Hi team,

I have been using idea service more than 12yrs and very old customer of idea. Past 4 months i am observing the worst idea internet speed which i was getting very excellent before that, not sure what's the issue at the network side and your upgradation. But this has bene very very disappointing service provided by idea these days.

Let me know if this needs to be escalated to the upper level. As i have been complaining multiple times related to data network speed. At my home town and my native place. I am not aware of what configuration you people are maintaining at village place and city places. But definitely i can guarantee there is something petty happening behind the scenes.
Because what the company is committed for is not really reaching to end users.

Please see if this net speed issue can be resolved or not or let me know i can get it to next level.

Hi there!,

I have received tons of calls on 20th june early morning from 4.00 a. M to 5.00 a. M. All calls are from some random number, once i picked the calls - no one was answering. Once i disconnect, another call will appear from the new number.

Around 50 calls in an hour!!

Please investigate this issue asap otherwise i have to report this case to cyber cell.

This is with reference to above captioned matter i would like to inform you that i am being charged extra each month towards sms charges. I have never ever sent any sms to anybody. I am using the sim card in a dongle /datacard. So there is no question of sending sms. I am giving below the details of the bills where i am charged with sms charges. Kindly look into the matter and reverse the charges or adjust it in my forthcoming bills.

I got a message from 51998, jamu and kashmir bank sending some hindhi chick chat and debited rs: 3 from my main balance

51998 unnecessary deduction of money
I have got deduction of 3rs from the number 51998 for some kind of ridiculous text message that i have got from this number.

I am using Idea mobile number since last 15 years and I never had a issue but now the company added Rs 550 charges for sending sms to invalid numbers which are of 11 and 12 digit. They are adding Rs5 per sms charges. I have not sent any sms to anyone and the numbers to which the sms shown are also shown as spam numbers on Truecaller app. I called customer care, registered complaint but my issue is not resolved and they are trying to steal money from their customers.

As the whole world is undergoing a crisis all our daily routines have been changed. Children's are studying online.in our locality that is north west side of muthukulam government hospital, near to ummer junction muthukulam, there are many students who are facing problems while online study as the internet speed is not sufficient. Many are going to other places where wifi is available which is far away. So kindly do the needful. You can understand our trouble. I am using idea cellular sim. My number is [protected]. From couple of days i am facing issue with incoming calls and sms. I can make calls and send sms but not getting any calls and sms. If someone calls to my idea number, response was "number is switched off". I have called to customer care and issue still exists.

I have been complaining about the internet speed in my area which is very slow. As per their offer i paid rs 449 on may 28, 2020 for 4gb data daily but the internet speed is dead slow...

I have sent many emails and explained but no response till now. I keep getting automated messages only that not to worry.

I want a refund and to cancel this sim card immediately.

I am K. Sayanna, recharged my another mobile [protected] with ₹48 through net banking, (SBI) the amount was debited but mobile was not recharged. Dated on 13/6/2020. The TID s are (1) TID UHA[protected]₹48.(2) UHA[protected]₹48.(3) UHA[protected]₹48.. Kindly make my recharge successful.

My idea sim is not working (Not getting signals) from past 2 days. I have tried restarting mobile, driving sim to other mobiles still same problem. I don't know if it is only my sim card issue or total my area (Marathahalli, bangalore). So kindly check the issue and be needful.

Dear sir,

An idea prepaid recharge of rs 379/- was done on 04-june-2020 for mob no [protected] via billdesk. The amount got deducted from bank account but recharge was not successful.

It has been more than 10 days, still refund is not credited.

Please raise my concern and solve it asap.

I am using the idea internet & faceing slow internet problem very badly.

Dear sir/mam my sim card show's emergency call or no sim card accidently what i do now because iam unable to make call or recive call due to these problem.

This is very unfortunate to see that my idea number: [protected] is inactive from this morning and when i contacted the customer service they informed me that i have requested for the port and should contact delhi customer service as the mobile number is of delhi. However i have never requested for any port still trying to contact them but it is near to impossible to reach them as i am in the queue from past 2 hours and still no agent is there to receive the call.

I am working from home and this is the only number i have to coordinate within my team. I am unable to use it as it is inactive from the morning and nobody is able to contact me. I am dropping this email because it is impossible to reach a customer service agent.

Kindly look into this at the earliest as it's impacting my work anc my whole team.

1. The balance is deducting continuously at 4p every half an hour. Asked customer care about it, told me that it is getting deducted because of data usage, while I never switched on my phone data. On his advice, I deactivated my data, but it's still getting deducted. I asked customer care to register complaint, but they are not registering.

2. There is an unnecessary sms every now and then from 51998 (Jammu and Kashmir Bank). There's a link in that sms, I never click it and my data also remains off. But, immediately after a first message, there's another message which tells that Rs. 8 has been deducted from your balance. It jas happened atleast 3 times.

This is complete failure of customer trust and service.

Firstly Rs 21 was deducted from my account for activating some Game Services on 14June which I haven't activated actually. Then again on 15 June Rs.24 was charged from my main account balance, the company has sent me a number *369*240# for stop ping a deduction of Rs 24 from my account but accidentally I just typed *369 *24# and they immediately deducted 24 from my account.
This type of services is not expected from a Idea Cellular.
During this time when the whole country is having a lockdown crisis instead of giving extra validity to people you are charging for useless services. you are exploiting people
Even the customer executive is not able to give proper solution.
Shame on you people!

I am very frustrated with this idea network issue. I already send 6, 7 mails for resolve this issue but my problem still not reaolve.
