I have done 50/- rs recharge on 4th june 2020, 2.18pm from phonepe, money got deducted but i didn’t received any message yet.

Dear sir,
Due to continious network problem in idea, i want to change the network service provider but when i m trying to request for the portability, i receieve the following message:
Upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

Please provide some assistance and resolve the problem

I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help

Idea keep deducting rs. 8/- daily via msg from 51998

Though i deactivate this manytimes, they still simply deducting rs. 8/- daily by activating by themselves.

Hell with your unprofessional services and for deducting so much money unnecessarily.

Indoor and outdoor network coverage problem huge network problem... Many complaint had we given but no response from vodafoneidea department

Hi,

I recently recharged my mobile no. [ [protected] rs. 14 9 (Unlimited loc/std). Since then whenever i try to call any number it gives "network busy". I am not able to make the calls.

It's idea's responsibility to make sure that they are technically well equipped before they launch any offer.

I thought of letting this go but i am not even able to make the calls as well. Its irritating to get that "network busy" please sort out the issue as soon as possible.

I got a sms from some recipe and was charged rs. 3 for it. I haven't asked for any such service and your company is just charging me without any requests made. I never cook and i am sure i haven't requested for such recipes. I am attaching a screenshot of the message received. Please resolve the issue and refund my money back into my account. This is outrageous. Stop deceiving the customer!!

My idea no. [protected], i have port to airtel and i have not been able to pay the previous bill for idea, as when i try to pay the bill it comes as not registered idea number and also i dont know my idea account number so how do i pay the bill

My balance is being deducted again and again even after deactivating all vas. I tried calling but i am not able to get to customer care provider.

My idea postpad sim card is not working from yesterday morning (04/06/20), it is showing as emergency calls only. Don't know what is the problem, not able to do outgoing calls nor receiving incoming calls.
Tried inserting the sim in other phones but still it is showing emergency calls only. Please help to resolve this problem soon as i'm using only one sim.

Hi,

I am residing here in tehsil - sirmour, rewa, mp (Pin code 486448). Due to covid-19 pandemic i am working from home for last 3 months. Everything was going good until yesterday's night. Around 12:15 am (3rd june 2020) my network suddenly got disappeared. I have tried all the following solutions that i could try:-

1. Removing and reinserting sim card.
2. Restarted my mobile multiple times.
3. Inserted my sim card in other mobile and tried to manually select the network and every time it shows network selection failed.
4. To check if my mobile phone is working fine, i inserted another sim in my mobile and it showed full network coverage for that sim.
5. Waited for 24 hrs thinking if it is any maintenance issue it should be resolved in 24 hrs but it didn't happen.

This is only mobile number i have, which is not available for last 30 hours.

Request you to please help me at the earliest possible as i m not able to do anything for last 30 hours.

I have recharged my idea prepaid sim with rs449 package but till now i haven't got confirmation from idea that my account is recharged but money is debited from my account. I paid through icici pockets wallet
And they have sent mail also that money is debited but idea has no response... Please solve this problem

Sir, my idea sim card is not showing network. I tried re-inserting sim but no use. Its showing no sim card inserted. I also tried downloading myidea app but it's sending otp which is not getting due to network. Please solve my problem.
