[Resolved] Idea Cellular — false charges

I have been charged rs 549 for calling on an invalid no. That is 055315. Fact is that i have never called on this no. And when i cald to see whos no. It is i got to know dat it is invalid and as far as i knw i never did a cal on this no. Similar complaint have been lodged by miss jayeshree jadhav on 20th dec 2017 regarding false charges on the same no. I request the authorities to look into this matter seriously because i find this as a fraud and common man r becoming the victims and i also rewuest the co. To plz remove the false charges which are put on me thank u

Hello... I do not subscribe your IZ idea care feature but i got an OTP from IZ idea care. Even i dont know what it is about... Can you please tell me why you send me the OTP..

I dont understand why you sending me the OTP...

Not able to make call as well as not received call, all time shows customer busy

While try to calls its ended automatically. As well as while someone try to call me it shows customer is busy, calling with someone. While contact with service centre they also unable to resolve.

I recharge 1 GB per day for 4G speed and when ever i start internet connection i see symbol of 'H' why we continue with this service, WE RECHARGE AND PAY FOR 4G SPEED I SHOULD GET SPPED OF 4G NOT LESS THAN IT
