Today, i went to the service centre of idea in sirsa, haryana for a duplicate sim and they charged me rs. 100 for just sim replacement, for which i countered them by saying that the charges for a sim is rs. 50 but they rejected and said it's the company charges which is rs. 100 only. Also, i asked them many times to provide me the receipt for the charges, i paid but they rejected by saying that company does not provide such receipts. I have again cross checked the charges with idea customer centre and they confirmed the charges of rs.50. Then, i asked them to help me with illegal charges which their service centre wrongfully charged from me but they rejected to take any actions against my complaint. Very bad idea. I want my money back and appeal to the idea to take appropriate action against service centre operators. Very bad idea
