Idea Cellular — Excess amount charged in bill generated on June 23, 2015

Dear Mr. Wagar, I am awaiting your response on the trailing mail. I received a call from one of your executives and I asked her the same question which I have asked from you that what is the difference between data usage and GPRS usage. she said there is no difference and I think your answer to this question would also be same. If so, how could you charge twice? In fact she told me that she will check the details and call me in half an hour and she called and told me that the amount has been charged for April month, while nothing has been mentioned in the bill as well as in your mail that the amount is for April month. I have already paid all my previous bills in time and not going to make any such payments. There is contradictions in your mail and conversation by your executive. When I tried to ask her the complete details, she disconnected the call. I need quick clarification from your side. Further I would like to inform you that I have been a loyal customer since I started using this number and have made all payments in time. In fact during June 2015 also I made a payment of Rs. 1000 when my services were barred due to high usage (as per your incorrect records). If I don't receive the solution and this time again my services are barred, I will need to take necessary action. Your early response and solution will be appreciated. Dear Mr. Rahul,

With reference to our telecom and your trailing mail regarding re-ration of charges of Rs. 1999.79, I would like to inform you that as per our communication and later telecom with Ms. Anjali (from Complaint department), I have deposited the total amount. As per Anjali's instructions I called on 198 to request for activation of 3G booster pack of 2GB for Rs. 450/- and reversal of Rs. 1999.79 which I paid as per your mail and telecom but now Mr. Anil Verma whom I just spoke, has clearly said no that re-ration can not be done at their end and asked me to send a mail. Our conversation id is C1-[protected].

Now I request you to look into the matter urgently and resolve this by reversing the amount at the earliest.

Looking forward to a fruitful resolution.
