Following this email, received two follow up calls on Friday, 18th June evening. however, I have nothing heard on the activation. still waiting to get my no. activated.
This is another reminder after so many follow up calls from my side and the emails. Sorry to say, but its Really Poor Customer Service. Disgusting.
Now I am left with no hope but just to disconnect my connection!

I want to complain about idea celluary compeny
I want to tell you that i use idea prepaid sim card from last four
year and the complain that. Idea give a flash mesaage about recharge
with 99 and get two gb free brousing gprs when i active this pack
after 3 days my balance cut from 385 to 3 rupies when i call to
customer care they tell me that i can use only 70 mb per day and if
you use over 70 mb you will charged 5 rupes per mb now this term and
condiction tell me after my balance cut and the idea company does not
give any no. To cheak the per day uaseg so this type of cheating was
creating from idea company to me

mai idea prepaid service se bada peresan hu. ye apne aap hi koi bhi value added service activate kar dete hai or fir balance deduct kar dete hai.
or complaint karne pe kahte hai ki ye service to aapne hi activate karai hai, but aisa nahi hai, DND activate hone ke bad bhi promo sms ate hai or value added service activate kar dete hai comp. karne pe kehte hai humne activate nahi ki aapne reqst ki thi,,,,,,,,,,,,, mai 3 times apn ph, recharge kara chuka hu or mera 3 time balance diduct ho kar 0 ho gaya due to value added service, ,,,,,,,like vaishno devi service,,,,,,,,,,,criket pak,,,,,,,,,, news,,,,etc. nd on this no. [protected],,,,,,,,,,,,
pls take the action against idea cellular post paid.

I am using a postpaid connection no. ([protected]) of IDEA from last 2 year and i have paid every bills on time.I am getting precalls for dues from last one year i m unable to dial a call directly to any number every time i have to listen a voice message through idea that my billl payment was due its a major problem i m facing from last 1 year .I have lodged complaint so many times in customer care and services center of IDEA for the same but i m not getting any possotivre response from that side i m very disappointed with IDEA services.Customer Care Executive told me that u have to buy a new connetion but i dont want to change my no. please solve my problem in as soon as possible i[censored]r not responsed to me i will file a case in consumer court for the same.

sir it is being noticed by me that my balance is being deducted for incoming calls also, while i m in local network only ,this has been noticed couple of times by me,immediately i called customer care but no executive is available and charges for the same is also being deducted by the the operaters ,why is this so ,while the complaint is against you and your third class services ,why should we pay ,you have to refund my amount deducted for incoming calls.,otherwise severe action will be taken against the company and its officials incharge.

But Till date instrument not working. I am not using instrument single day, while co. provide 2 month free usage.

I was complaint at local idea office and customer care (198). but nobody can response against my problem which are face from last 5 months.

I was offered a Postpaid mobile connection ([protected]) similar to my earlier mobile number ([protected] of Airtel) by the DSA (ITBL Telecom Pvt. Ltd.) of IDEA. I paid Rs 500 vide chqeue and I was promised that same will be adjusted in my first two bill. On my request representative of the company duly written the same and other call rates on my copy of the application. However in the welcome call it was informed to me that only Rs 250 are to be adjusted from my bill. I lodged the complaint with the company but they are nether accepting my words (I am Ex Manager, Punjab National Bank) nor taking into consideration written proof.

I would like to file a complaint with regard to my mobile number [protected] of idea cellular limited, Since Last month i am observing that I am not able to make calls from my idea number to my parents in Oman.
I tried to call them on there mobile numbers, on land line but i could not talk to them from my idea cellular. Later on I tried to call them from Airtel or Reliance and i successfully talked to them.
Sometimes i wanted to talk to my parents on some very critical issues but still i could not and consequently suffered a lot.
I talked at there customer care and i was informed that this problem is in pipeline and they dont know when will it be resolved my complaint number with them is [protected]. I dont understand such a long period and still no resolution to the problem?

I have really suffered by there action and I hope that authority will take strict action against them.

This is to kindly inform you about Illegel Idea mobile tower on Param Tower, M S Road, Surve Wadi, Teen Hath Naka, Thane (West) 400604. Idea company had already installed mobile tower 2-3 years back. They don't have any OC from TMC. Now they are installing one more tower on terrace of Param Tower. And they are not thinking about people who are staying there. Some people complaint to TMC. But action in not taken by TMC. Even one of them ask some questions under "Mahiticha Adhikar" in December 2009. Still after 6 months that person waiting for answer from them. So please stop all this illegle idea mobile tower.

Initially I want to thank you for best services. But I am really fed up of your sms services for which my balance is reducing. I am getting yahoo taurous & u tv movie sms daily for which I never asked for.This is happening from last one year.I called up idea customer care(paid service), I went to idea retail shop to file my complaint. Yesterday (14/06/10) when I got message of balance deduction for such services again,I filed my complaint(SR No.1-[protected]) by calling 198. These two services got cancelled but what about my subscription? I should get it back.& here onwards I don't want any kind of sms.
Kindly consider my complaint.

i am using idea net setter...they are cheating people by giving different type advertisement..initially i paid 1999 for hand set..after that one month unlimited usage i top up by 699..but the *top up is activated after 12 hour..they said the speed should be256 kbps.but getting speed is only 10 to 60 kbps with full tower....after two weeks i got a message that you are crossing 5 gb..so the net speed will reduces....its cheatting....

I lost my cell phone and i know that someone else is using it. i have registered FIR with the police to trace down the mobile handset with the given IMEI number. but still i have not yet received any feedback from the company regarding it.

If it is not possible or they are not letting us check the call details made on the lost mobile handset and sim card, given the proof of identity including the drivers licence,voting card etc.......WHAT IS THE USE OF THE THE IMEI number?????

I'm using idea prepaid for my cellular connection. I'm getting unnessary phone calls from them every half an hour telling me about the new offers which i don't require. Its creating a lot of disturbance for me. They are irritating me. I do not want the details of new offers. If i require, i can call them and enquire. But these calls are creating lot of inconvenience for me. I talked to their customer care, they told me I can stop this unnecessary calls . But it will atleast take 45 days to deactivate it. I dont understand why they need to take 45 days for this. I feel its like insulting a customer. I'm really angry with these people. Isn't there any body to regulate these companies

I have been incessantly following up with IDEA Cellular ( Aditya Birla ) for Closure of my Mobile connection but there has not been any revert and i am being sent the mobile Bill Every month. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. Request you to register this Complaint and do the needful. Enclosed is my application.

I had activated GPRS service last month n didn't like the service so i proceeded with deactivation,n I deactivated this service on 29/5/2010 for that i got notification saying 'Your service has been deactivated',i had a balance of 5rs in my account.Later on 30th may they deducted that 5rs also without notification,sadly i recharged my account for another 30rs, they made my balance 0 again.So i lodged a complaint through customer service n had a serious warm discussion, later on 8th-jun again i recharged my account for 30rs wala again my balance is 0rs.When i called customer service to complain against them,they av blocked my number..IDEA cellular services,i dont think this is a good "idea".

Since a month Idea prepaid has been trying all sorts of tricks to Knock money off.
Suddenly widout prior notification or our consent Message schemes are being activated, Weekly offers charging Rs. 10/- is being deducted.
Even customer care isn't answering calls.
Since no immediate response n frustating service we are likely to go to consumer court for the redressal of our grievances...
