[Resolved] Idea Cellular — charges on data pack proration of [protected]

My mobile number is [protected]. Last month i opted out from idea to vodafone through mnp. But vodafone messaged me that clear all dues of idea to active vodafone. So i cleared all dues and paid excess rs. 500.00 than the invoice and because of this my vodafone number activated. But thereafter they have raised the outstanding amount of rs. 2912.47 agaist some kind of data pack pro-ration charge of rs. 2300.00 which i have never activated.
It is done with a clear prejudice. Idea is a cheater amd fraud company.
Please do the needful against this.

you have allready levied a charge of Rs. 496.12 and you have granted me free units of 1235.52MB. then also you have charged me Rs. 2300.08 as data pack pro ration charge. Can you please explain what is this data pack pro-ration charge.

In more than 5 years i have never used this much data and my billing has never gone above Rs. 700.00 and how can you levy this charge.

do you allow MNP without clearing your outstanding dues. I received a message from IDEA before MNP that you clear your pending dues to enable MNP and so i did.

then from where did this amount come.
