We had an idea no.[protected] which was registered in my name as sanjeev rastogi since 2011 and had been used by my son rishabh rastogi, the above no was transferred in his name in february 2019. The no. Was ported to jio on 20th january to jio and in march 2020 the no. Was disconnected due to non payment of inr 54 which was duly paid to idea and receipt is attached.
On 7th may the no was shut down from jio and they said that the no has been claimed back by idea for non payment of inr 54/- which was duly paid in march however systems were not updated with the payment.
Now on approaching idea regarding reinsurance of the above no[protected]
They are asking for a premium of 1.5 lakhs as a premium number, please note that the same no. Was being used since may 2011 and all bank accounts, financial dealings, office mail ids are linked to the no. This is causing huge issues and this is clear cut case of cheating by idea.
Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was having a postpaid connection and was using till 2014 December. But later i had migrated to another country due to some personal reasons. While searching my old emails, it was came to notice that i have some pending bills to be paid. I am really sorry has this never came to mind and i accept my ignorance. My phone no was [protected]. If you can inform me how much i need to pay and how to make this payment. I will remit the same. I am also attaching the old bill in my email. Once again sorry for what happened.
