1. The balance is deducting continuously at 4p every half an hour. Asked customer care about it, told me that it is getting deducted because of data usage, while I never switched on my phone data. On his advice, I deactivated my data, but it's still getting deducted. I asked customer care to register complaint, but they are not registering.
2. There is an unnecessary sms every now and then from 51998 (Jammu and Kashmir Bank). There's a link in that sms, I never click it and my data also remains off. But, immediately after a first message, there's another message which tells that Rs. 8 has been deducted from your balance. It jas happened atleast 3 times.
This is complete failure of customer trust and service.
