[Resolved] Idea Cellular — deduction of money from my phone balance without my knowledge | |
I got message everyday from no 53010 that "thank you for purchasing the iappgame" and deduct rs.3.00 from my main balance. I didnt purchase any game and my hand set is not a android or i dont use internet at all with this phone. Please stop this and refund the money that have been deducted for a long time. Otherwise i will stop using idea cellular. I will approach to consumer forum if not answered or not taking action. Was this information helpful? | |

- Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
- Click on Idea Flash option
