About no performance of idea 4g internet in my area pin code: 413008

Dear idea manager, i'm tried of compliaing on customer care number about bad performance of your 4g idea that's why i'm giving my final try by written compliant. When our recharge is going to be over, your company will message us ten times and tell us that your recharge will be end soon. You call us 100 times when we delay to recharge. But company forgets...

Upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance....

My sim card is showing no network since may 22. I have tried restarting the phone, inserting sim on another phone again and again but none of this has worked. I had also recharged for 399 on june 5th, 2020 in hopes of getting my network back, yet it is still showing no network.
Please solve this asap as i have to take important calls.

I recharged my phone today afternoon, for rs 10.. My balance was zero. It was just to sent a message. Recharging was done with Google pay, but amount reduced was 1000 rs. I called customer care executive. Asked for refund but said it is not possible.
I was frustrated actually. So planning to port to airtel....

Since i am having rs. 28 in my a/c. Improper service given by you in last two days. I cannot able to call any my contact. Reply if you can solve my problem or not so that i can change your service....

Dear Sir I can't access Internet from 2nd July 2020 till date and I have complained to the customer service Appellate but still I have not received any response from them except an acknowledgement its been 3rd day and I can't access any website YouTube or Web pages hence I request you to please look into the matter urgently and help me for the same...

and i loss 8 rs. from my balance.

Dear sir,
My sim card is not showing any network for last 1 week.
I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim.
I am not able to receive or make calls.
I have recharged it last month only and still 2 months recharge is pending.
If my sim card does not work the my recharge will go waste.

It is getting very discouraging for me, i don't see any options available...

Please help me on this issue, my idea number is [protected] is not working from 2 month, i have complaint given 2 time & still my issue not solved, idea cellular is sending bills every month, please advise why they are not sending bills, my mobile not working from 2 month but they are not solving, also they are given excuse due to merger with vodafone this issue happened & service is not started in 1 or 2 month...

I have full network in my phone but when i try to call anyone i am not able to call same problem for incoming calls also when anyone wants to call me they will got either network problem or out of courage area but my phone is working on internet and message and internet service then why calling service stop without any before information this problem is coming from last 15 days and plzz resolved...

My account was deducted for rs10, without any action from my part. I got a message saying "thank you for downloading carbon_games", which i have not. Correct this and refund my account balance...

My idea sim shows emergency calls only from june 30 (30/06/2020). Please make it ready.

Please help us for my father's mobile no.[protected], every time deducted by rs.10, and getting a sms from 53010 that you have changed rs. 10, he uses a normal keypad mobile, please resolve the problems, he is very much upset for this reason....
