My name is deepali ghadi today i have recharge my idea mobile 299 plain and i have received message as payment successful amt is 314.82 rs debited my account but my mobile is not recharge till now and i had done payment with bank account so please this amt credit back to my account

And also i received message transaction failed so i have no any payment id

Issu on network for my location plese solved out off this issu fast

    It is not connecting to any other networks in uae.
    Network name showing as "emergency"
    I called to idea customer care from uae in 198 the call was not connecting. Tried it 5-6 times.
    Tried to manually also but not connecting.
    Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Idea mobile data internet is almost not working since 6 days even i have 4g package
    Is done but no data/calls/service Is provided

      Please help us by providing network connrctivity. As you are saying that your sim has network connectivity everywhere in the world in the ads.in my region there is no network connctivity at all. The location is balal - rajapuram road kasargod dist671533. Dont cheat people by saying the ads... Please provide sufficient network connectivty for us like those who are living in big cities. When we enter to our locality the network signal is to be bad and we couldnt get emergency calls and messages. So please help us there is no networrk connectivity for any of the sim. Pleae help us as my daughter is not able to complete her project works or else we will strike against it.

      My account is getting deducted by 21 rupees every week. I want my money back. How can you deduct any amount without prior information. Idea is such a [censored] company. I'm seeing these type of scams for more than 10 years.
      Did recharge of Rs.1499/-. Payment was done online on 30/03/20. However, I have neither received any confirmation from Idea for recharge nor mobile is recharged yet. I sent them an email as well for complaint but no response. Also trying to connect them at customer care number but in vain.
      Pls arrange to either refund my payment or mob recharge.

        I did my online idea recharge of 30 Rs on 4 April 2020 .I received a message confirming money being deducted from my bank account but the balance was shown to be 0 . Was not able to make an outgoing call .therefore I request you to pls refund the money back to my account.

          This is to inform you that my main balance has been deducted twice for rs. 21 in the name of activation for games portal with site http://carbun8.in/mobgames/.i have made no such request at any portal or from idea site or app. This is unknowing deduction on the part of idea from my main prepaid balance. This has been done my them on recurring basis and this is the 2nd time my balance has been deducted. I have also tried to deactivate via sms for vas but it doea not work and shows no vas is activated on this no. Kindly reverse these charges to my main balance.

            This is to register an invalid deduction of 21 rs. From my idea number twice in a row.
            Even after i activated dnd in my number.
            One at 29 march 2020, at 10:50 am
            And another ar 4 april 2020 at 11:30 am.

            This is after i received 3-4 calls from customer service representative for not leaving idea.

              My family members are 4 all are using idea network last 3 year above. My father number [protected] recharge 50 rs april 1st. After 2 or 3 days all balance left only 0.06 only main balance.

              I was check sms inbox am shocked sports pack vernac, vx-sports, star talk and sona jeeto packs are unwanted adding. All recharge amount was detected.

              62 years old man why choosing this kind of packs.

              Please all packs are deactive and detection amount refund this number, if not possible total family members are change other network.

              This 2nd time complaint same number [protected] same issue. But my money west lot of time.

              If no response with in 24 hrs i will complained legal action.

                      My mobile no [protected] is not working since last 2 weeks due to network issues. I also paid my bill on 27th march, 2020 but still i am not getting signal. Please check what's the problem and reply asap...

                      I tried to reboot my phone, also removed my sim card and inserted again but same problems, no network. Please check what's the problem and reply. For your information, this is postpaid connection and last bill was paid on 27th march, 2020.

                          I received a message from idea thanks for activating games portal. Now you can play unlimited games, click http://carbun8.in/mobgames/ and enjoy the service. I didn't click on any link and i got charged with 21rs. Please take necessary action and refund my money.

                          I hope necessary action will be taken soon.

                            I've been using idea network for a long time and i've experienced low data speeds and poor indoor coverage in my area since 7-8 months. Ive complained a lot of times and no actions were taken to improve the quality of connection they're providing. They told me to wait for 6 months for the upgradation service and then after 6 months they blocked my calls to customer care.

                                I have been recharging my idea sim with rs49 to keep it from being disconnected. But for the last few recharges the new recharged amount is credited as secondary balance. Now i have rs.1 as main balance and rs.108 as secondary balance. I can't add data packs using existing balance and it says insufficient balance even though i have enough. I need an option to combine the two balances or an option to use my existing balance for adding data packs

                                  Today on 01 april 2020, my account was deducted for rs. 25/-. I have 3 activated vas: zee5 partner pack, yupp tv partner pack, multi tv pack. I am unable to get why this amount get deducted? If it is for vas, then for which vas this amount get dedcuted? As i know all these services i got as an offer under idea tv and movies. Please let me know about the same?

                                        Hi idea team,

                                        I am one of your old customer with whole family using idea service.
                                        Recently, i am very upset with your new active recharge plans.
                                        Recently, i made a recharge of rs. 39 which gave me some secondary balance and additional validity of 28 days.
                                        It got expired without being used.
                                        Now kindly let me know how can i use it?
                                        Can't i use same balance to recharge?
                                        Now you have launched rs. 49 and rs. 79 active plans which gives talktime of 38 and 64 respectively.
                                        This is all fraud to encourage customer to use balance irrespective of their need.
