          All of a sudden my sim network have shifted to "no service".

          I tried all these method:

          1. Manual select network
          2. Two to three times restart the phone
          3. Pull sim out and place it again
          4. Reinserted sim in other handset

          But the result is the same.

          I have even complained regarding the same "no service" and i have received the ref no. As sr[protected]

          I have been facing this problem for 1 month now and i have not received any help.

          Please help me to sort out this.

          As i have only one sim with me and so i am not able to contact anyone and even my office work is kept pending

            There’s no network in my idea sim. I restarted the phone, trued changing the phone but still the sim doesn’t work in any phone. Please help, it is very important as i have to work from home and i can’t access internet or calls without my sim. First the data wasn’t activated even though i switched it on and then the whole sim got off. It is showing no service.

                My idea number's ([protected]) got debited twice for ₹15 each time on 15th & 17th may respectively... That means my ₹30 balance got deducted from my main account balance forcefully and unknowingly.

                I get a number of spam messages by idea on the same no. Daily. Hence, normally i does not check the messages... But some time ago again i received a message and i just checked it and was surprised and utterly disappointed to check that ₹15 has been deducted for some rubbish star talks celebrity chat service pack renewal for which i have never requested and then i also thought to check some earlier messages and was again surprised to know that earlier as well the 15₹ was deducted on 15th may for the renewal of the same fraud.

                I also tried to call on their customer care some time back but some of the executive picked up the call & muted it without doing any conversation for about 10 mins then i disconnected the call from my end. Then i sent a sms to stop that fraud so that further deductions will not happen from my account.

                I want my deducted amount/balance in my account back as earliest as possible. And also want a confirmation from idea that this fraud has been deactivated and i will not be charged again for any such rubbish things...

                Called the Customer Care again today @198. ... One of their executive answered the call and that too with the fixed pre- decided answer that he is working from home and he couldn't check or provide any details and couldn't assist me on this. He just kept repeating the same thing to call on 155223 where only IVR was available and only got a message that no VAS is activated on your number and call was disconnected...

                This clearly means that the idea company doesn't even bother to to listen to the customer's queries and complaints, they are not willing to refund the looted amount from me and they will keep looting the customers again and again... If getting such service then why should we continue with Idea... Better we get the sim ported in another company... Jio is way far better than these people...

                I want the deducted amount refunded back at the earliest...

                  My postpaid airtel number [protected]. This number port last six months back to idea. Number is easily port idea to airtel no bill payment. But now idea bill show 115.36 inr. I will pay this bill at 11.5.2020, and airtel bill 234 pay 12 may 2020. But my postpaid [protected] number is stop 8 may 2020. I am going idea store they reffer to airtel store. My problem not solve both side.

                  Both are haras me.

                  My postpaid bill not pending both cellular company.

                  This number is use in my bank account no any type of bill /transaction pay in lookdown.

                      I had topped up the credit for 35 Rs along with the validity of 28 days, however amount has been credited as secondary balance.
                      As i did not know what is the secondary balance i checked the internet and came to know that this balance was to be used within a specified time period,
                      Which is unacceptable.

                      i tried to send a message from my mobile as currently i am out of India and after sending a message it is seen that the amount was used from the main balance.

                      I don't understand why the secondary balance amount which is to be used within a month was not debited.
                      Also why is this amount being credited as secondary balance??

                        Today, i went to the service centre of idea in sirsa, haryana for a duplicate sim and they charged me rs. 100 for just sim replacement, for which i countered them by saying that the charges for a sim is rs. 50 but they rejected and said it's the company charges which is rs. 100 only. Also, i asked them many times to provide me the receipt for the charges, i paid but they rejected by saying that company does not provide such receipts. I have again cross checked the charges with idea customer centre and they confirmed the charges of rs.50. Then, i asked them to help me with illegal charges which their service centre wrongfully charged from me but they rejected to take any actions against my complaint. Very bad idea. I want my money back and appeal to the idea to take appropriate action against service centre operators. Very bad idea

                          I'm very sorry to inform you that i'm dissatisfied by your service.
                          In feb, i saw deduction in my balance. Initially i ignored the messages due to my busy schedule. I called customer care i was informed that i have subscribed something which wasn't true.in frustration i urged to activate dnd (Which i had already done). Even after dnd i don't know how they've activated it and again deduction in my balance took place.
                          I cannot call the customer care though my outgoing is not active.
                          I don't understand how their system everytime activates any service without consulting the customer and deduct a penny.
                          Hence, i want
                          1. Activation of my outgoing services.
                          2. Activation of dnd.
                          3. Deducted amounts because i've not subscribed anything till date.

                                  I have been noticing that idea has been deducting some or the other amount very often now and when i complained they said it is for vas services which i have subscribed for. I have never user any vas services and have also sent a stop msg to 155234 for which screenshots are attached. Even after that my amount is being deducted.                                     We are doing monthly recharge of 50 rupees only, this time we got late in recharging and sim's incoming and outgoing both are stopped by the idea service. After that we recharged with 30/- and again 50/-, balance is credited to the sim, messages came, balance is showing but service is not there, calls are not coming and going out... We request to activate the sim outgoing and incoming as normal or suggest us to what to do now or please make a call to us to describe the situation. We want the sim normal working and don't want to waste 80 rupees like that. Customer care is also not proper to complaint. We will try to put port if the issue is continuing.

                                      Details : i had a balance for rs30-40 approx in my account for the airtel prepaid number - [protected] but it was deducted by the company and when asked the reply from the company is i did not use the amount within the validity i. E 28days whereas while recharging there is nowhere mentioned in the airtel plans that if i do not use the remaining balance within 28days the balance will be deducted/lapsed from my account and the money will be eaten up by idea - vodafone company. Every time the money is deducted from ym account for not using, hence vodafone - idea is committing a fraud by misguiding all the customers by providing incomplete information and hiding this # information i cannot see written as i have to utilize the balance within 28days in fact it should be carry forwarded to my account till it is utilized. Hence it is a clear case of fraud and cheating hence i would like to charge vodafone idea for descrepency in services, adopting deceptive practices, also how can the company stop my i coming if i have a balance in my account.
