I am using my idea kerala sim in qatar, in which my bank is connected to. But for oast few days my sim is not showing any network, it is showing no service.
What is happening?
I had recharged and kept it live.
How can i change the sim?

      Sir, my outgoing calls were deactivated due to validity till 6 july 2020. But since than i am recharged my number through my idea app. Retailer, idea website for various amounts like 49 etc but the recharge is not being accepted. Please take notice that why number is not being recharged.

                The issue that I have experienced was: Sir, for a long time, Idea company have put such a service on my number, with which one and a half rupees are being cut every half an hour, thus my total has been cut by ₹ 130,

                    Myself geetesh pidhekar from bhadravati, maharashtra.
                    From last 2 years i regularly call customer care and complaint about my network issue and calling. Whenever i want to call someone or receiving any calls i want to go outside or on terrese. Bcoz of network i didn't use my data at home. The network simultaneously go and come.

                      My outgoing calls are barred for last 15 days. I have been following up with customer care, visited idea stores, changed the sim, wrote a mail and what not.

                      But still the problem persists and i have no resolution to it.

                        Firstly its hard to contact your customer care and i called them yesterday about network issue but he said tht network is fine in your area but its not so m facing internet issue in my area and the speed is very slow but earlier the network and speed was good and i am continuosly facing these problem from last 3 days

                          I recharged my idea phone number with 299 through my bank portal. The money was deducted instantly but it was not reflected even after waiting for a day.
                          I hope you look into this and do whatever is necessary.

                            I just made a payment of rs 649 to recharge my idea number [protected]. (Original amount 699 but given rs 50 discount) even after the payment is made, my number is not recharged. This is sheer inconvenience especially when urgent calls have to be made. This is unacceptable and unexpected from a service provider like idea.

                              Igot rechage of rs 95 on[protected]. As per site talkrime of 79 is available charged 2.5 p/sec. But whenitry to make out going call, it says there is insifficient balance and no call is made
                              At 121 also it also says recharge was made for 95, but balance is nil
                              Willyou please let me know why such cheating is made by your company.

                              This is not first time, previoiusly alsosimilar thing happened

                                Myself kanika, i am living in jamula village (Sandhole dist. Mandi, himachal pradesh.) i dont get any internet signal. I missed my daily online classes beacuse of no internet connection. I am fully disappointed with idea. I dont even get 2g speed internet in the time of 4g. Please solve this asap.

                                    I am venkatesan idea mobile number is [protected] recharged rs.95 to my another mobile number [protected] via idea app for rs.95, meassage from my bank account also received but not recharged [protected] pl kindly recharged or refund the amount.

                                    This is second-time, previous month also rs.49 recharged the same problem "the amount will refund" message only received but still no refund has done.
