Idea cellular claim that last month (Dated 25-nov-18 13:42:53) i made call to this number 055315 for a period of 36 mins and 04 mins from my number [protected]. The bill for last month is 804 rs. Among rs. 333 is for this call that they claim i made to this number. I never called this number. I do not make such long calls. I have followed up with them and they say that as per their records calls have been made. This has been very taxing for me. I want you to make them understand that they cannot do whatever they wish to. If possible, i would need a monetary compensation as well.

This is unacceptabe. We don't even know whom this number 055315 belongs to and how did we talk to on this number for 36 minutes. This is ridiculous. Idea should block such number as I saw on the net that many customers have been incorrectly charged for this number. Is this the way service providers are making money by claiming that some weird number was called for longer duration randomly and charging their customer. In today's data world, why someone would call any random number to talk for more than half an hour.

Can someone from idea please tell me whom this 055315 number belongs to, if their system is charging for the same.

    Sir, i have postpaid idea sim [protected], i have received bill on10th jan. 2018. I seeing my bill, in this bill 99 rental and feature+vas charges is 150 and my discount is 100
    So total bill is showing 186.12rs

    I have not used any vas services and i dont know about features vas charges, what is this
    I am saying only that please deduct vas charges from my bill, so i submit my bill

    Anyway i am closing your sim.

        I am using idea sim. My whole call history and recharge history are visible in my idea app. It irritate me. Now the app can visible the entire history at me. But at any cost any other people happens to see that? I don't like that. I need to delete all my call history and recharge history from my account of my idea app. What is the solution for this problem.? Please help me

            Idea is fooling it's customer by saying that they are providing unlimited calling packs in rs. 198/199
            But actually it has a weekly limit of 1000 mins and 250 mins daily.
            They should not use such misleading words (Unlimited) to retain customers.

            I am not happy with idea services.
            Birla's and idea are looting the nation, they are the white collar thief.

            Please tell me, how to port out.

              I had a tough time while in roaming in delhi ncr. I was unable to make calls or even receive calls. Data pack was not working. I am very annoyed as i had shifted from air-tel to idea. But the service is very pathetic. I had also contacted the idea cellular office at patto, but they too did not help me. Is there any different procedure for internet connectivity for roaming or for calling. As i was on an official tour i have faced severe issues and inconvenience due to your bad services.                 I am living in house no 587-m, sector-21, panchkula, haryana. I am using idea since last 2 years and i am paying for 4 g services but i am not even able to get 3g signal in my home. I am only able to use 2g service inside my home. If i want to use 3g or 4g service i have to stand outside my home.
                This is not expected from a leading company like idea, i have been hearig excuses since a long time now bu there is no improvement in quality of signal, the website of idea cellular is showing good signal in the area but that is absolutely fake.

                      Idea cellular charge to me which vas that do not activet by me
                      Idea sent me a mgs from 51998 "husband: raja dasrath ki 3 raniya thi. Wife: to kya hua? Husband: to main 2 shadiya aur kar sakta hu. Wife: dropdi ka naam suna hai? Husband: tu bhi na pagli dil pe le leti hai."

                          I was using reliance gsm number from long time. In nov 2017 reliance service shutdown. idea executive contract me through phone and give me an attreactive offer of 30gb data, 100sms and unlimited local and std call per month @299 per month . I accepted this offor and port my number to idea. But after activation my number idea gave me only 5gb data and not any sms.I complained to idea about this, they reply you have not any prove about plain proposed.
                          This number is very importent for me and i want to quite idea what can i do.

                          Got call from [protected] and the lady offered Idea plans. On not showing interest and telling that I am happy using Airtel she misbehaved and cut the line. Such incidents are on the rise with Idea and Vodafone.
                          Idea cellular, please revisit your advertising/sales policy or at least recruit sensible people

                            They have deducted 3 rupees from my account without any reason, when i called to their customer care they said you have dialed some number, i said i have not dialed any number, again they said it may happen due to some technical problem, but they did not refund my money. I was not expected this from a company like this. I want my money back and it should not be happen again.

                                I am unable to link adhaar with idea no. Ur stupid customer care ppl are unable to help those # say i have to go to ap to get my adhaar linked. Ain't it # #.
                                I will go from gurgaon to hyderabad to get my adhaar linked? That is what ur customer executive told me in sakinaka mumbai (When i was in mumbai) idea office.
                                Tell me how to link aadhaar asap. Ap circle sim. I am in gurgaon rt now.

                                  This is in regards to my number [protected], for which the outgoing services has been barred by idea on 7/1/2018, on the grounds of dues not paid for the previous operator (Vodafone).

                                  This is to bring in your notice that the final payment of rs 319 has been paid on 6/1/2018, (Find below the screen shot of the payment) i. E. After the dues have been cleared.

                                  Further my services have been barred after the payment was made, which is unacceptable and unprofessional.

                                  Further to add to the unprofessionalism since evening of 7/1/2018 my outgoing services has been barred, in spite of me writing two emails to customer care of idea on 7/1/2018, to inform that there are no dues on my number.

                                  This late back attitude and unprofessional attitude of customer service will is unacceptable.

                                    I am rishi verma using your idea postpaid no [protected] who i transfer in prepaid, beacuse of billing problem. When i go your office at batala road which is in amritsar 143001 (Punjab). Your customer advisor said to pay the complete bill of my no on[protected] but billiny cycle due date is on[protected]. Your advisor said to pay advance payment of rs 500 which i pay and she gives me reciept. But she did'nt pay my bill on[protected]. She pay my bill 250 rupees on[protected], when i ask her why she did this payment. She said your postpaid to prepaid fee is rs.100 & rs.50 is for sim charges. But in my mail id the idea send me mail of rs 250. They fraud me in my bill payment.

                                    I am senidng you the mail detail & payment reciept which pay to idea store at batala road, amritsar (Punjab)

                                      I was convert my prepaid plan to postpaid plan that is 399 rs. After 20 days they send a bill amount of 739 rs. Friday in evening when i was open my idea app at that time my bill show 739 rs on screen, i am shocked to see that amount, after some time i was reach idea outlet and discuss about bill. They said sir you are consume more data after your mobile data limit, but in real i am not consume whole data that is my limit that is 1 gb per day

                                        I ported my aircel sim to idea postpaid. I was told that i could convert it to prepaid at any time by the customer care center but when i went to the idea store they told me that it could not be converted to prepaid before three months of activation of sim whereas i was told that i convert it at any time. I am unhappy that i was given wrong information by the customer care center and i want to convert it to prepaid right now.
