[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Fake Bill and Harassment | |||
My number is [protected]. I am using Idea since long time i changed my number from Vodafone to Idea. My uses are not that much so i usually get 300-400 Rs bill. For September, I got 1237Rs bill. I asked to Idea this much of billed amount no one is there to respond and to justify this issue. I wrote hundreds of mails to their customer care email id and never got satisfactory reply. I spoke to their customer care executives as well. One day, i got 4 messages "Dear customer, Thank You for downloading Fun_Mall from SYMBIOTIC YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 30". while i did not download anything. I am really having hard time because my services have been deactivated since Sep 25th, 2013. Looking for quick action on this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

And if it is due GPRS use than i have activated 98 Rs pack for that.

Go through you Facebook page there are hundreds of customers complaining about the same.
