Idea Cellular — Barring of my idea prepaid | |||
My idea prepaid no. [protected] was suddenly barred from all services on 13/01/2015. On the same day morning I received a message asking me to submit my documents. Immediately within 15 mins I submitted all the documents to my nearest Idea office which is in Porvorim, Goa. The same day evening when I checked I found that there was no network coverage. When I called the customer care service no. I was told that the no. is deactivated as it was not used for the last 30 days which is absolutely wrong. The no. is Very Very important to me as I receive all the business calls on it. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have already submitted my documents for the reactivation of my idea no [protected] and was told that it would be reactivated by 15/01/15 so please see that I get the talktime balance back ino my account.
