All these numbers were already in spam when they gave me these numbers few months back. I am not able to do my basics and I pay 1200+ a month still in spam.
Can anyone please help me with this matter.

    My sim is not showing any signs of signals or network .. it has been 2 days now . I am very disappointed especially during this quarantine time. Please do the appropriate thing and fix the sim as soon as possible. Not even customer care is responding . Very disappointed

      I am in same situation. Suddenly idea sim has showed no service. I tried every possible ways like putting sim in different phone, flight mode on/off, network settings reset etc. But still no use.
      Trying to contact airtel customer service from other phone but no luck.
      Idea thanks app is useless.

      Totally stuck in lockdown situation. Worst experience.

        Hello sir/madam,

        I have been charged rs. 3/- every month about activation of cricket news service pack even i didn't send sms to activate that pack and money got deducted from main balance.

        Note :-message sent by jammu and kashmir (Ramban main branch)

        I have been tried deactivate cricket news service every month by sending message to 155223 stop keyword but again same thing happened with me.

        Please try to looking into it and give valuable service feedback.

          My postpaid number [protected] is not working from last 15 days of lock down period.

          I have paid my bill prior to the due date, hoping to get the network.

          My mobile number is attached with my bank accounts and i am not able to pay my premiums, bills, emi etc as i am not receiving otps, who will be responsible if i have to late fees?

          This is lockdown time in india, all of is working from home, how i supposed to work from home if my number is not working?

            Dear sir/madam,

            I have been receiving unlimited sms from idea cellular about my data balance and i have been receiving these messages from last few months. Sms sent by them has no time, they are sending it early in the morning, afternoon and midnight also.

            This is bothering me at every level of my life and everytime i look into my mobile i find these messages and this is creating problems in my personal life die to interrupted sleep and interruption at work place, since due to nature of my work i have to be attentive towards every message that i receive.

            I have requested them to stop these messages and also availed dnd service but no action has been taken by them.

            I request you to look into the issue and direct the concerned to immediately stop sending me these messages.

              I got message from 51998. Rs. 8 is deducted from my idea sim by 51998 through Jammu and Kashmir Bank on 5.05.2020. I did not activated or subscribed any kind of service. Please deactivate this service and refund my money back.

                If someone is calling my number, the incoming calls are not coming. However, I am able to make outgoing calls. And also, I am not receiving any SMS on my number. Please rectify the issue.

                  My sim stopped showing the network from last three days. I have another Idea sim, which is working.

                  If I tried to find a network in manual mode, it shows Vodafone IND 4G but unable to connect. However, for the sim that is working the network is different which is Vodafone safe 4G

                    Hi,
                    Around 20th april my idea sim card stopped working. I tried everything, swapping the slots on my dual sim mobile (Lenovo) - using it on a different handset etc. No change. The lockdown in goa was on and i had to wait.
                    As soon as the idea ceilular csc opened on the 4th i waited 2 days and then went over.
                    1. Had to wait in a huge line. 2.5 hours in the hot sun as their office is so tiny and no even shade outside to stand in...
                    2. Once inside, they said okay sim card has to be changed and gave me one. Okay – that was ok.
                    3. Then they asked me for rs. 300/= i said why? They said sim replacement. And note okay – this is the official idea cellular csc, at the old vodaphone office, beside gaylin at varde valaulikar road in margao. I did thibnk this was fishy – so asked if i could be given a receipt. No they said, cashier is not there – just pay and go. Can i pay by card – no – cash only! Which the lady took and put in her drawer.
                    4. I did so and left – feeling something was wrong. I then got tis sms – after i had reached back to my office…
                    Hello! Your request for sim exchange is registered with reference no. C[protected] and would be actioned in approx 2 hour. Request you to pay the applicable charges of rs. 75 to the retailer.
                    5. I thought okay – let it be – maybe the other extra amounts are for something else….
                    6. I then got this sms…
                    Wednesday · 12:39
                    Dear customer, your request for sim exchange sr no.[protected] has been registered and would be actioned by 05/06/20 2:39:03 pm. Applicable charges (If any) will be debited from your main account. Request you, not to make any cash payment for sim exchange.
                    7. And subsequently this one…
                    Thursday · 15:43
                    Hello! Your request for sim exchange with reference number[protected] is resolved with free sim card. For further assistance, dial 12345.
                    8. So, what’s happened to the 300/= i paid? Can i please get a refund?
                    9. My data pack was valid till 5th may 2020. Of which i hadn’t used it for at least 20 days. Will i get a refund on this too?
                    10. As on date too the sim card does not send or receive sms. Calls are okay – but i can’t do any banking etc – as it don’t get the otp!!!
                    11. What kind of a service is this? I’m completely disgusted

                      When i starts to play pubg even it does not get start and network automatically switch to 3g. I also has slow network problem. I plays pubg i have very slow network issues so i plays pubg by taking airtel hot-spot. I think that airtel is very good network than idea because airtel has high speed network i also suggest that to provide only 2g and 4g volte services for high speed internet like airtel has done. So plz i request you to solve my issues as possible as. Other i will port my sim to fastest network airtel

                            I am using idea 4g network plan. The internet speed of the network is 3.5 kbps to 20 kbps in the morning and evening. Most of the time internet is working slow. If you are charging for 4g then why you are providing service like 2g. You may say that users are more then for what you are charging extra. You have to provide all the facilities what you are paid for or else remove the tag of 4g and charge for 2g only. What ever issues you are facing it's your responsibility to serve as per your claimed advertisement ones you receive money for service. Putting any type of excuse in front of consumers to not provide the service is cheating. If you know that you can not solve the internet speed issue then don't claim you network as 4g and reduce your rates according to your service.

                                Dear sir,
                                My sim card is not showing any network.
                                I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone.

                                I have tried lodged a complaint but i was unable because they send a verification code the same number. How can i receive a message when i don't have any network.

                                It is getting very discouraging for me, i don't see any options available to solve this issue. My idea number is - [protected] i can be contacted on [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I have got two post paid Idea Numbers. Off late the network and data connectivity of Idea cellular has become worst at my location.. I have raised numerous complaints on email and to their customer care but nothing happen. I am noy able to port my number as it gives following error on porting reques.

                                  UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

                                  I don’t have any bill pending.

                                  Kindly resolve my problem

                                    I am genrating UPC from 16 april and no assistance from idea customer care, same msg again n again i am receving, UPC cannot b generated due to subsisting contractual obligation, now i dont know what is that obligation, i have visited to sotre apso they said feom our side everything is clear please talk to custome care but no response, no support from any side, arround 500 mails i got from idea that we have resolved your complaint, but i am struggling and now i have paid two months of rent to idea without any usage of data or calls, kindly help me out of this poor service network, this has frustrated me.

This is a complaint by each idea o[censored]sers. We are not getting good service in rural areas.
