pm. This is a nuisance during the pandemic!

I am a retailer i have been doing idea recharge since 2010
On 08/july/2020 i have done a wrong recharge of 449 transaction id kr[protected] to mobile number [protected]
From [protected] kerala circle and since this day the person have not used the recharge
When i contact the costumer care service i got a very bad approach from them.. I am very disappionted
I need a refund of my money otherwise i will move to consumer court i need a explanation from idea

My younger sister had mistakenly tapped puk code 3 times and phone us now blocked please help me! My ph no us registered and i will submit all required documents needed!

I would have gone to office but because of lockdown i can't since idea office is closed and i'm so much in trouble!

I called on idea costumer care number to ask them i am not able to connect with internet he said me that right now i’ll press the button of remote and your internet will start working then i said sir is this the way to talk then he started abusing me he said you # i’ll put your phone in your # now get lost #

I'm using Idea sim from about 6 years. I'm from a village named Dahihanda in Akola district Maharashtra.
Earlier there was not a single problem in Idea network and internet speed but from last one year it seeems like Idea doesn't care about its customers.
There is daily problems in network and Internet speed. If I try to call someone it will take at least 5 attempts before connecting to that person. Same with internet speed as network goes off net get shuts. I'm using 4G sim but most of the time I have to use 3g setting on my mobile for better connectivity. So i[censored] want to provide only 3g connectivity why did u upgraded it to 4g.
I'm a student and in this lockdown phase I have to learn from online classes, so I want u to suggest me some tips on how to use internet when the network if going on and off.
So many people have complained to you but there was not any improvement.
If you don't want take any action then tell us about it we will find some another service provider.

I have a number [protected] they deducted all my money of 100 rs recharge by saying that you internet charge while i don't browse anything even they don't send me a single message.

Fraud company idea.

I have sent a port out request in March, 20 but didn't received any port number or UPC, due to covid19 and no response from Idea for my port out request I dropped the idea then.
Today, on 10th July, 20 again sent a port out request, it's been hours but still haven't received any port number, talked with the customer care executive but he didn't give me port number too. Still waiting for the message...hopeless service by the idea

Idea mobile network is not available last 5 day. I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone. I try another idea sim in my phone its working.

My idea number into being a 4g sim but my sim still struck in 3g what to do i am dont talking with customer care but no resonse

I have posted a complaint for the recharge not being reflected even though the amount (299) was deducted from my account.
It has been 2 days since the complaint, i have not been contacted to resolve it.
This issue needs to be solved right away.

I am using my idea kerala sim in qatar, in which my bank is connected to. But for oast few days my sim is not showing any network, it is showing no service.
What is happening?
I had recharged and kept it live.
How can i change the sim?
