I have taken Idea broadband 2 Mbps plan. I have raised the issue on 15 December 2015 on idea thought email. But i am still facing the same issue. I am talking to the idea broadband customer care everyday regarding the speed issue. They are telling me that I am facing the speed issue because of peak hour.

    I have transfer 250 MB data pack from my mobile no [protected] to my another munber [protected] on 23 Dec 2015 . Subsequent service request also has been generated vide ST 1-[protected]. But till now the data has not yet credited to my number [protected] whereas this has been deducted from [protected].

      2 Reviews Sh Sharma Udit on Dec 12, 2015 Add a Comment Mark as Resolved Idea has activated biscoot, cinemas to and few other service without my request and charging me 35, 90 INR for the same I just got the msg that these services are activated on my mobile. I called to costumer care but got very bad response. Idea is fraud company and charging wrong amount on my number.I just want to say bbye idea.

        I was supposed to receive the refund from idea. They dropped me the mail due to improper address, they were not able to deliver it. So I provided the address, however I haven't received the amount. My question is when they did initial verification, they found my address. How they can say it can't be delivered now :( Date of incident: 1-JULY-2014 Account number:[protected]

        This is really frustrating I always get mail from Idea they are not able to contact me and I never receives call from their representative. I am doubting whether the representative is really calling or just making fake statements.

            Dear, i am user of idea communication since many years though till now satisfaction on its services but for past a week i was using 2g data of 200mb thrice time but i felt data usage charges much more than usual charge though reported to customer care of IDEA but not resolved even they dont provide data usage frequently . i demanded detail for data usage they denied and saying it because of multiple browsing. i need satisfactory solution to unfair data cutting charges which is unfair trade practice and against the interest of customer .please keep due attention to consumer grief to avoid such incident near future in the interest of wide customers. i would like to keep attention that no online portal of complaint is exist only call even it is not consider as complain.

              I was using Idea connection. I successfully port out from Idea to Vodafone in year 2011. Since then I didn't use any service from Idea. Now they are sending me legal notice thru lawyer for outstanding amount of Rs.261/-. My mobile no Mobile Number: [protected], Account ID:[protected]. I have cleared all outstanding after that only they allow to port out. If there was any outstanding how can they allow to port out.

                I had been using this number since ... and it has become very important number for me as all my business and personal network is connected with this number. I was never notified from Idea Cellular either through call or email for any deactivation. I really fail to understand how a professional company like you can act so irresponsibly and give a big loss to a company's own valuable customer. I just need my number back.

                  Me and my husband anindya ghosh were using idea connection ...on 9th sept we got a bill of rs 6241.we did not pay the bill coz it was not possible that 6241 will be the bill amount..so the company barred our services only incoming was there...so my husband immediately called the customer care people in the night itself and asked them to change the plan which they had forcefully put saying if we use it our bills will be less...but they didn't provide any resolution and said it is a disputed amount and they will provide a resolution..immediately my husband had send a mail stating he will not pay the bill till they revise it and any further if they charge us beyond rs 6241 we r not going to pay it either...now some priyanka deshmukh replied that as our nos are barred they cannot deactivate it.so now on 9th of oct they again sent a bill of 25444 rs...inspite of our phones being barred...then they started harrasing us by making calls to our relatives taking their nos out of our call list..now i didnt pick the calls for a week or more...then someone called sudhir from the retention dept of idea called me and insisted to speak and told will provide a resolution inspite of me having very high fever i acknowledged him for almost an hour...he had promised me no one will harras me any further and he will take care of everything...he also told me i will not have to pay 25444 rs also...now the next day i called this person to know the resolution he told his manager is out of station and he will be able to do so till he returns...but all through the call for one hour he told we will not have to pay anything...now he never called me back...so did i ...now they are saying they have called us and our phones were not reachable...being such a big company neither have they dropped any mails or texts inspite of having it...now today someone called aarti saying she is from the legal dept is calling and using abusing statements..and harrasing continously..very very bad way of talking

                  will share the nos of both the people aarti-[protected]-don't want to be as abusive as she was but this lady certainly doesn't have the basic manners and when am saying basic manners it means she was acting to cheap..if anyone in idea is reading this plzz see to it u must be ahving the call records what was her tone of speech..the words she used the way she abused and mr sudhir-[protected]..this guy being so courteous actually faked me through his empathizing words and is not actually picking my phone any further...any senior person reading this kindly go through the call records and listen...this guy had my no if they claim they had called me he could have texted me stating to call back as my phone was not reachable...all through the 50 odd mins chat i had with him he told me we will totally revert ur bill..u will not have to pay the money...am taking the responsibility..but all his claims in vain...he admitted that our phones were barred and it is impossible that rs 25444 bill is generated..and this lady is threatend me literally that she will send people to my address and harras me until i pay it.. some one from behind was prompting her also..she also went ahead to tell my husband was talking to some of his girlfriends for hours and hours so my bill is so high and that my husband has some affair and she will give me the nos of the girls and i can talk to them and check it...this is the way a aditya birla group employee speaks...this case is not only about harassment now it is also about defaming my husband's character...and no has has the right to do it...she also shouted at me saying i shouldn't speak in english ..i think if she was from the legal team she could have also spoken in english rather than saying(aeeeee madam tume itna english bolna ata hai tohg bill bhi pay karo warna main tere ghar mein log bhejhungi aur tere sare relatives ko call karungi tere call list se aur bolungi eii log paise nahin deke bhaag gaye)...anindya ghosh that she was refering to is my husband and not my brother..that basic information also she was not having...am deeply deeply dissapointed with the behaviour

