Sir,

We had an idea no.[protected] which was registered in my name as sanjeev rastogi since 2011 and had been used by my son rishabh rastogi, the above no was transferred in his name in february 2019. The no. Was ported to jio on 20th january to jio and in march 2020 the no. Was disconnected due to non payment of inr 54 which was duly paid to idea and receipt is attached.

On 7th may the no was shut down from jio and they said that the no has been claimed back by idea for non payment of inr 54/- which was duly paid in march however systems were not updated with the payment.

Now on approaching idea regarding reinsurance of the above no[protected]
They are asking for a premium of 1.5 lakhs as a premium number, please note that the same no. Was being used since may 2011 and all bank accounts, financial dealings, office mail ids are linked to the no. This is causing huge issues and this is clear cut case of cheating by idea.

    I don't have SIM card number my aim is micro SIM so I don't have any number suffering document adhar card please activate, I need this number

        While i was recharging the idea number with idea web portal and myidea app, the save card for future transactions option was enabled.
        Now i wanted to remove the saved cards, but i didn't found any option.
        When i called idea customer care, they are saying there is no option for that.
        If we didn't login also, the saved cards will show on payment page.

        Please help

          I am writing you to bring in your notice that i am facing problem with my past idea postpaid connection number[protected], now switch in airtel.

          My outgoing services are disconnected, whenever i am dialling a number its asking for bill payment, i have also got a message from idea to pay outstanding bill and click this link :-https://www.ideacellular.com/wps/portal/account/disconnected-number

          But i don't know "what is idea account number"

          Please provide me idea account number, so i paid outstanding port bill.

          Dear team,
          I was having a postpaid connection and was using till 2014 December. But later i had migrated to another country due to some personal reasons. While searching my old emails, it was came to notice that i have some pending bills to be paid. I am really sorry has this never came to mind and i accept my ignorance. My phone no was [protected]. If you can inform me how much i need to pay and how to make this payment. I will remit the same. I am also attaching the old bill in my email. Once again sorry for what happened.

            I am recharging my mobile every month for rs 49 which gives me rs 38 as balance but since last 3 months or more than that i am observing all balance going in secondary balance which get vanished by end of month and loss of money. I think now a days idea has started make minimum rs49 in their pocket while it is prepaid card and it was lifetime free to use which was bought 7 years back.

                  Almost since 18 months I am complaining about the network issue in my work place and about 6 months at my home address, but idea is not taking it serioulsy. It only shows 4G, but the speed is less than 2G. I am holding 3 postpaid connection why should I pay for such a bad service?
                  Today I request for port it is not allowing me to port out.

                    After porting my Idea number to Airtel, Now receiving message from airtel to pay previous operator bill or it will be disconnected.
                    We have paid all the dues before porting.

                    For clarification I would like to contact Idea but no luck.

                    I need solution for this.

                      Hello,
                      I am user of idea service in up circle.

                      I am trying to port out from idea, i tried many times, but i receive message
                      "upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact service provider"

                      I have the bill payment in advance. I tried with customer care but there is no help.

                      I have being struggling with bad service by idea on quality of network from long time. I wanted to port many times but they assured their service will improve so i cancel my port request. But now i want to port at the earliest.. Please help

                      Now they closed the complaint without any solution by giving a reason that it is incorrectly tagged... I still don't understand why I am not getting UPC

                            My idea mobile number is [protected]. On 16.05.2020 and 17.05.2020 Rs. 3 is deducted unnecessarly from 51998 sms. On 18.05.2020 also Rs. 3 is deducted from 50404 sms. Please check this. During LOCK DOWN this is not correct to deduct amount. Please refund.

                              I inserted my idea sim. I was advised by idea agent to call 59059 after inserting idea sim. When i tried calling the above mentioned number, i successfully answers questions and they said that sim will activate in few moment but my sim is not activated till now. My phone no is [protected].

                                  I have been an idea prepaid user. And paid all my recharges. Whenever i call any no. It is not being connected to that no... By saying that it is unreachable. And when i call the same no. Through my jio sim it connects immediately. I feel harassed by the idea cellular as the idea sim is my primary no. And i cannot contact through the sim. Also the 4g net speed is below the 2g speed. I feel cheated

                                      From past few days I feel some kind of distortion of voice, means some words become silent and same is happening at reciver end to.
                                      It happens to all calls from my phone.
                                      When I call customer care(12345) thier voice also come with some gap(silent word in between).

                                        I am getting charged for some value added services sms. But there is no such value is active when i ask through email.

                                        They saying it's charges as the same are correctly as per usage.

                                        When i ask for information they never provided any information about service.
                                        They said bill are system generated and will be charged only as per the usage from your end.

                                        When i never used vas and never send activation sms to start how you charge, and you also saying there is no vas service active still charged vas special sms.

                                        Please help

                                        From last few months it's being charged many times i visited store they say it's not going to charge in future but still this going on.
