I have been calling since 3 days but cant get back to you. One of my friend using an idea sim having internet issues since 2 weeks.
[protected] this number is registered in the name of ankush khanna. He has done recharge of 249 and 149 but still he cant have a free access to do anything because the internet is too slow. I would kindly request you to look over into this matter because he is having issues in doing work from home as the internet is creating lot of issues for him.

I received a message from idea "thanks for activating games portal. Now you can play unlimited games, click http://carbun8.in/mobgames/ and enjoy the service." i didn't click on any link and i got charged with 21rs. Not once but they unfairly charged me thrice. Please take necessary action and refund my money.
I request to deactivate it and repay the money you took my fraud means.

I hope necessary action will be taken soon.

आइडिया कम्पनी ४९ के रिचार्ज पर ३८rs
secondry balance के नाम पर क्रेडिट कर रही है ।
यानी वो बलैंस २८ दिन में खुद जीरो हो जाएगा
सिर्फ यही नई आप उस बलैंस से सिर्फ कॉल कर सकते । मैंने कस्टमर केयर से कहा इससे डाटा करा सकते क्या तो कह रहे आप डायरेक्ट डाटा चालू कर दो वो बलैंस काटना चालू हो जाएगा पर आप रिचार्ज नई कार सकते उससे ।
ये तो खुले आम लूट है
४९ के रिचार्ज करा के जो ३८ मिले उससे कुछ ना कर सकते।
इससे अच्छा तो जिओ है १० के रिचार्ज m भी अनलिमिटेड बलैंस validity है एंड उसका रीयूज भी कर सकते।
रिचार्ज के नाम पर ठग रहे हो पब्लिक को अब

I received a msg from "59343" at 8.18 PM depicting that carbun8|mobilegame is activated and Rs. 21/- is deduted from my balance. I didn't click any site for this. This is 2nd time my balance is deducted.
I tried to call customer care but despite of waiting for more than 12 minutes they just put my phone on hold.

I want to refund Rs. 21/- in my main balance and stop deducting balance without my concern.

I tried many times to pay outstanding amount of disconnected idea number but i was unable to pay on any of the given link.
it won't allow me to enter email address, amount to pay, i can only enter my number so PROCEED button is not clickable.

In another link it says it is not an idea number so its not my fault.

so your system is not working proper as a result i am not able to make payment, stopped my current services

From too many days i am facing this internet issue on my device. Which is oneplus 5t. Network is full, its showing 4g but data speed is lower than 1 kb/sec. I have done all the settings as per guided by customer care executive & your my idea app. But my issue is not resolved.

I have been a idea prepaid customer from more than 7 years. And i am facing this problem after two strong networks connected and i have already complained 2 times at idea customer care but they are not able to help me.

Please help me guys i am getting double data but not even able to use 20 % of it because of very low speed.

Dear sir,
My sim card is not showing any network for last 3 days.
I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone and even changed the sim card as well from idea store.

On checking with customer care, they tell me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal.

My mom's number was recharged twice. I recharged her idea sim by 399 early in morning at 4am...

But later then my brother also recharged by 399 same number...

How does this work... Do we get refund or does the validity increase...

I raised intimation on 5th may 2020, regarding phone damage from website http://www.idea.dsspro.in/customerportal/make-claim.php. after submission of all the details, i got intimation no and also got information that i will get a call with 48 hrs regarding claim verification. It as been week till now no one gets back to me. I tried to reach the numbers given in the website and insurance certificate[protected]/62456666. They are not working. I tried to check the status through the mail by sending details to [protected]@vodafoneidea.com / idea. [protected]@dsspro.in. There is no proper response from them.
