This is to register an invalid deduction of 21 rs. From my idea number twice in a row.
Even after i activated dnd in my number.
One at 29 march 2020, at 10:50 am
And another ar 4 april 2020 at 11:30 am.

This is after i received 3-4 calls from customer service representative for not leaving idea....

My family members are 4 all are using idea network last 3 year above. My father number [protected] recharge 50 rs april 1st. After 2 or 3 days all balance left only 0.06 only main balance.

I was check sms inbox am shocked sports pack vernac, vx-sports, star talk and sona jeeto packs are unwanted adding. All recharge amount was detected.

62 years old man why choosing this kind of packs.

Call drop, call end, call incoming, call outgoing, auto matic end...

Last three days my mobile data pack empty.today i recharge data pack and after few hours my data pack empty.i not use data pack.plzzzz resolve my problem...

I've been using idea network for a long time and i've experienced low data speeds and poor indoor coverage in my area since 7-8 months. Ive complained a lot of times and no actions were taken to improve the quality of connection they're providing. They told me to wait for 6 months for the upgradation service and then after 6 months they blocked my calls to customer care....

Description of incident: I have used your site with debit card for recharging to a specific number [protected] but it was wrongly recharged to another number [protected]. kindly put the amount to mobile number [protected] as per the subject mentioned earliar....

I have been recharging my idea sim with rs49 to keep it from being disconnected. But for the last few recharges the new recharged amount is credited as secondary balance. Now i have rs.1 as main balance and rs.108 as secondary balance. I can't add data packs using existing balance and it says insufficient balance even though i have enough. I need an option to combine the two balances or an option to use my existing balance for adding data...

Today on 01 april 2020, my account was deducted for rs. 25/-. I have 3 activated vas: zee5 partner pack, yupp tv partner pack, multi tv pack. I am unable to get why this amount get deducted? If it is for vas, then for which vas this amount get dedcuted? As i know all these services i got as an offer under idea tv and movies. Please let me know about the same?...

Am not getting internet since one week...
I had already checked settings in my mobile still am not getting..
I have 4g pack. Still internet is very slow, or no internet.

My phone was stolen in an accident and i have also raised a claim but have not received any response from anyone. Please let me know asap what is the status for it so i can have my faith in your services or if it's all fake then i will immediately port my number to some other trusted network.. Thank you.. Recently, i am very upset with your new active recharge plans.
Recently, i made a recharge of rs. 39 which gave me some secondary balance and additional validity of 28 days.
It got expired without being used.
Now kindly let me know how can i use it?
Can't i use same balance to recharge?

I am using idea services since 2 months i am not getting 4g speed, getting worst 2g speed, i have recharged with 399 pack valid for 2 months, so second month running, worst service!

Immediately initiate severe action on this worst service provide - idea & compensate with rs. 10, 000 /- for the inconvenience caused in this matter!

I recharged my idea sim with Rs. 39. The amount is credited as secondary balance. Very oftem whenever I recharge Idea the amount is credited as secondary balnce instead of main balance. This has becomecommon recently. Idea cellular is plying tricks to cheat the customers. Please see that my amount is credited as main balance. Otherwise I will have to opt for sim portability....
