From the last 15 days my idea sim is not working, network is not available from 15 days. I have consulted the same problem with the nearby customer care service. They are not able to resolve my problem and i'm terribly facing this problem, non of your workers can help me. This is my kind request to look upon this and try to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I have sent a complaint two days go but no reply has been received.
It is creating a lot of problem due to this sim not working.
I am not able to contact anyone nor i am able to login to nay site or app as i am not receiving otp sue to lack of network... Please let know what to do as soon as possible.
Not being able to contact anyone during this lockdown is very depressing.

2) money transferring app -
Google pay, phone pay, etc
Have stopped as am not receiving the verification code needed to get started of with these app...
How am i supposed to deal with the situation with no contact means...

Please help me out with this problem of sim card not working.
I am not able to contact anyone nor i am able to login to any site or app due to my non receipt of the otp as there is no network detected by the sum... Look into the matter and let me what should i do to activate the network again... I have tried all the methods to get the network activated but of no use the sim is only not working hence there is no network. How should i resolve this sim card problem..
I have sent a similar complaint two days ago but did not receive any reply...

I recharge my idea no. [protected] with rs 599 but money deducted and recharge not showing.

I have done the online recharge of rs 399/- they gave me 50 rs as discount... And amount was deducted from my account but still i didn't received recharge in my phone...

Dear idea manager, i'm tried of compliaing on customer care number about bad performance of your 4g idea that's why i'm giving my final try by written compliant. When our recharge is going to be over, your company will message us ten times and tell us that your recharge will be end soon. You call us 100 times when we delay to recharge. But company forgets us when recharge is done. You can't see whether your costumer get the benefits or the promises that your company has been done while advertising... I'm using your sim card from last 3-4 years. It doesn't mean that i can't have any other options like changing my service provider but every time i gave you a chance. But now it's over i'm very tried of all this bad performance. This is the last time if 4g internet don't performance well then in next recharge i will change my service provider. Your regular customer.

Upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

My sim card is showing no network since may 22. I have tried restarting the phone, inserting sim on another phone again and again but none of this has worked. I had also recharged for 399 on june 5th, 2020 in hopes of getting my network back, yet it is still showing no network.
Please solve this asap as i have to take important calls.

I recharged my phone today afternoon, for rs 10.. My balance was zero. It was just to sent a message. Recharging was done with Google pay, but amount reduced was 1000 rs. I called customer care executive. Asked for refund but said it is not possible.
I was frustrated actually. So planning to port to airtel.

Since i am having rs. 28 in my a/c. Improper service given by you in last two days. I cannot able to call any my contact. Reply if you can solve my problem or not so that i can change your service.

Dear Sir I can't access Internet from 2nd July 2020 till date and I have complained to the customer service Appellate but still I have not received any response from them except an acknowledgement its been 3rd day and I can't access any website YouTube or Web pages hence I request you to please look into the matter urgently and help me for the same

i need my money back in my balance

Dear sir,
My sim card is not showing any network for last 1 week.
I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim.
I am not able to receive or make calls.
I have recharged it last month only and still 2 months recharge is pending.
If my sim card does not work the my recharge will go waste.

+[protected] This is my idea no and i have done recharge of rs219 on 02/07/2020 at 02:05 pm my balance has been deducted from my payzapp wallet but recharge is not done, i have checked all my transactions didnt got the refund also for that act, so please do refund my amt
