Idea Cellular — Continuous fraudulent deduction in name of vas on mob [protected]

On my above mob, in the past 2 weeks useless vas has been activated 6 times without my consent costing me rs 305. I told this to customer care asking for refund but it proved to be worthless. For this reason i made a request for port to other operator. My phone was flooded with calls asking me reasons for port. They assured me that no deduction will occur afterwards but once again i received a msg of deduction of rs 90 today. Why are you looting customers this way.
