Dear sir / madam,
This is in regards to my number [protected], for which the outgoing services has been barred by idea on 7/1/2018, on the grounds of dues not paid for the previous operator (Vodafone).
This is to bring in your notice that the final payment of rs 319 has been paid on 6/1/2018, (Find below the screen shot of the payment) i. E. After the dues have been cleared.
Further my services have been barred after the payment was made, which is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Further to add to the unprofessionalism since evening of 7/1/2018 my outgoing services has been barred, in spite of me writing two emails to customer care of idea on 7/1/2018, to inform that there are no dues on my number.
This late back attitude and unprofessional attitude of customer service will is unacceptable.