                    This is with regard to the Captioned Company's bill bearing No. [protected] in the name of Sanjay Suryakant Gadade (Mobile Number - [protected]). I wanted to convert the SIM from Idea to Vodafone therefore had requested the Company to raise the bill for 13 days as mentioned in the Subject. As per the billing plans which were continued with the Company, I was supposed to use 512 MB Data for 1 month @ 249 monthly rent. In the said period I had used even lesser Data than the given i.e. 512 MB free data. The Company has charged the amount of Rs. 613 to me for using the Data Plan. In the rate plan description of the bill, it has been correctly mentioned as Rs.107.90 + Service Tax. However, it has charged Rs. 613 for the said period which is wrong. Please arrange to raise the proper bill for the said period.

                      I have 2 idea Postpaid sim cards. I wished to discontinue as i have got other sim cards from my company. I went two idea galleries in kurla. First gallery asked me to come after 2 hours as they were upgtading their system and suggested me to go to the next closest gallery. I went to the other gallery who told me they dont have an idea representative to process my request bracause that person being a muslim is on leave on account of Eid. When these galleris cannoy function without a system and an idea representative they should be closed for that particular or atleast put a board that we cannot provide ant service. Now for these petty reasons i will have to pay an increased bill amount.

                        I got recharge of rs 453 on 13th dec 2015 at 9:57:58 but rechargestatus shown that recharge not done after few minute i again did the recharge of rs 453 . So i did my recharge twice. After few hour both the recharge bacame successful. But whenevr i contacted idea customer care they said only one recjarge done. Though i hv proof of two recharge

                          Idea 3g network very poor I want to informed u that the coverage of 3G IDEA network at BANGALORE KARNATAKA is very poor. The signals on the mobile phone vanishes abruptly which causes irritation while using internet. Many user are facing the similar problem for past six months. Prior to this written complaint, two to three complaints has been logged on your customer care services about the same but no attention was given to our complaint. I request you to take necessary action at your end. Also as the validity of the 3g recharge comes to end the speed slightly increases For eg: if the validity is 28 days then 25th and 26th day will be slightly faster and after we recharge again low speed less than 2g speed.

                            I started Idea service like 2 months back since the day 1 there is no one who did a good service, i have never got any mail or bill to my address, to know what has happened i called customercare but still nobody sent a mail, finaly one lady called me on a sunday noon and yelling at me for not paying the bill ([protected]) I told her its sunday, family time better you call me tomorrow, firstly send me the mail, she started shouting as if it was my mistake and asked me if I am educated that i should know i have to make the payment. I called the customer care office to make a complaint on this, ther directed me to Hemanth kumar ([protected]) he told me he will take an action on this, but no luck, totally unprofessional reaction from your people, since i was not able listen to your filthy people's phone call i also paid Rs.2350 like even without seeing my bill or anything, now the number is inactive! god knows the reason! Such an unprofessional company

                                  I am post paid customer and my plan is 450.00 per month and I clear my all bill in time but this time on dt.14/12/15 my data balance is unused 650 mb which is automatically 00 on dt.15/12/15 not cary forward as per rules and plan when I paid my bill's regularly and this time bill generate Rs.2000.00 up and not inform me about this billing and not remind me over limit I am not used data for internet regularly.

                                      Dear Sir, My cell no is [protected], I am genue customer of your esteem organization and also timely payment of our bills I am follow up several time by idea customer care regarding problems, any body not resolved my problems One problems from beginning we had deposited security money at the time of connection idea shop from Radhey Telecom -gurudwara road -gurgaon haryana confirm he said, that Security amount will be adjusted within 6 month from your bill amount, but till date it is not adjusted we are using more than 1.5 yrs, Second issue from aug-2015 on wards we are not demanding any internet services, internet Charges charged by you on my bill, when you tall your executive he says it is used by you, my question is that If we had not demanding any service how u can charged and activated this services, can we have any evidence Regarding above services, pls wave of our internet charges and support to continue services to you. if you had stop our services then stop billing and no demand raised in future Your early action will be appreciated Regards Idea Users Kamlesh Prajapati [protected]
