Dear sir / madam

Please help me on this issue, my idea number is [protected] is not working from 2 month, i have complaint given 2 time & still my issue not solved, idea cellular is sending bills every month, please advise why they are not sending bills, my mobile not working from 2 month but they are not solving, also they are given excuse due to merger with vodafone this issue happened & service is not started in 1 or 2 month but they are send bills every month,

I have full network in my phone but when i try to call anyone i am not able to call same problem for incoming calls also when anyone wants to call me they will got either network problem or out of courage area but my phone is working on internet and message and internet service then why calling service stop without any before information this problem is coming from last 15 days and plzz resolved

My account was deducted for rs10, without any action from my part. I got a message saying "thank you for downloading carbon_games", which i have not. Correct this and refund my account balance

My idea sim shows emergency calls only from june 30 (30/06/2020). Please make it ready.

Please help us for my father's mobile no.[protected], every time deducted by rs.10, and getting a sms from 53010 that you have changed rs. 10, he uses a normal keypad mobile, please resolve the problems, he is very much upset for this reason.

My idea balance is deducted without any reason. They always deduct my money... And after calling customer care they dont give info about services. And they says i have activated the services but i dont. And it was never refunded. More than 10 times a year this happend to my idea number. I am sure this is a scam run by them to loot money from peoples balances. Desgusting.

Hello. I am Arihant Mishara from Etah, Uttar Pradesh, 207001. I recharged my idea no. with the data pack providing 4gb per day. It was of 449 Rs. I am feeling very sorry to say that the network here is very poor. I am not able to connect to the internet. Sometimes the network is there and sometimes they are gone. they fluctuate every time. is that how idea give services to their customers?? is that how you people earn money by fooling your customers?? I am not being able to use even 50 Mb of 4 Gb data. I have just wasted my money by recharging for my idea no. i am using idea since I was a child and right now I am facing this issue with your networks making me very frustrated.
it's a request from your old customer that please improve your network as soon a possible otherwise there will be a day when you will be left with zero customers.
I wish you will consider my problem as soon as possible.

I have a postpaid mobile sim of idea cellular service provider. This sim was issued on my friend id. Now i wanna change of ownership name into my name

I recharge my number [protected] (On 2 june) using paytm and according to this plan i will get 3gb data per day for 3 months in rs 599. But i only get 2gb data per day. I complaint about this in idea customer care but none hears my problem and i also given the proof that i only used 2gb data. I also send proof by making a video but none respond about this video. I will send videos to u. Please help me.

My idea sim is not working from past few weeks, i have paid all the bills but still the sim shows no service. I can’t call or text neither can i receive any calls or texts.

Dear sir/madam,

I have been billed for above more than thousand rupees even there is no signal and i never touched the postpaid sim in this pandemic situation, when i was called someone from idea to pay the bill 50% and get remaining bill waive off and my sim gets activated but i paid the 50% and nothing happened and the cheater never lifted my calls. I went to a near by idea office which is in ameerpet, beside klm shopping mall, hyderbad.
1. When i asked to confirm that is any service or offer there like that to waive off 50% and can i believe these calls or not. The reckless reception about this, she disrespectfully and recklessly said you paid and it is showing in the system but we dont know to whom you paid,
2. I have deposit money 500 (300 for sim +200 money back) when i took the sim and asked for waive off from it for the remaining 50% payment.
Then her manager entered into picture and then she does not even followed the basic mask rules and came without mask but behaved very rude and immatured way when i was little opened my mask since my voice was not much clear to them then she rude said to wear mask properly but she does not even have any mask, and gave me answers like its your wish to believe them or not instead of telling when idea calls customers and what they ask and all and blaming franchise.
And she said with very arrogant voice to the reception to send me out
3. When i want to complaint on the fraud calls she showed me the front door and said go out and check on the door.

I was really disappointed and ashamed and felt like insulted and surprised how these guys got the job and serviving even in this pandemic situation and when a customer came to pay in the bad economic situations.
They felt like they are owners of the company and customers are slaves under them and customers just have to follow how they direct.

After i came to know about her name shailaja and her behaviour with customer is like that. But not sure who complained about but i really felt sad.

I have done rs.50 to my [protected].
On 25th of june 2020. Amount is deducted but recharge is not done.

I want to remove my saved debit card from my idea app, i have been trying since 2 days, but there is no option available in the app. Please resolve my issue as early as possible.

I have ported my number from jio to idea on 19.06.2020 and on 22.06.2020 night 10pm jio network was gone and when I inserted my new idea sim it is not getting any network. I want to to do televerificafion but I am unable to do as my new idea sim is not getting any network and sometimes it is getting vodafone network in roaming mode in that also i am unable to televerify my number. Currently anybody calling my number is listening "The idea number ur calling is temporarily out of service"

I had lost my sim. I even bought a new sim with same number reactivation and followed all the procedures. But i never received any confirmation call on reactivation of my number.
A message of reactivation authentication/success was sent from idea to my friend's number i had given.

Dear sir/ my complaint as idea sim port to airtel operator.airtel operator deactivate my sim because previous idea operator bill pending at navi mumbai office is not helping me and
ignoring my complaint.

i am send you all my bills paid with idea in this mail..my previous idea operator pending bill amt rs 188 already paid dated 17th may 20 but airtel operator deactivate my no...he said contact the support team of your previous idea service provider in the due amount payment and reactivation of SIM services.

Kindly request you that reactivate my sim mob no [protected]...i don't want change my mob no...please do needful...
