I cannot generate upc required to port out. Also tried calling the idea customer care many times but could not connect. The message i received is, "upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance." please help.

Incoming messages and calls are not working for more than 15 hours now. Have logged a complaint with idea cellular customer care 12 hours back (Complaint id:[protected]. There is no respite from the issue even after this. My business is held up and there is no response or help from the company.

Even after several times sending message to stop the flash service and receiving the confirmation. Problem still persist and balance keeps on getting deducted. This happened again on 2-june-2020, my balance got deducted and charged for unnecessary cricket service. Please stop all such flash sms and refund my balance.
I have the message and the response that i received for the sending the stop message that i sent 5933500....

I want to port my number from idea postpaid to other netwrok provider. But sms service is not working and customer representative are not providing any proper solution.

Idea cellular has been deducting balance 10 rs for no reason every time it is recharged. Have tried several time contacting and requesting to provide solution but no proper response.

I have been facing this problem since 4 months. The mobile is basic mobile micromax x772 and it doesn't have any gaming and they are giving reason that gaming is deducting the balance.

This is pathetic and i need justice for this.

I have recharged my idea number with 399₹ on 4th aprl2020 according to which i should get 1gb data per day for 58 days. But this recharge validity over just in 28days. I registered a complaint on customer service. After few days they called me back and said your complaint is resolved... But still i don't have any data balance not even validity. Please help me.

4 days back i found my sim card is not receiving any range at all. I have 4 other idea simcards in my family, and they were all working fine, so i tried to troubleshoot through the basic steps as mobile networks, phone on off, flight mode on off etc it didnt work,
Then i tried to use the simcard in other phone and other idea simcard in my phone, where i find my phone is working fine, but my sim card is not receiving any signal.
So i went to idea gallery baner, and told them my issue, as per them they needed adhar card owner of adhar card and a photo and 75 rupees, here starts the issue
The simcard is registered in my younger brothers name, who stays in south africa and wont be coming until december, i have his adhar card original with me and my brother is also ready to be online and give the permission, he is also ready to give writteen cpnsent to sim swap, or any other thing he can provide to make sure the sim card gets swapped.
But they said they can not make changes if he is not present here himself.
Then i try to get on to mail with idea for the sake of resolving this issue, and i was hopeful that some senior representative will come into play and resolve this as soon as possible.
But, after 4 days of everyday follow up and instant replies from me, i figured out they do not even understand the issue. Keeping on asking any sort of question other than my problem
Not even they are reading my mails properly which have already stated the issue correctly in the first place, neither reading the whole conversation.
What should i do in these circumstances.
I need to know if they can solve this issue or not, i need a straight ans

My idea sim card stopped working from past 3 days, i tried all way to solve the problem. But its not working, to check status they asking otp. My no is [protected] maharashtra circle

Illegal deduction by idea on 10/04/2020 at 17:39 hrs with message, "dear customer, you have been charged rs. 8.00 and your current balance is 17.16".

Repeated illegal deduction by idea today 31/05/2020 at 16:44 hrs with message, "click this link to see the health benefits pic, http://52.29.118.31:7001/corona/health_benefits01. Jpg. Dial *123# for unlimited fun. Data charges applicable". "dear customer, you have been charged rs. 8.00 and your current balance is 9.16".

Nothing was done from my end and deduction took place. This is very bad on part of idea telephonic services looting common people and making money. This type of illegal deduction is done by idea every month and on complaining by us to customer executive; complaint is not registered and also refund for deduction not provided.

I tried to generate upc code for mnp 10 times but still i have not received yet

We had gone to change our idea postpaid plan to least amount, we had plan of rs 250 he told them to change it to 200rs plan, they stupid changed it to rs450, without our permission, this is totally fraud to us, we r not using this number, why we r asked to pay thid 450rs bill, we had visit idea office many times, no one is helping us out..

I couldn't send port message to 1900 from my idea number. I had tried many times. Already i have main balance and i can send text messages to other numbers. Please solve this issue. I must have to port out from idea.

I have my talktime recharge last time but not any data plan activated. As well as i never enable it by mistake even still i notice that idea charge me 0.04 rs. 5-10 times in day with message like last usage 0.00 mb and 0.04 rs. Charge cut.

I have enough balance to make call but whenever i try to call any of the contact it says mobile network not available but i m able to surf internet

I have done 219 recharge plan for my idea number but recharge shows successfully done and money has been deducted from my wallet but did not get benefits yet and even did not get any sms for 219 recharge on my number.
