One of your agent lalit provided me wrong information
I purchased an idea sim which was to provide 3gb net but instead it provided only 1gb net
Instead of being sorry he is talking in a very irresponsible way and very rude way
I wish to draw a complaint against him and along with high sum of money

I have made a recharge of rs. 249 unlimited pack, the money deducted and paid to ideacellular. [protected]@hdfcbank and recharge not done.

Dear sir/ma'am,

There has been no network coverage on my idea number since the mid of april. I've even recharged my phone but could not get network.

Kindly look into it.

Complaint about number [protected]. I am located in germany. I am not getting otp/messages and call at my number.

While sending mail on mentiond email on payment receipt i. E. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com message get undelivered as address in not found.
While calling at number [protected] after 20 minutes of hold it says check the number you have dialed.

This is urgent for me.

I ported out airtel to idea. But idea imposed dno barring due to previous operater bill pending rs 354 same amount has been paid at airtel payment receipt is also given at idea store but everything is in vain. Dno barring is still continues i am waiting my number get activated since from last 60 days this is my primary number i am getting harras every time now visited to idea store. Please provide me solution of dno barring otherwise i will move this matter into court.

Nowadays, operators have been crediting talktime as a secondary balance. Means if we don't use it before the expiry of the pack, then the entire balance would be wiped off. The minimum amount plan for which the amount will be credited to the main balance is being told as rs.100 recharger. All other minimum plan recharges like rs.49 etc will be added to the secondary balance only. This means once the plan expires the idea is eating up the remaining balance of their customers if they do the minimum amount recharges like rs. 49.

This should not be allowed.

Earlier they used to deducted balance if we don't recharge after expiry. But now they are being stolen openly.

Please address this complaint at the earliest. This should not be entertained.

My phone balance is cut every day by 5 rupees, it say

But i have not subscribe any sports content using idea why is this happening. Why is this happens every time idea. I want this to stop. This happens everytime when my main balance is more than rs. 50 or something and it cuts the balance everyday and make it zero.

I am unable to recharge from idea cellulars official website for past few days after entering my mobile no for recharge and selecting plan, no payment process initiated specially in any of the chromium based web browsers like edge or opera.

Hii my idea sim is showing emergency calls only since from 24/5/2020. Don't know what is isuue tried my sim in the other phone but then. Also it shows emergency calls only please resolve these issue as soon as possible.

I just want to clarify one thing that i am regularly (From approx 7 months) paying my idea bills of around 800 per month without using idea services because idea service is not working at any area.

I complained many times but i didn't get any proper resolution.

Now i want to port my both numbers (9716* and 8826*) to other operator but idea not allowing me to port... Can i ask idea people harassing me???

I went to idea store today and they told me i have a family plan and i need to change it before porting. They don't have any option to change my plan.

And after that i changed my plan from idea app and remove family benefit but still i am not able to send port message. Everytime i am getting that my upc request cannot be processed.

This is totally the case of harassment.

So i want to port these numbers as soon as possible as i paid all the bills till date.

I need proper response from idea as soon as possible. And allow me to port from this idea which is totally wastage of time and money.

After repeatedly complaning about one 97 here no reply, arrived.

Please help i am really in need.

I receive a message that services has been withdrawn for my number when i try to make a call. This occurs so frequently though i'm using the number at present. I couldn't contact the customer care also. Please check to this and solve the problem.

I received message from 51998 with a tag of jkbank as dear customer, you have been charged rs. 8.00 and your current balance is 9.77. This was happend 2 times first one during 2019 and the second one is today. I[censored] couldnt resolve this immediately, i will opt for other service provider

I've been changed ₹3 on regular intervals without me asking for it.
I receive sms saying ₹3has been deducted. Latest happened on 21st may 2020.
I've checked, don't have any vas active on my number. ([protected])
Look into it. I'll be left with no option but to port out.

I got message from 51998 number. One message charge 3 rupees on my number. I am not interested your service. So please deactivate service in my number. Also i have not used any wap service. I also dialed *121*46# and sent a sms as stop to 593350 but nothing happened. Both action failed. Please stop this service. I have never opted for. I am a senior citizen. Not interested in cricket. Please don't harass me. My contact number is [protected]. Already we are facing problems due to corona. Please don't deduct balance with such gimmick activities.

My sim network circle is assam and i currently live in hyderabad. I've been network less since the last 15hrs and i'm unable to make a call nor connect to the internet. As the network is not available i tried to contact customer care 8-10 times using my airtel network but it says that the customer care is busy with other customers.

Please solve this issue asap as i have a lot of my company work is linked with my idea sim
