My idea number sms not send

Idea intentionally deactivated my sim on 12-june-2020 even though the validity on my sim is till 9-july-2020. On 11-june-2020 i received an sms (For almost 1 week i have been receiving similar sms), stating that if i don't recharge my sim it would get deactivated soon and from 12-june-2020 it was deactivated.
As i mentioned i have recharged my sim on 15-may-2020 for 56 days and how come within 30 days it was deactivated. Secondly, i even confirmed by calling the customer care representative who said it was valid until july 2020.
I feel thoroughly cheated by idea and in order to earn more money, i guess idea without proper justification deactivates the numbers and try to push the blame on the customer by asking them to recharge again by sending sms continuously.

I was trying to do recharge from my idea app on 4th june 2020. The transaction become failed or recharge is not done. But the money is deducted from my bank account. It was the recharge of rs. 599/-. Now i want to get my this money back.

I had done recharge on 2 june, 2020 of 79rs 1p/s with tt of 64rs. After that i had made 2 calls for 30mins in total. So my balance showed 46rs. But on 11 june, 2020 my balance showed 0 without using any services and making any calls. Please review on this and get my 46rs truthful balance refunded in my phone.

I had recharged for 79 rs 1p/s getting 64 rs talk time on june 2, 2020. After that i had made two calls for 30 mins total. Hence my balance showed 46 rs. But on 11 june, 2020, when i saw the balance then it showed 0 rs. I had not used any other service or called. Please review this and get my truthful balance back.

Sir i am facing this problem on 5 to 6 days ago and i also complaint to company from call customer care executive, they only says we solve these but they are not solve my problem after completing 5 to 6 days to complaint
Network is cover 10 to 15 min and then they are gones to 10 to 12 min.
I miss my online classes 😥

Mine is a prepaid sim card. There is no siganls shown in my sim card, i tried rebooting and changing the sum slot, still no signal is detected. While trying my number its coming as switched off.

Hello, today 10/6/2020, i just set my phone to flight mode and after i switched it off, idea 4g stopped working, it shows emergency calls only. When i turn on data then it shows network not available. Your 3g is super slow. Pls help

This complaint is with regards to my idea prepaid mobile number which was deactivated on 20/10/2018.
I was not using my number for calls or other purposes but was recharging it continuously to keep it active.
Today when i contacted the idea office for resolving my issue i was shocked to hear that my number could not be activated.
I have used this number since the past 9-10 years and will face extreme hardships if my number is changed.
I want my number to be reactivated as soon as possible.
This number has not been assigned or given to anyone else till now.

Idea company the one of the worst network.
So many time i called to customer care but the customer care team give me fully reply, they always suggest please insert sim in slot 1, switch off your phone, restart your phone but it is not useful. Some year ago one of the idea executive visited my home location also he checked the network band, network tower which is allocated in my area over building it is not working always network down. Take a necessary action.

Me (Anshul agrawal) is using two idea no for very long time. Since the last 1year i was facing so many problems in the network and to solve this problem i request many times in the idea store, customer care executives and so on but till yet no one has solved my problem. My first no is [protected]. Now i have decided to port my number to any other network.

To generate upc number i made request many times but always msg come as follows:-
Upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

In the above screenshot, you may see how many times i made request continuously and without generating any upc number. And i don't know how the status was showing that the problem is resolved.

My second no is [protected].in this number, no network was reflecting. For this problem also i went to idea store many times but no solution was given. I also want to port this number also.

From many days i'm not able to send sms from my number. Please fix this problem as soon as possible

Had ported my number [protected] from jio to idea on june 01st 2020. The number was activated on june 03rd or 04th probably. Since the day of activation of the idea sim i am unable to use volte services on my phone as well as facing internet connectivity and speed issue.

Having complained regarding the same to the customer care calling executives multiple times and mailed them too. But no resolution has been provided to me so far. The executives have been so uncooperative. When i reached out to mr gautam bohra, the area manager of idea, i suppose, on [protected] he was so rude and answered that they were checking the problem as if idea is doing some favour upon me.

I am asked to wait for 4-5 days more which is very harassing for a customer as i have been waiting for days and continously in conversation with them.

Kindly check and escalate the issue to expedite the resolution process. Thank you.

I have a balance of 7 rupees in my idea sim still they have blocked my services and all my bank transactions are done from idea sim which are also not working and no customer provider of idea is helping me. This gets difficult. Its lockdown nd my bank transactions are delayed coz idea is not able to verify the sim. This is so bad. I have money in my sim still they have blocked all outgoing services

Hello, i have ported my sim to idea sim but i couldn't recharge it after porting n it's network is not available now. The sim is completely deactivated i am even not able to recharge it.

I have been trying to send the port message to 1900 from my idea number but it is not being delivered. However i tried to send the message to other numbers and it is delivered.

I had disconnected my idea cellular number on 18-march-2020 & requested them to refund the security deposit of inr 250. I am following up with them since then but no reply from idea customer care at all.

I want to complain against idea cellular because they are cheating, not providing the service for which they charged us & now when we disconnected our number they not giving us back the security deposit.
